Great, however the hot tub wasn't ever hot.
When asked if they could turn it up a little they said policy was 99° (warm bath) and that not.that they couldn't but wouldn't.

The hotel was for the most part comfortable. It was a bit noisy for my senses though. I had a 5th floor room and there was a constant hum from machinery operating within the hotel. Also there was "Parking Available" so bring $24.00 per night to pay per night in the giant outdoor parking lot. Hotels.com should say that there is a per night charge for parking especially if the hotel is in an area where parking elsewhere is a problem.

It was a peaceful stay for me and my girlfriend. I guess we could of used a bigger television in room and more movie channels on television the sports channels were fine because i love sports but not too many movie channels which had sucked for us but overall it was not a bad stay .

Very friendly 24hr desk staff, 24hr shuttle service, good coffee & breakfast. Clean nice rooms. 2 late restaurant options in the parking lot. Being one of the lower priced hotels in the area, minutes from Midway airport, I was skeptical if it was going to be decent or safe. But it was great! Clean, comfortable beds.

We were very comfortable. I'm big on cleanliness, and it was very clean. No problems. Check in and check out went well. The ladies at the front desk were polite. The rooms look like they look in the pictures. No surprises.

We enjoyed our stay in the Hyatt. I would recommend you put some type of shelves on the wall to put luggage. With 3 people in a little tiny room, we had no place to put our luggage. Also no drawers to put our clothes. Would have been nice to unpack and just store the luggage.

I booked the hotel on the way to the hotel for two nights, and when we arrived at the hotel late at night. We received the room quickly and went to sleep. In the morning it turned out that the room had no iron, no light in the sink, the bathtub drain was blocked, and no service, not even a bottle of water. Although the room price is equivalent to a high level of service.
I mean that our situation was exploited by arriving late and we received the worst room.
This means that the hotel management and its dealings with customers and the hotel does not have the right to carry the brilliant Marriott logo

It was an amazing stay. My significant other and I had a wonderful night with much needed rest.

Horrible stay. Our flight got canceled so we needed a place to sleep. Got to the hotel to check in and were told they didn’t have any rooms with two beds available even though that’s what we booked/paid for and needed. Early in the morning what sounded like a generator ran for hours. So no sleep. Then none of us could shower, the water was feeezing, no hot water. I told the staff and they just laughed

We stayed one night at Fairfield. I think it’s crazy you have to pay to park in their lot when you’re a guest. I also had blood on a pillow. The bed was nice.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. An older hotel, it was, nevertheless, very clean and comfortable. Tasty breakfast, very polite and friendly employees. Super close to Chicago Midway.

This place is very run down although it appears somewhat new. The carpeting is thickly stained like it wasn't ever dealt with just vacuumed in. Still has whatever material caused the stain in it.
The air conditioner unit has clearly been broken several times before and just propped back into place so it fell onto us as we walked by in the night .
We had asked if the pillows or anything in the room was down and were assured it was not and it was indeed down pillows and possibly the comforter too. However the comforter was so thin you couldn't really figure out the material.
The couch was broken, it was un-sit-able. I pity the family that tries to utilize it as a bed.
The front desk was friendly.

Initially I was surprised and disappointed about being charged for parking. I’ve stayed in several other hotels within walking distance and never charged for parking.
The room was fine with the exception we couldn’t stream movies because the TVs are not Smart TVs. My suggestion is if you’re going to charge competitive prices then you must offer the same amenities. I did voice my disappointment at the end of my stay and looks like my parking was comped.

No hot water in the morning. Went to breakfast at 8 and almost everything was gone. Charge you to park. Other than that, a nice place.

Overnight before our flight home. Great location close to Midway airport , shuttle runs every 20 mins- very good hot breakfast with lots of choices - desk was very friendly - nice room - dark curtains - slept well.

Carpet has not been cleaned in years. “Something” splattered all over bathroom sink wall. Towel rack not attached to wall. Mini fridge frozen and not working.

Awful, ran out of breakfast the first morning and I reserved 2 bed room and got one for two 6 ft people. Customer service awful at the desk multiple times asking to be put in a bigger room. Room was dirty small and poorly kept. Carpet dirty disgusting and coming up on multiple spots. Only given two towels ad the bathtub faucet broke and needed to be repaired at 10 pm. Poor customer service everyone I can I to contact at desk or breakfast area with staff member. The breakfast lady was rude hurrying us to finish breakfast so she could clean up. Unbelievable. I’ve never had a bad experience at a Marriott like this and definitely a waste of money.

The hotel did not provide service to the pool, it is out of service, so we went to relax in the room and the television did not work, we informed reception and they went to check after 2 hours and told us that the signal problem was everywhere building. They didn't offer us any alternative. When we wanted to bathe, I only had 1 towel for everyone. When we left the next day neither of the two people at the reception knew what the airport shuttle service was, terrible service, no friendliness and one of the worst experiences. I do not recommend this hotel, better look for another one, you will regret it if you choose this hotel, disappointing that Marriott allows this garbage.
