My initial accomodation was not-so-good, but after complaining mutiple times I was uograded to a room across the hall, which had been renovated and had working room heater. I slept well afterwards.

It was a decent room. The bathroom and bedroom were nice and clean. The living room sofa was wildly uncomfortable, and some of the lights were incredibly dim to where we had flashlight out to find things it’s clear the rooms are cleaned hastily as we found sequins still on the floor. It was good what it was. It’s definitely a party hotel so nothing wrong with a stray sequin. We had requested a couple of amenities that we never received, which was disappointing.

The staff at the hotel & the restaurant were great. The property has a nice layout, but it could use some basic up keep.

Great

The property felt old. The lamps were dirty, shower had mildew & a really bad smell. The walls were so thin, you can hear everything from the room upstairs. They closed the pool bare at 2pm on Friday & the DJ on Saturday SUCKED! There was at least 5 bachelorette parties there and you Can barely dance bc they played “elevator” music the whole set!

Pool vibe was awesome ..

Best hotel in Palm Springs. It’s close to everything, the room was clean, there was parking right in front of my room and the pool party was so much fun! We will be back soon.

Interior halls don’t have air condition and looks very ran down and dirty. The rooms were not much better with dirty carpet and limited comfort.

I come to Palm Springs a few times a year and this was my first time staying here but for my 30th birthday this time. By far, the worst hotel I’ve stayed at here in PS. Hallways are hot and dirty, the room is disgusting, and the service was awful. We were on the bottom floor and had the people above walking around very loudly. I contacted the front desk and they said they would get security to take care of the situation, but the noise continued throughout the entire night. I barely got any sleep. The pool area and cute rainbow aesthetic for pictures was the only highlight of this hotel. I won’t recommend and I won’t be back.

This was not my first time staying here. The hotel has deteriorated over the years and they have not done a great job with upkeep of the rooms and the grounds. When I arrived on 08/31, my room smelled and the bathroom faucet was broken. They then gave me another room that had wet bedding. Yes our beds were wet!! I had prior dinner reservations so we had to wait for housekeeping to change our bedding so those were cancelled. The next day, we went to the pool area and noticed there were no towels. The staff told me they have no clean towels and they won't be ready till after 1:00 pm. The pool was under staff for a holiday weekend and was impossible to get service. I can go on forever. I will never stay here again and I suggest you don't either.

The theme of the Saguaro is very bright and colorful. However, the hotel needs attention carpet is worn out and dirty. This hotel is more for party night stay, there is a lot of people around having fun. If you are planning a relacing stay, I don't think The Saguaro is the one. It does have a nice pool area.

At Saguaro Palm Springs, colours bloom bright, A desert oasis, a pure delight. With vibrant hues and a pool so cool, It’s the perfect spot to unwind and rule.

We booked this hotel because of the pictures and amenities listed on the website. No where did they say that it was off season and everything was closed or not available. The hotel and rooms are run down and needs to be updated. This was a Girls Trip and we were very disappointed with our stay.

The property is tired -- a little dirty, etc.
The pool was a joke. They sell day passes so there was no room for guests to squeeze in between the hundred plus people there to use the pool.
It was loud. Club like environment.

If wanting to getaway with a pool and music, this is the spot. More adult atmosphere and did have loud guest later at night, but the hotel was good/average and staff was friendly. Would go back.

Great pool area, rooms are nice
The resort hallways and gym are outdated , the ac stopped working for approx 1-2 hrs during our stay. Fun atmosphere and decent prices. Staff are friendly, some of them are clueless

Upon arrival, the information given to me by Expedia did not match pricing upon check in. Not okay...also, I was not able to put incidentals on a separate card due to some wierd one pay policy which I have never encountered and I travel often. incidentals were 75 per day not 50 and the taxed my pet fee which is not on the website. I have screenshots. Transparency needs to be there on all details.

I like the cleanliness, pool area, but I don't like that they don't have Vallet and no enough cart for your luggage. There is no shaded hallway to bring your luggage if use use their cart. You need to walk to the pool area to pass with your luggage to go to GREEN BUILDING.. it's a hazzle.

This was our first time to Palm Springs. The Saguaro Hotel was such an amazing experience. The El Jefe restaurant staff and food was incredible. We loved our room and they went above and beyond to get us a fan for our room. Such a great time and memorable experience,

Everyone here is always so nice and helpful. Will continue to stay here.

Terrible front desk. Charged me 3 times

The hotel has never been 5 stars but has always been clean and fun with good food and drinks. We’ve stayed many times and the last two visits have been bad. Our room smelled like raw sewage, couldn’t identify where the smell was coming from and had to switch. The pool no longer offers poolside service, only walk-up but the prices have also gone up. The pool towels are now bar rags (not exaggerating) slightly larger than a hand towel with a blue stripe down the center and thin as tissue, requires 5 to cover a lounge chair. The bright side is apparently the pool is now similar to an RV park so you can bring your own food, coolers, beverages and pool floats.

This property charged us several charges at the mini bar that never happened. I called to inquire and got terrible service and accountability passed to 3 different people. This hotel is not for those with expectations of traditional high end hotels. its a dressed up motel with smiliar level service. Would not go back!

This was my return/2nd visit to the property and after a few unfavorable incidents on the first visit, was assured I would be upgraded to a room with a pool view if I was to return and give the property another try.
I was given a room (312) that overlooked the canopy roof that covers the pool bar and it’s refrigeration systems - no pool in the view whatsoever.
The USB outlets in the bedside table on the right side of the bed, closest to the bathroom do not work and the energy efficient/in reality deficient, motion detected light in the ceiling by the closet is malfunctioning and would turn on and off constantly during the night while trying to sleep.
I have taken photos of these items if you would like them for reference in order to address them.

Needs updating plain Jane and customer service is poorly we had to pay for $65 pool band that was not even needed. Wouldn’t go back to this hotel.

I feel like I got catfished by this hotel. The pictures and marketing make it seem like a an adults only vibe where you can have a fun and chill vacation in a nice hotel. In person, the rooms were old and cheap looking with no decor or art other than some splashes of color. The front desk and restaurant staff seemed to have no hospitality training and act unaware that guests are even there. At the pool, there were kids being rowdy, people playing catch with footballs and tennis balls that hit other guests in the face, and drunk adults causing a scene. The pool chairs were also gross and dirty. It definitely was not a place where you can have a relaxing time by the pool. Overall, while it looks cute from the outside, you might as well stay at a more budget friendly hotel for what you get on the inside.

Always Great Pool Parties

Advertised as gay resort—anything but a gay resort. False advertising. Though the room was clean, I wasn’t comfortable on the property. I said to the man at the front desk that the hotel didn’t strike me as a gay hotel. He lied to me and said they had a very mixed crowd. I would not have checked in if he hadn’t lied and he knew it. As the hotels at which I normally stay were booked. I was stuck. I was in my room all day for six days. Left only to go out at night. Very, very disappointed.
