Staff was friendly. Our room was not clean though. Toothpaste on the mirror, looked like dry urine on the bathroom door, all baseboards needed a very good wipe down. The grout in the bathroom tile was disgusting.

Check in was super easy with friendly staff. Room was really clean and *bonus* no carpet! Room was cold upon arrival, but warmed right up. Breakfast was basic, but enough to fill our bellies.

The exit had 4 truck stops and trucks were coming and going all night. Very loud.

Found a cockroach in the bathroom. The ventilation unit cover is caked with dust and probably mold. My wife and I both have stuffy noses after the stay. Their breakfast items are definitely not blood sugar friendly except the boiled eggs. A lot of disposables items are used for eating the breakfast but there's no instructions on which is recyclable.

When I arrived, I gave the clerk my reservation number and she said she didn’t have it . Then she tried to make me rebook a new reservation. . Don’t go to that hotel. I am demanding my money back

This place has the worst possible mattress! It was like laying springs on cement. It might be ok for a roll in the hay for am hour or something of that nature but We rented to sleep. I couldn't sleep it hurt so bad.

I was very pleased. Was it the nicest place in the world? No. But was it clean? Yes. Was the bed and pillows comfy. Absolutely!! The comforter was old and did have a burn mark and a few holes. But overall I liked it. Also, you can walk just next door to Taco Bell or across the street to your choice of two gas stations. I mean I didn’t walk. But you totally could. It’s right off of the interstate. I will definitely stay there again. Hope this review helps yall!

Absolutely terrible. Maybe some rooms are OK but we got the last one because we arrived late at night. Door lock did not work, manager had to let us in and told us not to leave or we can't get back in, walls had holes big enough for cameras, bathroom had not been updated since the 70's, and the bed was terrible. We left after 5 minutes and were told they would mark as "did not stay" but then they charged is for the week and Hotels.com did nothing to help.

Housekeeping was terrible.... No washcloths, no warning that the water would be off and construction was in process noisy. House keeping very loud in front of my door every morning... Inconsideration for guests upon check-in someone was already in my room... I will no long take any Expedia deals

To be honest this was an awful stay here. I complain that my toilet seat was loose. They didn’t care. The remote for tv doesn’t work. The service wasn’t even smiling nor friendly.

I paid $120 for a one night stay to feel like I slept in a dump. The mattresses are so hard you might as well be sleeping on the floor. Cigarette holes are in the comforters and I asked for a non smoking room. Turned the air on the bathroom light went off. Just a horrible experience overall.

We checked in and the person doing check in did not let us know that they had no ice buckets as people have been taking them and they have not replaced them. The girl at the desk gave me a plastic bag if I wanted ice. I had to ask what time breakfast would be available. I was sort of grudgingly told the time. The AC unit in the room does not seem to function as well as it should. Thankfully the temp has lessened a bit and hopefully it won't be too uncomfortable to sleep. I chose this pace since it was easy on /off of route 81 north and that is where we are headed tomorrow going home. I am hoping the bed is comfy enough for a good night sleep.

Light outlets did not work. TV Remote was not user friendly and when staff came to fix it, she did not explain anything and was like It she was annoyed when it was not working for her either. The toilet seat was so loose, it was not safe to sit. The desk hostess had zero personality and it was like i was bothering her when I checked in. We as a society have lost that culture of brotherly love. Just get a robot. The personality might have been more enjoyable. I can't recommend this to anyone needing a place to rest

So me and my finance came to Econo lodge in February and we had no complaints except for the night shift lady being a little rude when checking us in but we decided to come back March and the cleanness of the room we had was not good and so we got moved to another room but the room we got moved to has a draining problem with the tub and all the dirt fills inside of tub and also we have been given 1 wash cloth each day and when we ask for more their excuse is that they are out of wash clothes. Not to also mention that the desk people have been very rude. The manager was very nice and said that he would get someone to come fix the drain but no one has come and I booked a room here for 12 days and this is what I have to deal with and I can’t get my money back.

Check in at 10pm, room was on 2nd floor. I noticed a room card was on the night stand, the bar of soap at the sink was used and wrapper was in the trash can along with several receipts. The bathroom had a bar of soap in the shower that was used, the wrapper was on the back of the toilet. The shower was full of long hair. I told the desk clerk in the morning as she wrote everything down for the manager. Coming to find out the clerk was from another country and was living on the 2nd floor. Makes you wonder if my room was actually an employee. I should have been offered a refund, not just I will let the manager know with the notes I wrote down.
