Well it was a planned stop to just get a hot shower and get 4 hrs of sleep. And back on the road to Arizona.

Hotel was really nice probably one of the nicest in town. Room was really clean. The only unfortunate thing was that the window was left open before we got there and a bunch of bugs had got in. Not a huge deal because they weren't bed bugs but still was a bit concerning. It seemed like the rooms were recently remodeled which is nice but they evidently had some water leaks or something in the ceiling because there were lots of patches. Doesn't really matter that much other than aesthetic but yeah still a bit funky

Great, clean, safe place to stay. We were going to stay in Albuquerque but the homless people put us off. A short drive from the big city. Worth the extra 1 hour and 45 minute drive out of Albuquerque to stay here in Santa Rosa for the peace of mind. Didn't see any homeless here.

We have a new route across country to visit our son and his family. Looking for a nice clean place to stay. My wife liked it so. Only drawback is you allow dogs. 7Am dogs barking above us in a room. also, kids or someone running and jumping in the room above us until after 10 PM. Won't stay on the bottom floor again.

The second we stepped into the lobby, we knew this was a really clean and well kept hotel! Everything smelt clean and nice! The staff were all super friendly. Even breakfast was good! Definitely will stay here again when we travel through here

The staff was great, the gym was good, and the room was fine. The negatives: The floor was not clean. There was hair all over it and there was urine on different areas of the toilet. We were told that it was a no pet room, however there was animal hair on the floor and clumped on the air conditioning unit. We paid around 180 for one night. I didn't appreciate having to clean the room after a full day of driving.

This place is super close to the Blue hole in Santa Rosa where we like to go occasionally and this is the only hotel I would consider staying at as we've already been there three times and it's always great. Very friendly staff and the breakfast is always good. Rooms are clean beds are nice. can't beat it!

This hotel was conveniently located, the service was polite and efficient. I really appreciated a room with no carpet as it is cleaner. However, I was disappointed with all the single use, plastic packaging for shampoos and such. It was also disappointing that so much styrofoam and plastic was used in the breakfast and it creates so much trash! They can do better.

Room was clean bed was comfortable. Air conditioner or room made my sinus stuff up right away. Couldnt breath well enough to sleep. Definitely had a reaction. Air was stale. You could hear walking and running from the floor above us until after midnight.
