Had a great time
4.1
It seems very outdated. We only had hot water the first night of our stay. There was no warning when we booked online about the renovations being done during our stay. The pictures online and description indicated a pool on site however it is closed for renovations until 2025. The last day signs got put up that morning that all water would be shut off for several hours. There was no indication prior and they back dated the sign they hung up last minute. However most staff on site were friendly and welcoming.

The staff was very welcoming and so friendly. This is our second time staying and we will definitely be back.

Housekeeping never came to restock while you were out of the room! And there was no pool like they said the was on the app.

Took the wife to Orange Beach to celebrate 10 year marriage. Greatly disappointed that we requested towels @ approximately 1050a and did not receive them until 2:15pm (we had already purchased them from Dollar General after my second visit to the front desk).
My wife mentioned she saw a COCKROACH (room 608) of Friday night. I blew her comment off. Then on Sunday morning at 6:00am, I woke up because a freaking COCKROACH was crawling on my hand while asleep in bed. Not cool!
4.1
Worst place I’ve ever stayed on the beach.
4.1
Arrived at the hotel, was NEVER told that the pool area is being renovated, NO POOL. I would never have stayed at a place with no pool.We were offered the pool at a nearby hotel, no I wanted and paid for the pool at the Hilton.
Rooms need to be updated, rooms are dark.
Service was very good when we reported issues with refrigerator, and bathroom sink did not drain. And toilet had issues with flushing, all were taken care off. Requested more coffee pods, never got, went to Walmart and bought some. On the beach, great location.
4.1
The hotel room was comfy. It could always be cleaner but I would stay there again! It’s super pet friendly and the staff is amazing! I would recommend to a friend or family member.
4.1
did not like the fact that you had to pay for parking since i was a guest had your hotel, and the 18 dollar breakfast was a little steep, most of your hotel has a free breakfast.
4.1
got a pool veiw room no pool just a sand pit where pool used to be
4.1
Nice stay other then we don’t know pool was out of commission.
4.1
Property was renovating pool area. Balcony door was jimmied to ensure it would not open, thus balcony inaccessible. Room key wouldn’t work. Made several, ended up management opening and I was stuck in room unless I got them to open the door
4.1
The pool is under construction, but the other hotels nearby are open to this hotel's customers and the beach access was so easy. No complaints.
4.1
Front desk are not very good in hospitality they will not treat you like a guest if you will book in third party like hotel.com coz we specifically ask the beach view but they said third party booking doesn't show the real view so they let us in a pool view that is under construction
4.1
Horrible stay
Duck tape on the floor
Dirty refrigerator
Ripped curtains
Leaking air conditioner
Broken toilet
Smelly hallways

Our "couple," trip was one of the best experiences weve ever had. Hotel on the beach. Price was great for a weekend, at that! My only "negative," was the carpet in our room. Not good for beach property and you can see its old. I am grateful that they are pet friendly, there is a $75 non refundable fee, so keep that in mind. My favorite part of the hotel experience was the food and drinks. Our bartender, Carmen was wonderful and makes the best "carmarita," (margarita) I've ever had! The cook, Collin, out did himdelf on our steak dinner! The steak was one of the best Ive had! And the price was even better. If i was local, Id be in for dinner, weekly. The pool is closed due to construction. A lazy river and tiki bar, coming soon! Even though the hotel is a little older and not real big, its one of my favorites. Weve stayed in many hotels in OB, but this takes the cake on top teir service, and food. We will definitely be back!

It’s a typical beach property. The Room is hard to get the humidity low due to balcony. Rooms have barnyard doors for bathrooms.
4.1
Every thing was so nice. The front desk personnel were wonderful and so accommodating. Each and every one of them. We could find nothing to complain about.
4.1
Lobby looked fine, only good thing. This doesn't meet the standard for a Hilton Garden. Parking lot too tight for full size car, halls dark, room dark, dirty and smelled. Balcony, that's a balcony? about 3 feet wide and directly facing the adjacent property feeling we were on display. the soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers glued to the shower wall (bring back the little bottles) all empty. We checked early and won't be back.
4.1
Not happy about having to pay for parking.
This should not be necessary as the time was off season and we are not visiting NYC.We woke up the first morning to lawn care noise and the property next door had people power washing all day. Not relaxing at the pool.
4.1
My room had roaches. When I brought the information to the desk clerk, she did not even acknowledge that I informed her of the issue.
4.1
Hotel was great. Steps from the beach. Will probably stay here again if we come back. Unfortunately, we didn't get the room we paid for. We booked AND paid extra for a full beach view, but only got a partial view, facing the condo across from us. Hotel staff tried to state it was a difference in how Hotels.com called the room vs how they do. Also i purposely booked this hotel for the outside tiki bar, but it wasn't open at all during our stay. Neither of these are a big deal as the hotel was still awesome, just wanted everyone to be aware if these are the reasons they're specifically booking this hotel.

The location was fine, the hotel itself is old and tired. It needs a good updating and new carpets. There was a bug in my room and when I asked for a different room, it was not taken seriously. Some of the staff are very unfriendly and have a nasty attitude. Unfortunately, I had to deal with a front desk person named Page. She needs training on customer service. I had booked a room for 3 nights but ended up leaving after the 1st night. Would not recommend.

Upon our arrival the hotel seemed great, but once we stepped into our room and took our shoes off our entire room floor was wet and stayed wet the 4 days we were there. How disgusting that was. We were not told we had to call each morning before 10 to get our room cleaned. We figured it out later on of course too late I might add. This hotel is pet friendly and didn’t see that when booking on Hotels.com. Beach was great, Sun was great, and ocean was the best.

Hotel was very nice would stay again

Great quick weekend get away! Enjoyed our stay!!
4.1
The bed was a little hard and they indicated free wifi yet they wanted me to pay for it. Don't advertise free if its not. Cell service was awful so it would have been great to have that wifi. Otherwise my stay was wonderful!
4.1
The pool wasnt very clean, and the jets in the hot tubs were not working. The room was nice and clean but the building seems a little dated
4.1
Stayed one night and while there was nothing terrible about it, I have stayed in Motel 6’s that had nicer rooms. Floor felt gritty like housekeeping didn’t get all the sand vacuumed up from last guest. Hotel could use some upgrading, like paint. Does not have a continental breakfast.
I expected a little more from Hilton.
4.1
It was not what I expected for a hotel under the name of Hilton. The room we had was outdated. In the bathroom there was rust at the base of the tub, the provided body wash bottle was almost empty, the shower curtain was a little empty, and the hand soap pump didn't work correctly. The furniture looked nice, but one of the doors to the cabinet under the desk had a broken hinge. The beds were very worn. The air conditioner casing was coming off and occasionally it would make a loud rattling sound when it kicked on. It was also surprising they had carpet in the room. They did have EV chargers, but frequently there were cars parked there that didn't need them. One of the cleaning crew was carrying around her vape and used the couches by the elevator to fold her towels. They did fix our toilet when it wasn't flushing right. They did have a nice walk to the beach, with a place to wash off sand. They also had fun backyard style games to play. I also felt that $18 for a buffet breakfast at a hotel was too high.

A great stay for a weekend beach trip! The hotel was clean and the staff was great!

Doing renovations but the room was not completely renovated. Lobby had no air in the middle of summer. Was not comfortable

Staff was friendly
4.1
I liked that the shower had large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash on the wall. They also had large bottles of lotion and hand soap on the wall next to the sink. The beds were comfortable. Very Clean. staff was very friendly.
4.1
It was a nice vacation
Didn’t like being on the 5th floor
Access to beach was great
Had issues with no room phone but they compensated for that

10/10 recommend especially traveling with family

A nice place to stay in Orange Beach!
4.1
It’s a HIGH TRAFFIC hotel. Don’t come here expecting all the niceties of your typical Hilton Garden Inn, period. She’s older facility that’s getting love from the staff, just never going to be enough for amount of people that comes through the door. That’s the case with all the hotels in this area. They’re all beat to hell and back. This one is in a good location and the beach access is premium. Pool is small and overcrowded at times. That said, it was quiet hotel and the AC was cold. That’s what I come to expect from Hilton. The pool bar was a nice bonus but waaaaaay overpriced, as was the breakfast. Sign in the elevator says add $10 a day for breakfast but it’s actually $18 a day. Expedia also failed to disclose the $10 a day parking fee. All said and done, my bill was significantly higher than originally planned. Would I stay here again? Yeah, maybe, as long as they keep the room price down.
