It is very good location. But!!!! Attention to visitors!!! Cockroaches everywhere! Big, small! While you cut bread or fruits they get to the cutting board! We feel terrible there! Left the note at 5pm, because no one was already at the reception and no response on that. We were afraid to bring them home with our clothes. At the checkout I just heard “sorry, I will let know our cleaning lady” Cleaning lady? Really? The whole resort need to be closed for few weeks and do pest control 24/7 everywhere!

Someone stole my mom’s bag of souvenirs from the ABC store from her room while she was at the beach with us. The hotel staff was rude when I was trying to check her in as well. Beautiful hotel, grounds and restaurant options. Sub par service and hospitality.

This is not a hotel but a poorly managed timeshare. There were roaches and dropping everywhere, no maid service, a front desk that closes at 4 and only hands out keys. It's a shame the beach nearby is lovely but the accommodations were awful. They gave us a Murphy double instead of a king, the AC was set so that you couldn't go below 75, they told us water was shutting off from 1 -3 for "maintenance". Just an awful experience.

Pretty decent relaxing place. Staff was friendly. Near a beautiful beach. A little dated decor. Fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and accessories to make our stay comfortable. Could fix the not locking doors to bedroom and bathroom and provide better beach chairs (was rusty and stained my tshirt. Loved the BBQs

STAYED HERE 25 YEARS AGO. PROPERTY IS NOT THE SAME. MORE LIKE A MOTEL THAN A RESORT HOTEL. ROOMS ARE NOISY, POOL WAS VERY NOISY WITH MANY SCREAMING KIDS AND LOUD PARENTS. GOT SO BAD ONE NIGHT THERE WAS A SHOUTING MATCH ABOUT THE NOISE INTO THE EVENING. WITH 2 NIGHTS LEFT WE WERE ABLE TO SWITCH ROOMS TO AN AREA WITH LESS NOISE AND A BEAUTIFUL VIEW.

Little far away if you didn’t want to rent a car. No wifi unless in the room made it difficult to order ride share rides like Uber from the lobby.

The first night we arrived was late and we found cockroaches scurrying about the room. My husband went to the front desk and told them about the cockroaches the next morning, and the lady at the front desk told him to buy a can of bug spray, which was unacceptable and quite rude. The second day he went to the front desk and showed pictures of all the cockroaches in our room and they moved us to a different room, which was acceptable and was without visual cockroaches. I know we’re in Hawaii and I know that there are cockroaches, but we have been coming to Maui for 16 years and haven’t had this issue before at any of the other resorts we have stayed at. The property is beautiful and is within walking distance of Napili Bay, there are restaurants on the property, and the rooms have kitchenettes, which make it very convenient. we would definitely stay at this resort again.

Absolutely wonderful! It’s not a fancy resort, but beautiful garden areas, we had a wonderful view from our room, and it is clean and quiet. Awesome beach access, great for swimming. Property is kid-friendly and I would absolutely come here again!

The place was nice and huge. Perfect for families. Service was mediocre and slow. It took a full 24 hours to get new towels. The AC broke and never got fixed. The parking gets full at night so you better plan ahead. The hotel location itself is amazing and the space is also great. The front desk is open until 5pm so any emergencies after that, you're pretty much on your own.

Comfortable motel-style complex with full kitchen. There are 2 restaurants on site although we did not try them. The room decor was somewhat dated but the room had everything we needed and the property is well maintained. A grocery store for when we preferred to cook was nearby. The soundproofing is not ideal (we could clearly hear our neighbour). Our unit had a nice balcony with chairs/table facing the inner courtyard. Overall, it met our needs.

Tye surrounding area was beautifully landscaped with exotic trees and greenery. Room was nice, with a spacious kitchen. The AC temp was set at min 74 and could not be decreased! Tiny roaches coming out of the bathroom closet after lights out
