Walking distance from airport, very convenient for an overnight stay, all my needs were met, comfy bed, clean room. I even enjoyed a nice meal and bottle of wine purchased in the lobby and brought to my room, friendly staff as well 👍👍

Quick and easy for one night layover. Clean facilities, friendly staff. Recommend change to duvet covers. Just folded sheets on beds over comforter is not hygienic and never works well. Appreciate environmental friendly mugs, but for early flights paper cups in rooms would be much more appreciated.

The hotel is perfect for a stop over by airport. We walked here in less than 10 minutes, then got the shuttle back the next morning. Big comfy bed. The only issue we had was that we pre ordered a travel cot which wasn’t put in our room in advance. They brought one up when we arrived with sheets. The mattress didn’t seem to fit right so we called housekeeping and they came up and fixed and made the cot up for us.

Despite having to be put by the elevator my stay was very comfortable and quiet. There was small plastic garbage on the floor and hair on the bathroom, was too tired to complain and was told rooms were sold out.

I really enjoyed staying at the Radisson airport hotel. The staff was so friendly and so helpful. The hotel is literally a five minute walk from the airport. Their shuttles come as soon as you call them within five minutes. The room was super luxurious, spacious and well appointed. It was very comfortable and quiet. They went out of their way to accommodate me because I have a bad leg and walk with a cane. I appreciate everything they did for me. Would love to stay there again!!

The property overview was nice and clean but we only had one problem when it was time to check in they only had queen beds left when I booked a king bed and the manager told me that when I book with a 3rd party that my accommodations is not guaranteed so I was upset

The best part of the hotel is the location to the airport. It took us less than 10 minutes to walk from the farthest terminal to the hotel after we dropped off the rental car.

Always perfect ! Slight exception- girl driving shuttle - I explicitly asked and tipped to be dropped off at sky bridge #1 didn’t happen left me “I’m disabled senior at shuttle pick up area with my 2 luggage A hassle for an old man and a Radisson SeaTac regular - other drivers Never a problem !!!

Clean room, bottled water provided, bed comfortable, front desk staff very friendly and helpful. The young lady who was on duty was just training and was handling multiple things very well, including special requests and assistance with early check-ins, etc. Restaurant staff friendly but service from kitchen a bit slow and breakfast was cold and undercooked. Not a great dining experience this time.

This is the perfect location for the SEA-TAC airport. The shuttle leaves every 15 minutes and runs 24 hours a day. Pretty impressive!

Hotel was lovely. Rooms were huge and great location for proximity to the airport. Not many dining options nearby but we were happy with the hotel restaurant. We had a bit of confusion as it seems the hotel is no longer a Radisson (despite the name and all the branding). Would stay there again.

Check-in was chaotic. Two cruise ships arrived in pirt close together. There was easily 40 customers in the lovby trying to check-in. Two easy solutions would be to have customers write there name on a piece of paper with their arrival times. That stop the couple who arrives at 2:00 pm does not check-in prior to the couple who arrived at 9:46 am. Second, housekeeping could call the front desk as rooms became available and the front desk could check-in customers over time, instead of 40 people trying to check-in at 3:00 pm. The front desk staff remembered who arrived first, but not second, third or fourth. I understand that airline staff has priority, but they were only 20% of the customers. Just a thought from someone traind in Six-Sigma System Analysis.

This property is extremely convenient. It’s literally across the street from the airport. It’s a short walk to the Link train as well. We stay here because of the convenience. That said, if you’re looking for fine dining close, you will need to drive or find another method of transportation. Walking won’t be an option.
