Thus place should be shut down. Broken window, only one light out of 5 had light bulb. smoke detector was remove. The bath top was corroded stain and damaged throughout. Worst of all, it's has strong funky odor. I reported to the front desk and was told that every room is the same. I was tired after a long drive all day and went to sleep. It was a 2 night booked but i left the next morning.

BED BUGS, BES BUGS, BED BUGS! The app did not allow me to upload my photos and videos. The management will give you a hard time if you demand a refund! Do not stay here for your health and sanity! As soon as we checked into our room there were 1. No electricity. We had to talk to the person who checked us in to turn them on. As soom as he left and we went back inside our room we saw 2. SEVERAL cockroaches. This should have been the sign for us to leave but it was super late at night and we only needed to stay for a night and be gone early morning. So we washed up and slept. 3 hours later my partner woke up from bite...3. FROM A HORDE OF BED BUGS. It is now 2am. We packed up everything told the manager about the issue, WHO dismissed the fact they have an infestation and did nothing about it. I requested to move to a different floor and room. The rest of the night was us getting rid of the bugs from our clothes and belongings, sealing them in a garbage bag and tossing them out. Changing to fresh clothes and booking a different hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want to risk bringing bed bugs and pests back home! Along with possibly needed to hire pest control to get rid of any hitchhiking bed bugs that you may have brought home.

Horrible, I didn’t even stay here once I saw the conditions. Bed bugs and roaches everywhere in the room as well as no lights worked. Hotel is not called Fresno Inn it has a different name and homeless people live there and all over the hotel. I asked for a refund and it was not given to me either and I didn’t even stay at the hotel.

I wish I had taken pictures. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel and the condition was unlivable. I had to ask for a refund and find other accommodations. The window had a huge hole in it. There were CoCKROACHES everywhere, the pool was green, staff was seedy, I witnessed multiple illegal activities on the way to my room. Dangerous and very very dirty. Absolutely unacceptable.

So I chose this hotel based off it's pictures and reviews it displayed through the app with that being said, it was completely misleading and straight out lie the room was completely different than what I chose not to mention completely destroyed. Riddled with roaches No towels Minor to no cleaning Bed spread was still dirty Sketchy tenants Bad side of town No where near the city limits

It was terrible had to change four different rooms it's unsafe very dirty mold on the walls pipes in the wall busted flooding downstairs these people don't care about us cockroaches I was lucky to find a room that was okay but better than all the other rooms the room I was in didn't have maybe seen one or two cockroaches compared to 50 the walls didn't have mold in the AC was excellent has lots of restaurants around it walking distance it would be a nice one I would give it a five but no this is a one did not make the mistake but if you looking for cheap try to look here you get what you pay for you know what I mean

This motel is in poor condition. The rooms are unclean, with stains on the carpets and bedding. The bathroom is especially dirty. The overall atmosphere feels rundown. Service is lacking, and the staff seems disinterested. Overall, it's not a pleasant place to stay, and you might want to look for other options if possible.

We are traveling two ladies only for vacation and late checking for big traffic. When we get there they doesn’t have room that I booked. They gave me no room lights and too dark part side. The night shift two guys are promised to fully refund if we don’t like the room and they are not holding my deposit money and the deposit was holding by Experia but I lost my deposit from Experia or the hotel no refund even though the hotel wasn’t a room for us.

This place should burn. You can smell it as soon as you walk in. When I went to my room, the sheets were dirty, toilet was not flushing and there were cockroaches. I checked out soon after. I don’t recommend anyone staying here.

This hotel is horrible and the worst I ever seen. The room was very dirty, the floor wasn’t clean (if you walk with your naked feet, after some minutes they are black!!). For 3 persons only 2 towels provided, but very dirty and black traces everywhere. Pillows and sheet as well not very clean, with some hole inside. Missing bulbs for the lights Most of the furniture were damaged and the top of the main table was burned in several areas. Laundry not available, WIFI not working, swimming pool water very dirty! Many strange (drugged, alcoholics) people around the hotel. Definitively this hotel is not a good one and must be removed from the selection list.

The first room they gave us. The ceiling in the bathroom was caving in and leaking water and it had black mold everywhere and cockroaches in the bathtub. The second room they gave us had some black mold in the bathroom smelled cockroaches bad was uncomfortable. I felt like I was getting bitten by fleas. There was a homeless lady yelling Out there in the parking area the staff I’m not sure if they did not speak English or they understood English. I don’t know the towels were dirty. They had a TV in the room. It did not work no remote no nothing. The lights did not work. The AC did not work. The pool was green , it was horrible. It was the most horrible motel hotel whatever I’ve ever stayedin

The window to my room had a hole in it. Like not just cracked, a hole. There was no refrigerator, which was super inconvenient. There was also no hand soap in the dispensers. There was no shower curtain. The tv quality was bad, and the remote control didn’t work. Another lady at the front desk when we were checking in was there to replace her remote, so we weren’t the only ones. The floors were dirty, I got black feet from walking on it barefoot. The site advertised a pool, but the pool was green with algae and unusable. I didn’t plan on using it in the first place, but you shouldn’t advertise a pool if said pool is unusable. Def not the best experience.

Mold, rot, rats and roaches running rampant and you can only stare in disbelief of the treatment and respect not only as a customer you should receive but of what any human should get. Yet you don't an you can't even dry your butt.

First, when I arrived I was asked for a $50 CASH deposit which had not been mentioned on Hotels.com. No overhead light in my room. Light on desk didn't work either. Only light was in the toilet and over the sink. No TV. Door frame was missing chunks of wood and so deadbolt didn't feel secure. Shower was running slowly, not dripping when I arrived and I couldn't shut it off. Ceiling over shower was missing chunks and moldy. Not a single coathanger. Chair was filthy. Floor felt filthy. Floor matt provided for shower was dirty. Pool was green. Worst motel ever.

The only clean thing in the room was the top bed linens and the towels. I am a cleaner and I happened to have my stuff eith me. I mopped the bedroom area three times and it still came up filthy. I used a full nottle of bleach cleaner on the moldy tub and tile floor. After six applications to the floor, it was still coming up filthy. I was able to get most of the mold out of the shower. I used the bleach and a scrub brush, Ed Fred which is a very caustic cleaner, and Rejuvenate Soap Scum remover. While there was still .... Ick... I figured it had to be dead by that point. There was a hole in the discolored ceiling and warm water dripped constantly, as did the tub faucet. The mirror in the bedtoom, held on with three screws only a half inch into the drywall, came off when the neighboring room closed it's door, hanging by one screw. All surfaces were dirty. I left the filthy rags at the front desk. I can give you pictures.

This is the filthiest motel I have ever seen. From the time I checked in there was no toilet paper and only one bath towel for four adults. I went to the front desk to ask for toilet paper and towels I was told in a very rude way that they only give a roll of toilet paper if you ask for it and that they only provide two towel’s per room no matter how many people are there. I am going to request a refund I have pictures of all the filth and unmaintained conditions with cockroaches and flies. The pictures of the room on web page show a clean room this is very deceiving and false advertising. Please have a supervisor contact me to discuss this I am very disappointed that Expedia lets this motel advertise through them

Horrible experience worst hotel stay ever. Floors and walls are dirty, smoky and graffiti. Cockroaches moving around in bathroom I refused to shower. Refrigerator and microwave looked like it has not been cleaned in months. Unusable to put my food there. Too dirty room for my family we left asap to a 5 star hotel. This place was zero stars.
