It was a TERRIBLE STAY. They gave me a hamdicap room which i did not reserve. The shower didnt work in the first or second room they gave me. And they could not give me a regular because i booked it through hotels.com. And they cannot override the reservation. So her final answer was "take a bath". I expected better service from a Fairfield Marriott.

Was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of staff and their willingness to make suggestions. Our Netflix was not working and the engineer arrived at 9 pm to attend to the problem. Loved the shuttle as it was a great relief not to have arrange Uber after a long day of commuting.

It was rather clean and presentable, my A/C unit did not work I called down to the front desk. Short time after that the building lost all electricity. Came back from dinner and my A/C was still not working. Called back down and finally showed up and fixed it.

The hotel did not give us the king room we booked claiming they were over sold. hotels.com added a letter to the booking name so there was 30mins of disorganization even trying to find out booking. Their software had been down so I ly one computer was available. This is the third time we have tried to book on this website and the hotels never want to accommodate what was requested and conveniently in fine fine print they don't have time we will never book through this site again.

well, I stayed for eight days and four of those days had very little Internet connection and on the last three days there was some kind of power outage at the airport which affected cable and television and didn’t have any of that for three days especially about the news for the wildfires that were going on less than 30 miles away. The thing is the only thing that next-door is a ruby Tuesday and then you have to go to miles to get anything else across the street from the parking lot individuals living on the street in their campers, vans and buses doesn’t feel really safe

Horrible, paper- thin walls. Could hear neighbor’s loud music until 3:30am. Called front desk 3 times- they could do nothing. No sleep. Front desk told me manager would call me later in day to discuss remedy- has not happened in 7 days.

- spent $60 on taxi and found out shuttles where running - Person working didnt seem happy and was not friendly. Gave me no information about hotel or bfast times in morning. - Room smelled and had a humidifier plugged in which someone came and got after about 10 mins of us being in room. - Room didnt have wifi information - Couldn’t get tv to work and no instructions how to use remote - Was charge $10 for parking but we used taxi

The property and staff are perfect for a one night stay close to the airport. We were in the last room on the 1st floor and did not have internet access. The front desk logged me on but it still didn't work from the room. I spent hours in the lobby which I expected to be able to work in my room.

This is the first negative review I have posted. When we arrived ,we were given a room. upon entering the room it had not been cleaned. Bed not made, towels on bathroom floor and trash not emptied. Went back to front desk. They were very helpful and apologetic and gave us a different room. It was nice but also had a couple of cleaning issues. The main one was the pillowcases hadn't been changed and were dirty. My wife called the desk and asked for new pillowcases. They said come down to the desk and get new ones. Probably should have brought them up to the room.

I booked the room when I realized that all the rental car places at the Denver airport. We’re going to be closed at midnight when I arrived. After 30 minutes waiting on the hotel shuttle I called the hotel and found out that it quit running at 11 PM the next morning there was no hot water to take a shower,, the problem was remedied, but not in time for me to get a morning shower. The night manager Christopher was very kind and professional. And the next morning Krista was very helpful.

As a result of extremely slippery bathtub with no floor mat for support, my wife fell in the bathroom. In addition, the bathroom floor is very slippery when damp or wet from water from shower that curtain doesn’t catch. I had to use extra care to avoid failing also. At a minimum, rubber or otherwise fall proof floor mats should be utilized in all bathtubs. Present condition is an invitation to lawsuits galore.

Some kids had to be prank calling us, bevause the room ohin kept ringi ng until we left it off the hook. Not hotel's fault but definitely irritatingm stay was okay. Its noisy in the area and walls seemed very thin, so just know that going in. Very convenient to airport though.

Staff was fine as was the hotel - but as a Marriott Rewards member, they were unable to accommodate me for shuttle service to the airport as they were already booked - I was able to acquire shuttle service from the Courtyard (Marriott) across the street after explaining my circumstance.

The staff was friendly and courteous.. We had a room reserved and were planning on checking in during the.evening. Our flight was delayed and we ended checking in at 4:15 am and check out time was at noon.They asked if extending check out until 1:00 pm would help. That extra time sleeping sure helped us out.

The room was clean and smelled nice. The conditioner bottle was completely empty and was unable to have someone provide more. The pool, which was a large factor in choosing this hotel was cold. My husband attempted to purchase a soda but was unable as there were no vending machines and the front desk was overwelmed with check ins so she was unable to sell anything from their store. The day before we arrived we were informed there was an additional parking fee for our personal vehicle even though it was just out in the lot and not anything special. They did not ask for our vehicle information so i dont know how they monitored that no one else was using the lot. I have stayed at several different Fairfield Inns and this was by far the least accomodating.

The worst issue with the property was their airport shuttle. We were stranded at Denver International Airport at night as there shuttle stops service at 11pm. We had to take a cab for almost $50. The shuttle the next morning only runs hourly and was full so we spent another $50. That is $100 more for our night. We should have stayed at a nicer hotel.Won't stay there again.
