Stayed before we headed out on a cruise! Great outdoor bar. Water taxi downtown was fun.

Comfortable stay. Auite was large but road noise popped up occasionally. Restraunt had tasty food and server was super.. Elevators were out of service one day so everyone had to use the service Elevators. Went down to get a snack and it was pretty much empty. Rooms need some updating. Despite picture of beach it is NOT on the beach!

Have stayed at this hotel many times but this vacation experienced problems with my room not being serviced three out of my seven days visit.

Upon check-in we were told AC was being worked on & that we could open our sliding door if we were hot!! This was impractical with the noisy drawbridge of the Intracoastal.
Found out from other guests that AC was out for 3 days prior! No compensation or vouchers given. Very disappointed! Hard to believe this is a Hilton. I do NOT recommend!!!

We arrived to the hotel at 8pm. We were told that the air conditioning was not working and had been out of service for 2days. We were not notified in spite of having an existing reservation, and receiving multiple texts regarding things to do. The desk person was arrogant and unapologetic. As far as I can tell, we were charged for two rooms under Samson. I am expecting a full refund ASAP.

-A/C didn't work entire stay
-Room contained rust and mold and outdated appliances/electronics
-Loud guests in neighboring rooms

Go somewhere else for a better stay.

The valet at check in was terrible. We had to carry everything up to our room, there was no A/C, someone is storing personal items in the closet, and the bathroom floor was filthy.

Was there early after disembarking a cruise. Was told they would call me after the room was ready but they never did. Went to front desk and it was ready. Room internet was horrible. Couldn’t use anywhere but the living room…even 3 ft away in the dining room it wouldn’t connect. Bathroom seemed to be missing amenities such as soap or body wash. It did have shampoo and conditioner and a third spot with not bottle so perhaps it was just our room.

The staffas well as the stay were excellent

Everything thing was great except for the customer service. We came from an evacuation zone and didn’t expect the type of inconveniences that the staff presented at time of check in.

Stayed for our Anniversary room was great very spacious with all amenities kitchen fully stocked. Walk in shower was great. Right on the intercoastal waterway and short walk or drive to the beach. Did not receive my free cookie while everyone else in front of us did. Check in person could have been friendlier to much time checking her phone. Only issue was friendliness of her first impressions last long on hotel stays a smile can go a long way.

when you go on the hotel site it is explaining everything about the property but when you go through Expedia, it doesn’t tell you that you have to pay $50 per night for parking. They only do valet there & that wasn’t on Expedia which actually pissed tf off cause they already charge $100 a day for holding fee so if you’re staying 5 days that’s 500 more on top of what you’re paying for your stay 🙂 Great hotel but I’ll never book through here for that hotel again

Room was disgusting. Entire floor wet from leaking air conditioner. Dated furniture and very old paint. The bathroom was appalling. Not worth the money.

From the minute I got to the front desk. I was greeted by a staff member name Gianni and he was so friendly and welcoming and answered every question I had. He checked me in quickly and I was set. Every time I met him in the lobby, he always greeted me with respect. In terms of cleanliness, it was good for the most part. Not great compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at but it was ok.

If you’re planning a staycations or a place to enjoy and have fun this is not the place. This place is more for go to sleep only and that’s it. The amenities had no live, the bar outside was closed for two days… the parking for me is a desastre, is valet parking per day only, $50 tax per day, was insane.

Will not stay here again, the first room they put us in the entire carpet was soaking wet and the room smelled terrible because of it. When we arrived the only parking available was valet that was $50 tax a day which was not disclosed on the website. The front desk was rude. The room attendants/cleaners were the only kind staff we came across. 0/10 would not recommend.

Hotel was in the perfect location. My only thing about the hotel is the valet parking. I’ve had my fair share of experiences with valet services and this by far was the worst I’ve ever experienced. This needs to be changed ASAP. It was terrible

Parking is $50 a night plus tax. No way to get around it. The sofa bed was unuseable with a brown stain.

Just note that there is no oven and no freezer in the kitchen. Excellent location !

Our stay was great. We were greeted by Whitney and she was amazing, very upbeat and welcoming. After that encounter by Whitney we knew that our stay was going to be great. Had a great experience and would definitely book again.

Property night manager was awesome and super attentive. Property needs upgrades. Hallways smell moldy. I like you have to have your key to get in and to get to your floor. Security is there around the clock. Didn’t like the fact my family had to valet to park no public parking valet is the only option $30 ! Pool area could use a little more decoration vibes where a little low. ( no pool towels) and the property is used for daytime get togethers so be prepared for the lobby to be packed with ppl on the weekends…
