I stayed on the 2nd floor for four nights in a room with partial sea views. **Pros:** - Friendly and helpful front desk and restaurant staffs. - Clean, well-equipped room. **Cons:** - Significant noise issues from the street made it hard to relax, with traffic and construction sounds permeating the room. - Loud banging noises from the room above or nearby, likely from furniture movement, were particularly disruptive at night. - While the hotel staff kindly provided me with earplugs to help mitigate the noise, wearing them all night was uncomfortable. Removing them meant enduring constant disturbances, which severely impacted my ability to rest. I understand the hotel can't control street noise, but they could improve soundproofing, especially the windows.

The hotel was excellent! We have an amazing stay. The service was perfect and the location in walking distance from the beach, shops and restaurants. The bedrooms were in beautiful condition too.

Had a great time, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room service was the fastest I have ever had. Location is near all the fun and beaches. 15 minute walk from train station. Highly recommend and would go back again.

The rooftop bar and restaurant staff is amazing, friendly, really go above and beyond. The braised lamb is the best lamb I’ve ever had.

Good location, we stayed here last year and enjoyed our stay. This year we found the experience a little different. Breakfast was taxing , one jug of coffee to be used by all and a jug of hot (not boiling )water to make tea with, the alternative being to ask a very forgetful young lady again and again for coffee. Our bathroom was looking well worn and the room stated as superior was tiny for the price ( I know it’s Cannes but really ! ) The guy outside is superb at meet and greet ! Watch your invoice for additional extras that you didn’t have , making customers feel like criminals is never good for business.

This is our 2nd time staying at Hotel Belle Plage. We love the hotel if you like boutique hotels this is a great choice! Walkable to everything and has a great rooftop for breakfast or evening drinks with a great view! They have a spa and small gym which is newly added . Valet available and concierge service which helped us find dinner reservations and beach club!

The property photos and videos are much nicer than reality. Once you visit the place, you feel the place is much less than how it was presented in photos or videos. The property is not worth paying over 1000 Canad dollars a night (I got a much nicer hotel in Cannes for a similar price). The team is very polite and helpful. It’s clean too (but this is a normal thing).

This hotel is so beautiful! The staff are absolutely fantastic. The hotel is quiet, clean, modern and super comfortable. The breakfast is one of the best breakfast’s I have ever had a hotel before. Great central location, but isn’t loud or crowded.

Beautiful hotel with extremely attentive staff. Lovely and clean rooms. Fantastic rooftop restaurant and bar - the food and service you couldn’t fault. Perfect location, just 7 minutes walk away from the hustle and bustle of the harbour so more peaceful than in the centre. Fabulous beach right in front. We will be back!

We chose this hotel because of price and good location. Their best asset is the friendly and kind staff. The location is excellent, close to the beach and the older part of the town.Yet the croisette is within walking distance. Some of the hotel facilities need updating like the heavy keys. I cannot remember the last time that I did not receive a card when checking-in.

Very beautiful view from the rooms and nice location of the hotel its a plus. We liked the courtesy and polite staff who speaks several languages. Hotel is well maintained. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast is overpriced for the value and quality of the food. We would return. Prices were decent for the period of the year.

We have stayed at the Belle Plage hotel many times. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is in a great position for the beach, restaurants and both the train and bus station. It is ideal for travelling if you dont have transport.
