The room was clean, beds were comfortable and even being beside main road the traffic noise was minimal. The staff was very attentive in helping us. There are upgrades going on as new shower was put in and walls need paint over . Close walking distance to Dennys for breakfast. Are stay was for hospital visit and it met the over night stay

Room was average, parking convenient
Very noisey road nearby. On the night we stayed there was homeless people and drug use in carpark next door and felt quite unsafe

Our stay was not great as we learned from others also staying at this location. Room smelled of old stale smoke. Toilet was dirty & there wereno shampoos or soaps at all. Coffee pot still had coffee water & grinds in it. Blinds did not fully close & looked out on to an operating construction site.
Continental Breakfast was a juice box, apple, half muffin in a paper bag you had to pick up from the front desk.
Swimming pool AND hot tub had NO chemical or chlorine smell at all??? What are they using to clean & a layer of scum around the sides!!
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AGAIN AND WOULD LIKE A REFUND FROM HOTELS.COM THAT SHOULD CHECK OUT THE PLACES THEY RECOMMEND!!

Easy booking..clean room. Good location for what i needed

Clean could be better but a few problems with the tap.

Travis, the desk manager went out of his way to accomodate any requests we had, even going so far as lowering our rate for our first night's stay, to align with our other 4 night's rate, without being asked to do so. It made a difficult stay, less aggaravating.

We were not happy with our room. It was dusty and the faucet leaked. Our television didn’t work. The desk clerk fixed our tv which she found was unplugged. We were offered a different room but we had showered after an eight hour drive. The assistant manager took &50 off the cost of the room so we felt better about the faculty mainly because of the staff’s helpfulness.

First room was loaded in dog hair, couldn’t call down to front desk as the phone didn’t work, so marched back asked if it could be cleaned as we didn’t book a room online that said it was pet friendly. Instead moved us, which is no big deal. Well we then went to the pool and hot tub with the kids. Hot tub was freezing. Called from my room three times to front desk, no answer. Called from my personal phone twice, no answer. We left and hoped it would warm up in the evening as my partner booked this stay for the kids to swim and for us to relax in the hot tub after a long day at work. I tried calling again and finally go through to front desk who said they would go turn up the hot tub. My partner got back and we went to go try the pool and hot tub again and there was a sign on the door that said closed for maintenance. The staff said there was a hazmat situation so he was cleaning the pool and the hot tub is broken. He said the pool will be open tonight but someone was coming to fix the hot tub. We go back after dinner and it’s open but yes both freezing cold so didn’t stay long. Next day breakfast bags were sold out, only 2 out of us 4 got breakfast. Went to the pool and a guy comes running in as we entered the pool saying it’s closed. Said he turned off the hot tub he will turn it back on. It never heated up our two night stay. We were lied to twice. Our neighbours were partying then around midnight tried to kick their door down from the inside, kept us up and felt unsafe.

For the money paid, it's definately not worth.

The pool was cold, hot tub not working. Ran out of breakfast bags (was under the impression would get an actual breakfast) floor in room was filthy, no detergent for laundry, smokers right outside my room at patio set, stinking up my room with cigarette smell.
Won't recommend, likely won't return

This place is a bit run down, could definitely use some renovations. We went and bought Lysol spray and wipes as it is questionable on cleanliness. The pool did not look clean at all. It had a dirty rim around the pool and the hot tub was lukewarm. Not worth the money

Had recent surgery front desk very helpful with room requirements. And gave us extra time to check out

Our experience at this hotel was not good. The room was stuffy because the air conditioning was turned off. We had food to be refrigerated but the refrigerator was not turned on and the shelves were missing. We tried to watch TV but no sound. We finally had to find the volume switch on the back of the TV. Who does that anymore? TVs are all remote controlled now. The room was also very “dated” for the price. Would not recommend this hotel

The beds were terribly uncomfortable. The shower was difficult to adjust and changed temperature part way through. The included breakfast was a brown paper bag with half a muffin, a yogurt, an apple and a juice box, which made ok road snacks for the kids. For the price it was not a place i would stay again.

It served its purpose... a safe, clean place to sleep. It was good proximity to downtown. The room itself is quite warn. Definitely could be renovated. The pool was not very appealing. The breakfast was an assortment from Costco given to you in a paper bag (apple, juice box, half a muffin, and a yogurt). Front service was very good.

Breakfast sucked, brown bag with half a costco muffin and juice

You get what you pay for - very basic. Moldy in the bathroom. Beds were ok. Main floor convenient to get to/from vehicle.

breakfast was limited no coffee just juice and a muffin

If you take nothing else from this review, just take that you should stay somewhere else!
Upon arrival the girl in the office was friendly and able to get us set up quickly. From there it was an extremely quick downhill. During our short 14hr (10min tops was spent outside) stay we saw intoxication, drug use and prostitution. The room is extremely dated though they advertise renovated rooms. The towel bar fell off the wall, the carpet hasn't been cleaned since the coming of days, and the beds are like sleeping on a sheet of plywood with a prison issued pillow. This place is simply highway robbery! At most a room should cost $80/night. Further, the pool...omg the pool has a thick black ring around the inside!
Clearly other reviews have been paid for by the business owner as nothing in them represents the state of this dive.

It’s very rough in terms of infrastructure and clientele. For instance the no smoking in rooms signs denote a variety of items — “…note medical cannibis is also not OK…” which is indicative of area/vibe.
Unfortunately it was awful value being still over $200/night. In hindsight I should have ponied up an extra $50/night to get out of the lowest tier.
Staff were nice. Chain smokers on all public areas. Sticky floors. Rough rooms.
The breakfast is marginally OK — I booked expecting a basic continental but it’s a bagged apple yogurt and half Costco muffin in Saran Wrap.
I can’t say I understand the price point on this stay, and I’m going to be skipping all TravelLodges from now on in.

Could have been clraner but overall good stay

Hot tub was not working and breakfast I assumed would be a contenantal breakfast not a bagged breakfast

Friendly and accommodating staff.
Breakfast was simple and bagged to go.
Only downside - there were hairs on the bed from previous occupancy. Need to change sheets for new occupants at least.
3.0
breakfast - bagged not acceptable lack of choice / options
bed semi-comfortable
tub needs caulking redone and cleaning in corners

Dirty filthy floors, flies in the rooms, smelly, no plugins for charging phones, room phone didnt work, no cups, ice machine closed at certain time, and no Breakfast (breakfast in a bag)!
6.0
Good sleep, however the area is complicated right now due to the homeless situation. We saw a few homeless taking a break at the table outside our room.

Terrible. Booked a 2 bedroom suite, and when we arrived it was not 2 bedrooms. The bedroom that was in the hotel room didn’t even have a door! And there was a piece of crust with mouse poo behind the bedside table. Absolutely disgusting. We were not given the option to get a refund and go somewhere else, nor were we offered any compensation. I would NEVER go back or recommend staying here.

The property has a pool and hot tub and the water is clean however there are lots of areas that could use a good cleaning. Pool has a ring around it on the inside and lots of dirt on the tiles around the pool deck.
The staff is friendly and the outdoor courtyard was a perfect spot to play games and mingle with other friends that were there. We booked because we were originally told there was a hot breakfast, however that is no longer offered.

While it’s clearly an older facility, it’s been as maintained as one could hope. No frills but it’s clean, the staff were friendly, and the courtyard was a pleasant surprise.

Room was very clean. Since being on the bottom floor, very noisy when kids, or people running or moving around.
breakfast in the morning from 6am-9am, what a joke. It seems this travelodge is still in the Covid era with brown paper bags with an apple, half a muffin, yogurt and a juice box for breakfast. Most travelodges have a full breakfast. What is wrong with this one?

Out of date. used for team trip to kamloops. could definitely use some cleaning up and some love

I wish they would give a proper breakfast as it was a to go bag with half of a muffin. It’s advertised as breakfast included but no real breakfast was provided.

Staff were super friendly but room was very hot (older AC units that couldn't quite keep up with the heat) and included breakfast is a paper bag with a yogurt, apple, 1/2 a Costco muffin and a juice box (no choices)
