Prior to booking, I phoned hotel to inquire about parking for a 15' moving truck and was assured that parking lot could accommodate the truck. Upon arrival, the parking lot was full and there were no spaces available for moving truck or my vehicle. The front desk clerk rudely stated that I was not informed that they could accommodate the moving truck and that it would need to be parked at shopping center across street from hotel. I replied that I had phoned two weeks prior, and the friendly person who answered the phone assured me that it would not be an issue to park moving truck in hotel lot. She replied that she would cancel our reservation, but I informed her that we travelled 13 hours to reach this destination and it was 9pm. She then changed her attitude, and found an area in parking lot where we could park the moving truck. However, there was no space for my vehicle, so she stated I could park in handicapped space. I appreciate that she assisted, but the hotel doesn't have adequate parking space. The designated spaces are too narrow to accommodate standard sized vehicles, so most vehicles were crossing the line in adjacent parking space. There was a truck with attached car trailer parked sideways across 6 parking spaces, and other moving trucks and large vehicles parked in the same manner. The parking lot was quite the cluster f***! Room was clean, comfortable, and we loved the soft pillows, but water flow was extremely loud when adjacent rooms used showers.

A little disappointed that the room do not have bath tubs, only showers. The spa was very foamy which is unusual for a hot tub

Stayed one night with family of four. Felt clean and accommodating. Fit our needs just fine. I’d definitely stay here again.

Definitely nothing special, small hotel, and the staff was pleasant and perfect if you’re not planning on being in your room for long.

This is an old hotel that looks like it could go back to the 1950’s. They modernized the exterior, the lobby and rooms with exception of the carpeting which looks like it hasn’t been changed in decades. Biggest downside is the rooms are very small with not enough drawers. Plus side was the people manning the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Also the cable had a very generous amount of channels. The free breakfast was standard and plain. Also it is close to the highway and across the street was a WalMart, full sized supermarket and a laundromat which is great. It’s a decent cheap no frills place I would go again if the need arises.

Our stay at Sleeps Inn in Flagstaff, AZ was disappointing. The beds were rock hard, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Despite having a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, room service entered our room without permission.
The worst part was our experience at the pool. We were looking forward to some family fun, but it turned into a disaster. After just 15 minutes in the pool, our eyes were bloodshot, our skin was dry, and all our bathing suits were bleached. Our blue shirts turned purple, and my son’s green swimsuit turned tan. We showed the issue to the front desk, but they insisted the chlorine levels were acceptable. Unfortunately, we had to throw away all our ruined clothing and swimsuits.
Overall, our stay was far from pleasant, and we won’t be returning.

Basic room, very hard and uncomfortable bed, air conditioner did not blow cool air even when temp outside was 75 degrees. Staff was friendly and property was clean though.

This was okay for the cost! Rooms were very hot and people parked AWFULLY — there were no spots to park and the 5 people were parked so bad to just barely take up 2 or 3 spots.

Good hotel, clean and friendly staff. Decent breakfast to get you by. Room feels recently updated, beds should be next. Not bad but could use a refresh. Overall good stay for the price.

It was very clean. The rooms are small. Our AC and refrigerator didn’t work. When we went to get in our car to go to dinner there were people in the parking lot and we smelled pot. Not sure if it’s legal in AZ. I did not see in the reviews that I read that this is an ongoing problem so maybe this was a rare thing.

The front desk staff went out of the way to bring us a new coffee maker when ours malfunctioned.
Only negative is that the shower door didn’t seal so we ended up with lots of water on the floor and needed extra towels to sop up.
Also, not fans of the fake eggs, but seems to be the norm in hotels these days,….

The room smelled bad, I don't know what it was, it was a headache in my throat.
And also in the morning we had hives on the body my husband and me

This property is close to NAU campus and all the things visiting families want to do with their college student. It is clean, the beds are comfy, and the breakfast is more than just a continental breakfast of cold muffins and yogurt. It's one of our favorite places to stay in Flagstaff.

Staff was fantastic. Great breakfast. Nice room but there is street noise and you hear opening and closing of doors in hallway.

This stay was awful. It was one of the last places in town with any rooms, and that’s the only reason I ever considered it. The name Sleep Inn is pretty ironic. I literally didn’t sleep for one minute here. The AC in our room was blowing but seemed to be malfunctioning, so the TINY room never cooled down. It was hot, stuffy, humid, and miserable the entire time. This, coupled with the extremely hard bed and small, thin pillows, completely kept me from being able to fall asleep at all. I literally did not sleep for one second.
When I first arrived, I was afraid I wasn’t even going to be able to park, as all the spots in the lot were occupied. People were just parking in the middle of the lot, making up their own spaces, so I just did the same after confirming with the front desk that they wouldn’t tow me for doing so.
A building-wide fire alarm also went off early in the morning, which seemed to be set off by mistake, because it was only on for about a minute. Still, jarring, loud, and scary.
The breakfast was surprisingly decent and the staff was plenty friendly.

Really impressed with my stay here. I booked this before a race and usually go with the best vaule, which leaves me in not the best places, but this Sleep Inn was the best hotel I've stayed at pre-race. Totally worth it
