The layout is a little strange at first. After the first day I noticed there was no clock anywhere, I’d love to have been able to glance over and tell the time instead of pulling out my phone every time. The phones did not work in the room, although we didn’t need it it still would’ve been nice to have that option to call down to the front desk instead of again pulling out our cell phone to call. The breakfast was sad, potatoes not fully cooked & the waffle maker was hit or miss. Overall it was a quiet spot which we appreciated and shopping and good food in the general area was also a plus!

very run down, hair/stains in bed and walls. NO remote in the master bedroom, the staff could not find one that worked.

This was one of my best stay at a hotlel. My next trip to that area, this place is high on my list to return to.
The staff was great.
I can't think of anything bad about it.
4.1
We didn’t have hot water for the first 24 hours. We had two towels between the 6 of us. Our room smelled like poop from the second we opened the door. They said they would let us know when the hot water was back on. Never did. They said they would bring us towels. Never did.
4.1
The rooms had a strange smell. It took a while to get used to.
4.1
Everything was great except for not having enough towels. The reservation said 8 people. We had 4 towels. When I went to the front desk to get more towels, I was told they were all out. You’d think that the room would be supplied with enough towels for the number of people occupying the room.

It was fine for one night
4.1
Nice place with large rooms and full kitchen
Loved it. Hot tub a d pool were nice. Only issue was a large group of sports team with about 12 year old kids that were running all over the halls. Would definitely stay there again
4.1
Property was clean and quiet.
4.1
Nice and clean
4.1
Close to good food options. Easy to get to
4.1
Room was dim and needed a few repairs. Breakfast was acceptable but not as good as the Marriott.
4.1
The property was well located, close to amenities, comfortable and clean.
4.1
I would have rated higher but despite 3 tries to get results, we never had hot water for showers. Always lukewarm.
4.1
It would have been great if the dishes provided were actually clean, the coffee cups had sugar and dried coffee in the bottom the plates and silverware had dried food on them, it tells you how clean the rest of the place is. They even took the dirty dishes out of the dish washer and put them away, I was looking for soap to run them and no one had any, front desk or the people cleaning the rooms. Sorry, but I’m not impressed.

Room was cold heater blew cold air. We froze at Lagoon just to come freeze in our room. We will not stay here again

This is the second time I've stayed here - it's my go-to place when I'm in Salt Lake City - so clean, breakfast is good, very nice kitchen , great outdoor area, including a courtyard, which is great because I have a little dog ! Staff is so friendly - love it here !!
4.1
Beautiful, clean property. Excellent, friendly staff. Had the two bedroom suite and it was perfect.
4.1
The place is old, but up kept and clean. Beds were not very comfortable
4.1
Double beds… really?? Why not at least Queen size beds at the very least? Unless most of the guests are little people, which I highly doubt! I’m not a big person but my husband and I don’t fit on a double!! And the built in shampoo/conditioner/body gel dispensers would be fine but mine were empty!! And unless you want to give out personal luffas to each guest, maybe not have body gel as the ONLY option?!
4.1
Nothing to say other than it was a nice place but the fireplace didn't work in the room we stayed in.
4.1
I was actually really impressed with this place. This is a awesome hotel. Great price great location I will be coming out next time. The only thing I’m giving it a one star less because when I booked it, I was not told I was supposed to pay a damage fee of $125 if they had told me that when I booked it orbits that would’ve been nice but besides that it was a great place. Great trip.

This worked great for our family of six. My only complaint is that we where there for three days and never once did house keeping come empty garbages or anything.
4.1
The staff was very nice and the room was spotless.

I took my 93 year old MIL to see family in Salt Lake. The hotel was great. It was clean and comfortable!
The doors coming into the hotel were automatic which made it easy for a wheelchair. However, the doors out to the courtyard and into the building we were staying in were manual. NOT making it ADA friendly. Because of this I may have to reevaluate where we stay in November.
4.1
It was just okay. We didn’t realize it was pet friendly and let friendly hotels never seem as clean and unfortunately affect a few us in my family with allergies.
4.1
I am generally satisfied but there are rooms for improvement. The carpet not smelled very good.
4.1
Shower leaked always, bathroom door sticks so you can’t open it
Elevator floor sticky and never cleaned for the days we were there
Great people work there, kind of dingy

We were in town for a family reunion and several of us stayed here. The lovely courtyard/patio was a great gathering spot. We enjoyed the pool. Only downside is our room had a cigarette odor, obviously someone had smoked there even though the property is supposed to be nonsmoking.
4.1
I really liked staying in this facility. The staff was nice, easy check in and out. They give you complimentary refreshments at the check in. They have nice complimentary breakfast. Nice indoor pool and hottub.
Easy parking and good amenities.
4.1
Great gym, pool, basketball hoop, and nice rooms!
4.1
Area run down, dirty, homeless, and drug users Carley everywhere. Room outdated, cracks in ceiling, shower head broken, breakfast very low quality.
4.1
Quick checkin. Good location
4.1
The staff was fantastic about working with us due to a fluctuating baseball tournament schedule.
4.1
Excellent staff - always willing to help and answer any question. Food was very good and great location, close to restaurants and stores.
4.1
Newly renovated and off the beaten path.
4.1
They didn't have the room we reserved. Breakfast is horrible.
4.1
The room was super busy big

Great hotel!

Sunday morning just before 9am both me and my sister heard a light tapping on the door and a man’s voice saying “housekeeping”. He tapped on the door again before we heard a key go in the door and the door opened. He wasn’t able to open the door all the way because I put the door latch over the door. My sister said she saw a man trying to look into the room but because of the door latch he couldn’t really see in. Then he closed the door and we didn’t hear anything after that. When I checked out I mentioned it to the front desk lady and she said housekeeping staff isn’t scheduled to be in until way later. I just want to say nothing like that has ever happened to me me at any hotel I’ve stayed at. After this I’m definitely going to be more aware of my surroundings.
