Everything is the rooms and hotel itself was very clean but the hallways had a awful urine smell
3.7
The older gentlemen at the desk for the night staff was very nice and informative. Bathroom was nice and big, may have been mold painted over on the seiling. We were sneezing a good amount. Other than that breakfast was amazing and the beds were comfortable. Everything you need for a nights stay. Police also protrolled the parking lot ever so often so it felt pretty safe. Stayed in room 330. Had pictures but couldnt upload.
3.7
We arrived late, front desk was operated by a very nice and kind man.
Building is an older building. Room was okay, plenty of space. Mattresses were not the most comfortable but made do with blankets. Bathroom popcorn ceiling peeling, looked like had some mold growth forming.
Odor in hallway.
Breakfast was good, many options.
Waffles, bagels, toast, scrambled eggs, cereal, biscuits and gravy. 24 hour coffee!
For price and 1 night stay, it wasn't bad.

Everything was going great until the morning of my departure when I saw a roach crawling on the curtain.

The staff at the hotel were all very nice and helpful. I arrived quite late and appreciated the very late check out option that the hotel offered. The common areas were nice but nothing fancy. The hotel ocerall was very quiet. My room was spacious and clean. I could not hook my laptop to the TV to have a bigger 2nd monitor, which was disappointing. Some aspects of the room appeared a bit dated. E.g., the original built in outlets in the desk did not work. New ones had been added to it in a rather cobbled fashion. But in all, the room was more than adequate.
3.7
Hotel too dirty in the common areas. Room is ok all that you need
3.7
The room smelled like musty urine. The people were friendly. There was dust everywhere. Towels and bedding were clean. Breakfast was edible.
3.7
They need to address the trash issue in the back of the motel. There was a bad smell. A little dated tub and shower.
3.7
My stay at the St Louis Westport LaQuinta was perfect. The airport shuttle was prompt and painless. Charlie at the front desk is amazing, he makes you feel very welcome! Only stayed one night before moving on, but will definitely stay again. In my opinion, more comfortable and modern than the 175 dollar a night Hamton Inn. Great stay!
3.7
It was a good hotel. Staff was good, airport shuttle is a plus. Lower price compared to others. Lobby area was clean but hallways to room were dirty. The room could definitely use some extra attention.
3.7
The room was subpar woke up the next morning to no hot water at all
3.7
Checked into the room. First floor. Desk attendant was courteous.
Had a few minutes in the room after bringing my bags in before I left for the evening. No remote. Went to front desk, they gave me another one.
Wifi didn't work (Connected, No Internet). Tried several times. I'm an IT guy. It didn't work. 169.x.x.x IP address.
TV stand was broken and TV tilted noticeably.
Giant yellow stain in the bottom of the bathtub.
Got back from my event that night and the room was full of roaches. On the furniture, in the drawers. On the curtain. Went to front desk; all they offered was to move the room. They moved us TWO doors down. Asked about a refund; receptionist blew me off. Fortunately, that second room *seemed* clean. Slept. Didn't entertain breakfast; not in a hotel with a roach infestation.
Now I'm back home and I have to clean all of my luggage as I move it back into the house. This hotel is AWFUL. Worst I've ever stayed in. I can't believe it was this bad, even at this price point.

We wanted to check in a little early and was told “no, you can’t”. There was approx 10 vehicles in parking lot so I know there was rooms available. I understood check in time but we were in town for soccer tournament and had no place else to go. My daughter was injured and we needed someplace to relax. Finally, after back and forth with desk person he said he could but it would cost me extra $55 for 1.5 hours early. He kept asking me if I read the online reservation- of course not. Who reads that?
Deal person was just not very friendly and could have cared less that my daughter was injured and that we had no place to go. He was just not a nice person and he shouldn’t be working at the front desk of a hotel where customer service is #1 priority.
On your room-
It smelled like animal urine throughout entire room. Garbage was in the room and the tv remote power button was missing( not the end of the world but just explaining).
All of the negatives could have been avoided if it wasn’t for one persons attitude.

When we arrived the staff was extremely friendly. The elevator floor and walls were very dirty. Once in our room I found hair on our bed, pillows, in the tub and on our towels. The counters were very dusty and the tub which had a textured bottom was dirty as well. I used a washcloth and soap to do a quick wipe down of the counter and tub. In the breakfast room there was a waffle batter dripped on the carpet, it remained there the three days my family and I stayed there. We did walk by the cleaners while they were cleaning the rooms. One woman was walking around swapping towels and sheets while two men sat in the room chatting, one on his phone. I realize this was one glance but with the state of the room I felt it was telling. I was very disappointed because before our stay the hotel rated above average.
3.7
The common areas and pool areas are well maintained and clean. Room is in need of some basic repairs, like a small ceiling leak, but was otherwise clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good both mornings and the staff kept the food refreshed and tables clean.
3.7
Night checkin staff had great difficulties understanding. She said we didn’t have reservations and then was very unfriendly and not at all helpful
3.7
I stayed here 7 years ago and am deeply disappointed in my stay this time. I had to change my room because the shades were broken and the next room was without several items, as they had been stolen. My friend had broken springs in her bed and my other friend who stayed there had a shower that only provided drips, as the shower head was broken. The place was filthy and smelled like smoke and pot. It was so noisy, that both my friend and I had to go down to the desk to ask the worker to intervene in the noise.
3.7
Told me at the property they needed to run my card and they would put a $50 hold on it until after check out, but instead they put a $169.38 hold on it that fully charged to my account two days after checking out.
Plus I killed a cockroach in the hallway.
Definitely not the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at. I would look into other options before staying here.
3.7
Good breakfast, pool, landscaping. Hall carpets smelled musty.
3.7
I booked a handicapped room. When we arrived we were told it was upstairs and all the way to the end of the hall. I could not do that. The clerk offered us a regular room just around the corner. We appreciated his effort to make it easier for us. It was difficult because it was not set up for handicap but it was more convenient. It didn't feel clean. There was mold on the bathroom door jam. But the beds were super comfortable.
3.7
The Hotel was old and smelled like Marijuana.
The front desk wouldn't give us extra blankets when we requested them.
The bathroom door did not have a lock (it was just a closet door).
The whole hotel felt dated and grungy. Stains on the carpets, etc...
Won't be staying here ever again.
3.7
The place was pretty clean, and staff was ok. The bed was nice. Shower was good. The elevator didn’t work- and our toilet ran non stop while we were there. I was charged 2 fees in addition to my fee I paid Expedia. I was told it would drop off. I’m still waiting.
3.7
The room was great. This hotel had a decent breakfast layout. Unfortunately not very Keto friendly. All they had for Keto items was scrambled eggs. They were not very good. The overall stay was good.
3.7
Staff at check in wonderful. Hotel looked good upon arrival. Elevator out of service, but there was a second one further down the hall. Bleqch stains on carpet third floor. Room 302 had pry bar marks on door. Decided to use stairs due to elevator down, stairway smells like weed, terrible stench. Room 300 had a porn party so loud, security had to come and break it up. Party outside bedroom window, launched fireworks at 2am. Area is shady at night. Liked hotel but clientele... very bad. Unfortunately will not stay again with my family. Also, hotel shuttle did not run until 7am. Piol was clean, weed smoking present there too... thought someone hit a skunk.
3.7
Everything felt wet and i would have flet better if I kept my eyes closed.
3.7
Elevator at front of hotel not working. Not good for handicapped people.
3.7
I don't like robots
3.7
Elevator wasnt working on one side...other than that hotel was decent
3.7
Inexpensive and reasonably nice. Pretty clean
3.7
It was a nice place to stay but the elevator was out of the order. Didn’t like the breakfast.
3.7
Good
3.7
Needs updated on the keys for the doors.
Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Pool was very clean. 4/5 stars from us
3.7
The room was not clean the tv did not work and the elevator was broken. We were on the third floor! No elevator! This was not a good place to stay
3.7
AC didn't work had to switch rooms which was a single bed not a double and was forced to sleep on the floor cause we didn't have 2 beds available and all other hotels were full due to a concert in town. Horrible experience
3.7
Every single time we left the room the key card would not work on any door!
Pounding on doors and yelling in the hallway after midnight.
Absolutely no water pressure in the shower, to get even lukewarm water it had to be all the way on hot. It took a good 20 mins to get soap off of me and shampoo out of my hair. The knob in the shower vibrated and made a loud screeching sounds that could be heard all the way down the hall and I thought the knob was going to fall off!
3.7
The hotel is convenient for my business trips to the area and the price is reasonable. The room is adequate, although I had no control over the temperature; the A/C ran full blast the entire time I was there. Almost no water pressure in the shower--it took forever to rinse off. The main elevator wasn't working. The key cards wouldn't open doors from outside the building and wore out quickly for my room door.
3.7
These dirty ssa mfs charged me not once, NOT TWICE BUT THREE TIMES!! These mfs don’t speak Spanish but work at a hotel with a Spanish name?? How you work somewhere at cant pronounce the name of the workplace?? The management is fu¢king terrible, the corporate isn’t any fu¢king help and they’re trifling as idk what! They’re well know for seex trafficking and they don’t care about their guest just the money. Their pool is still open after a CHILD younger than the age of 5 recently drowned in it not too long ago. When I called up there they told me it was another reservation under my CREDIT CARD but wouldn’t tell me the name that the reservation was under and all of this was days after I had checked out! They’re unprofessional and I definitely don’t recommend this hotel for any females, children or guest who only want to pay for the nights they stayed. I will also like to add if you happen to make a complaint about them charging your card extra they will say they didn’t and tell you they have guests that pay with cash so they basically don’t give a flying fu¢k
3.7
Ac is not working for the whole night..dirty
3.7
Hallway carpet was very dirty or stained. Waffle iron was there for breakfast but no batter to put in It to make any. No fruit. Noisy people arguing.
3.7
Check-in was easy late at night when we were tired from a long day of travel. The only issues we had were the split door on the bathroom was hard to close both and the neighbors getting up at 4 am slamming doors. We would stay here again.
