Clean, comfortable and AFFORDABLE. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff and the level of service never dropped. Hot breakfast in the morning. 24hr gym. Minutes from the parks. Free parking

1 guest ill on our second day so we didn't let housekeeping into the room. On our third day we went to Disney World, gone all day. Housekeeping came in and made the bed, nothing else. Trash wasn't emptied, bathroom wasn't cleaned. Kleenex, toilet paper, plastic glasses, plastic ice bucket liner and coffee cups were not replenished. Breakfast was good. Lobby staff always friendly and helpful.

Every member of the front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Some of the best hotel staff I've had in the last couple of years. The room was comfortable. However, the USB plugins on the lamp didn't work and was an inconvenience. Breakfast was a sore spot. It ends at 9am every day, by 8:45 there is a line of people waiting for EVERYTHING including the toasters. We got a hotel with a breakfast to save money, but you couldn't sleep in a little and had to wake up before 9 so you could get breakfast. Every morning was eggs, or the egg cheese omelet things and two types of sausage. I HATE sausage. Would have appreciated some bacon or ham. The bananas had black spots on them. Breakfast hours really need to be extended. The last day we didn't want to wake up until 9 and so we just ended up driving to Chik Fil a for breakfast.

The staff were very welcoming and accomodating. The property was clean, pool was nice, no issues with the specious room. The breakfast had a variety of choices. The shuttle was always on time. I am very happy with my stay and if visiting Disney in the future, this hotel will be my first choice.

Girls at the front were amazing & made us feel so welcomed! We really enjoyed the breakfast in the mornings before heading out to the parks. We only took the shuttle once then just decided to Uber the next day. The location is great! Super close to Disney Springs & only about 10-15 from the parks. Will definitely be using this hotel when we come back & will be recommending to family & friends!

Good place, everything you need, good attitude of the receptionists, transportation to the parks. Good breakfast, all day coffee, tea, water ready to serve. We had a great time, everything we needed was at our fingertips. We'll be back again!

From beginning to the end, the staff was always friendly and helpful. The dining area for breakfast was clean and the breakfast was plentiful, lots of choices. There are several restaurants within walking distance and a WAWA gas station which is opened 24 hours and inside you'll find lots of options for food & snacks. The Fairfield is close to lots of outlet shopping, restaurants, Disney Springs, SeaWorld, Aquatica and many other places to visit.

This was an interesting trip, because we were originally booked in a room that must have been undergoing renovations or something. The AC unit was torn off the wall and the walls had mold on them. But when we told the woman at the front desk (Briana) she was AMAZING about resolving the issue, and she put us in a different room that was absolutely fine. She was also a total ROCKSTAR who kept her composure during a VERY busy time when a LOT of people needed things up front, and she was the only one working. We were actually VERY impressed by her professionalism and attitude during what was clearly a very high stress situation. And the second room we had was completely fine. So I think it was just an honest mistake where we were booked in a room that wasn’t supposed to be booked. But that first room was nasty for sure.

Location is great, nearby Disney Springs, restaurants, and markets. Breakfast is good too. But the property is old and outdated. Rooms and bathrooms are old, AC makes lots of noise, carpet is dirty, etc. Swimming pool is small and not well kept. It really needs some major renovation. Lastly, the property parking lot is small, not enough spots for all guests, and somewhere unsafe.

Easy and friendly check in. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast is included and had many delicious options. Ample parking with plenty of dinner and lunch options nearby. Incredibly close to the Disney properties especially Disney Springs. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel staff were incredible. ( minus one ) night shift Thursday worker on August 1st 2024 We stayed for a week for my daughters pageant and everything was amazing up until the last couple days. My suggestions would be to always ensure your door card is on do not disturb as maids come around whenever and 2x never knocked just walking in on us…. Talk about awkward. As we were there for a pageant we had very early hair and makeup times. To be respectful of others we would always take our blow dryer and go to the common bathrooms as to not disturb people at 4 am….woth a blow dryer. However at approx 727 pm on a Thursday we received a call about a noise complaint … when I answered my 8 year old was nearly asleep in bed and it was just the 2 of us. The hallways weren’t overly loud just the odd guest coming and going from what I could hear. I went down immediately to inquire and was told it could be heard from under our door? My daughter now wide awake at this point was very upset as was I, as we went over and above to ensure that our early days did not disturb others. Only for us to be disturbed at 730pm after 5 days of early days and competition. ( my daughter is 8 ) For anyone looking for a child friendly hotel. Where you’re allowed to talk at 730 pm please avoid this hotel at all costs……. Severely disappointed that despite our compassion and respectfulness of others we were in turn not respected for something completely untrue. Most hotels have 10-7 quiet hours….

My stay at the Fairfield Hotel was exciting. My first day was a little rough with an issue in the bathtub. But it was resolved immediately I complained. The breakfast was excellent and the Hotel is extremely clean with good hygiene. I will definitely go back to Fairfield Hotel

This property is very old and things were just dirty and not looking well. It could definitely use some renovations. It was really noisy, the walls were super thin. Our last morning there they were working outside at 8am very loudly. We did like that the parking was included and they had free breakfast.

Arrived mid-afternoon and check in was easy, staff nice. Upon walking to our room (right down the hall from reception), we could hear a blaring, continuously beeping alarm. We informed the front desk, especially since we could hear it in our room. Spoke to front 5x between 4 and midnight, but the beeping continued throughout the night. Next morning, another patron was checking her family out early because “it had been two ridiculous days of the beeping”. We spoke to desk again and they acted like they’d never heard of the problem. Upon checkout, I voiced my concerns and dissatisfaction, and desk said nothing was noted. I was not happy. Never had a stay like this, and all workers just tuned out the noise. Everyone acted like it was a new problem each time we said something, but no one did anything about it. Glad we only needed a room for one night. This was ridiculous.

Property was good. Free parking was a plus. It is right of a strip mall but there was parking around the hotel. Staff were great. Shuttle service was also good. Get with the hotel staff if you are interested and they’ll explain the shuttle service. Rooms did seem to be older but it wasn’t bad. Overall a really good experience.

Our stay was amazing, the lady at the front desk was super sweet and made great conversation while checking us in! The room was so clean and so cozy. The bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve slept on also. We generally enjoyed our stay and will be staying again plenty of times in the future! 100% recommend!

Very disappointed. Room had stained carpet, marks on walls and overall dirty. Pictures of this place make it look a lot better. It was late at night when we arrived after long day at parks didn’t really have option to go try and find something else. I will be staying away from all Fairfield inns
