Told night clerk that there was dog poop in 3rd floor hallway , 1 hour later it was still there had to tell the morning clerk which she took care of right away.

Fabulous remodeled room.

They told us the property was under renovation so that was not the problem. People were nice - but the room was just not clean

The hotel was outrageously priced because it was family weekend at Purdue, but wow was it a complete dump! The bathroom was disgusting, the tub was covered in filth, the floors had random crumbs on the carpet and everything was broken-the remote, the ice machine, the lamp, even the computer at the front desk could not print out a receipt.

It is inexpensive but very outdated. Not bad for the price.

Very old. The room was damp and moldy

The shower did not work. I did not find out about until right before checking out.

This was a disgusting roach motel with stained carpet everywhere and an awful smell throughout the hotel. Left after 5 minutes and booked at a real hotel.

This was an old hotel that was not operational and looks like the new owners did a short cut to do some miner fixes and start this in an unsafe condition. The health department should close this until there is good repair. It was dusty, mold everywhere, pungent smells, no internet or TV. When I complained, the "I don't care" answer from the reception was , "hey see I have put some posters everywhere saying we are renovating" . I have not seen any workers doing any renovation. Looks like they just want to make some quick money from Purdue students parents. Anyway, I got out just after one night (from a two night booking) as I care for my and my family's health. Good service from Expedia though as they got me refund for the second night. No refund from the hotel for the trouble for the first day though.

The room was a far walk from everything. I thought I was booking a handicap accessible room but it wasn’t. Not the hotel’s faulty but the third party website I used for booking. We had planned on staying two nights but left after one.

The building is run-down and looks like it hasn't been updated in decades. Wi-Fi was bad and breakfast was as basic as you'll find

Whole facility is dirty, toilet didn’t flush in the room and did not accommodate in another room. I left at night to find alternate accommodation. This facility should not be in operation while under renovation. They would not even refund me.

This is the dirtiest hotel we have ever been to, with broken ceiling, and even saw bugs in the bathroom. Sick! We will never come back again. What a mistake to stay here

Very old and outdated. They are working on upgrades but pretty rough for now

This hotel is a bit old. Staying for a night is okay.

The carpet in the room felt damp. The complimentary breakfast had extremely limited options.

hotel under remodel so no water in hottub. outside pool closed. indoor pool had water but not sure if swim was available, but too busy to utilize it anyway. bathtub in room 148 could use some good scrubbing to get black stains out. Water pressure was good. room service excellent as daily by time back to room beds were made.

Mattress is too fluffy, air-conditioning to loud, had to tirn it off. Asked front desk to print 1 piece of paper, they said no

The property is very old and poorly maintained. For the price, it’s definitely not worth it. The entire place has a stingy feel, and the bathroom was the worst part – the water never drained properly, and there were stains all over. The room also had a strong moisture smell that was quite off-putting. I would not recommend staying here.

Probability the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I travel for business about 100 days a year so I have been in all sorts of hotels. This is the dirtiest place I can remeber. Stained carpets all over. dirty baths. only bread for breakfast. Sleeping under a bridge will be better. avoid if possible.

This property is under extreme renovations. We stayed during a peak time, so prices were quite high and the first hotel room was so bad we had to request a different room. The second room was much better but it had multiple issues, bathroom hadn't been completely cleaned, there was dust on the end tables and it felt dingy. In the main area, there is a nice pool that seems to be kept up well, but the hot tub is not functioning. Many of the elevators are not currently working and the steps are spiral which makes it more difficult to navigate if you have mobility issues. The lobby was clean and welcoming with a tv and comfortable seating. They had provided snacks for incoming Purdue students which we thought made it feel welcoming. The highlight was the manager, Marie. She was extremely kind and friendly. She was easy to work with to change our rooms and offered us free breakfast (we did not take her offer, so I can not tell you if it is good) There is a Walmart within a five minute walk as well as an Applebees. We chose not to stay for more than 1 night and moved to a different location. If you are willing to overlook quite a few things, and get a decent rate it may not be a bad place to stay: staff is friendly, location is good, but it is not for everyone.

One lady bring excellent help, but older lady just doesn’t care

This property is under major renovation. The one saving grace was the very hospitable and friendly manager on site: Marie. A very patient and understanding person. The beds were clean, the shower was warm but you have to understand that every room is basically being renovated right now so if you want a 5 star stay, this isn’t it……yet.
It’s clear this property has been neglected but the new owners are getting it back in to shape. It takes time. I’ll give it 6 months. Until then, save a few bucks.

Hotel is going through some badly needed renovations. Our room was fine but less than outstanding. Family members had to get a new room due to plumbing issues. It was more expensive than I would have preferred to pay since it's not up to par, but with the university close, they must be able to get whatever they want for rates, especially during football season.
People at the front desk were friendly, but that's the best thing I can say. There are a few convenient things around like Walmart across the street, Panera close too.
Courtyard could be beautiful once renovations were done.

Photos online all looked good, the woman at check in was very friendly. But the entire hotel is under renovation. Ac is getting replaced, restaurant was closed, the hot tub had caution tape around it. The worst part was there was no running water in my shower, which I took video of. Part of the wallpaper was peeling and the hotel had a musky smell to it. I understand you are renovating but this hotel should not be open to the public before more is completed. I told the front desk employee when I checked out my shower didn’t work and she just said “okay”.

The property is under construction/remodel. I look forward to it's new look!

Very dirty phones pool tv did not work used soap left in our room and no toilet paper never again would I book here
2.0 / 10.0
There were stains all over the floor, dirt and mud on the carpet. The bath room was disgusting, there was brown stuff in the toilet and the tub. There were construction workers everywhere. Overall, I did not feel safe. Immediately after seeing my room I went to the front desk and asked to check out because I would not be staying there. They only refunded me for one day instead of my 2 night stay. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

We chose this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub. The pictures looked very nice. The website should have indicated that the pool and hot tub were closed for an extended period of time.

Staff was excellent. Service is good. The rules are nice and clean and even though they’re under construction, they’re doing their best to keep there guests happy can’t wait to see what comes of the new renovations

Cereals, slices of bread, and apples were the only things they offered at breakfast. The breakfast time was 7-10am and I went there at 8am, but I could only get cereal, not even water provided (I wonder if they were still preparing other dishes or not). Dog was barking all the time from next room.
2.0 / 10.0
Room was filthy. 3 inches of dust under bed. Walls behind bed and behind fridge splattered with something. White substance dripped down fridge. No microwave at all. Bathroom floor was black around edges of white tile. White bathtub was yellow at the bottom. Used soap from previous guest left in shower. Hot tub and outdoor pool was closed. Hotel getting remodeled, no mention when I reserved it. Still no excuse for lack of house keeping.
I complained to hotels dot com. They offered me $25 in One Key Cash which I have not received. Also, I have pictures but for whatever reason this ap is not allowing me to upload them.

Will be nice when rennovations are complete.

The hotel is undergoing much needed renovations. Only one elevator works. The hot tub is not in service. The pool is fine though.
This is can be a great place to stay. The layout of the hotel is fabulous with the pool and hot tub in the middle of the atrium with all the rooms surrounding it.
At the moment, this place is too pricey for the value

It was brought to my attention upon checking in that the motel was recently purchased and was undergoing renovation. There was going to be a lot of upgrades because of the age of the motel.
I didn’t have any issues, but it definitely needs upgrading.

Place was run down. Broken lights in the pool area. Stains in hallway carpet, Not suitable for human habitat.
