When we booked 2 rooms at this hotel we requested a connected rooms or rooms on the same floor. When we checked in they told us the rooms were on separate floors and could not be changed. My elderly legal blind mother in law mentioned she would just yell loudly if she fell, the check in clerk reluctantly moved both rooms to the same floor. We also requested pay at check in so my mother in law could pay for her room. However when we checked in the clerk informed us the room had already been charged and could not be changed. Once in our room it was in poor repair, half the room’s lights didn’t work, & the refrigerator was full of food from a previous guest. There were no extra blankets. We only had 2 towels for 3 registered guests. The heat was set on 80 degrees & the room had a plug in air freshener which was so overwhelming it gave us a headache. The breakfast provided was the bare minimum & the coffee & juice tasted awful. There was no hot chocolate, hard boiled eggs or bananas & only 2 kinds of cereal. We had other family members who rented 2 additional rooms & they had similar issues with their rooms & breakfast experiences. There was also a $3/night service fee charged to each room which the desk clerk could not explain what it was for & wouldn’t remove it. This hotel does not live up to the standards and expectations associated with a Comfort Suites and it is not clean or in good repair. We will not stay here again nor would we recommend it to anyone.

Was a "pay at the hotel" reservation. Hotel immediately put a hold on the reservation the minute it was done on the hotels.com website. Then when i came to check in i wanted to use another credit card to pay and they couldn't do that and charged the card that had the hold on it.

I booked two rooms with two beds each. When I arrived, they only had King rooms. They offered my money back, they did not offer to fix this mistake. I ended up having to buy another room. Not happy about mix up.
Then, one of the rooms was not cleaned and we had to change rooms but only to another room with one bed.

Job was very helpful upon check-in, arranging for the airport shuttle to pick us up at 6:00 am the next morning. The room was comfortable and equipped with everything needed for an overnight stay. The bathroom was clean and towels were plentiful, but the fixtures are starting to show some wear. We were able to safely leave our car there for three nights while we made a quick weekend visit to New England.

The staff, licati to airport was excellent. Rooms were clean but the heavy use of freebreeze was vey overwhelming, this indicates a need to cover up unpleasant odors. The bathroom and parts of the room were needing repair. The beds were clean and comfortable. There were cockroaches we spotted and killed in the bathroom. Thus the reason I am giving this a poor rating. The Staff was very nice, courteous, and friendly and give them a 5 star or higher rating.

It was great but they didn't have the airport shuttle due to an accident, but didn't notify us and didn't answer the phone when we rang. We would have been stranded at the airport at 1am if it weren't for the kindness of some strangers. Other than that, it was almost perfect.

Room was absolutely disgusting. I am sending email to choice hotels. In our room it was obvious that the couch hasn't been cleaned in who knows how long. The was a *****ing knife in the couch that my 5 year old could have easily gotten her hands on. Blood on pillow case and the pillow. When I showed the assistant manager the pictures she obviously could care less. What kills me more is this was the room closest to the desk, management obviously never checks on room cleanliness. I used to love choice hotels but it has become clear that they don't make the hotel owners stand for any of the practices that made them successful.

The hotel was great. Bed was very comfortable and AC worked very well (cold cold) Breakfast was very good, a large variety to choose between and clean. Because of storms we choose to purchase water and snacks from front desk rather than venture out in the storms. Very pricey.. caught us off guard bc we are usually prepared. But. Did have a big selection but pricey

The AC in the room did not have a way to lower the temperature so the room wasn't as cool as we would like especially when it was over 100 everyday. Would like to have a different variety of food for breakfast, ate the same thing for a week straight.

The floor was sticky and dirty. The couch was filthy, you couldn't even sit on it. The sheet was coming off the bed and when I went to put it on the mattress pad was filthy underneath! Carpet is tearing and no towel racks in the bathroom or any where else.

The front desk was really kind and understanding that we would be arriving later than expected and allowed the kids a little extra time in the indoor pool after the posted closing time. The hotel is a little on the outdated side and a couple of questionable people were hanging around outside but were not there too long. Overall, it met our needs - travelling to the Georgia Aquarium with 4 teenage grandchildren - for one night! We would stay here again. Easy to get to the downtown attractions ...

Front desk was fine. Room was really dated. I spilled some water on the carpet and blotted it up and towel was black from the dirt. Pool was full of scum as was the hot tub. Plus the light on the bottom came loose and exposed wires happened. They closed the pool. Breakfast was ok. Bed was fine.

This was a decent place to stay. The reason for the low rating is the fact that i ended up with bites everywhere. Probably bed bugs? This needs to be addressed.

We were told breakfast would be 8-10. We went down at 9 and was told by the lady that she had just put everything away as she dumped a whole plateful of sausage links into the trash. Milk was 2 days past due, the small cartons. The fold out bed had a piece of metal that ripped my pants and so thankful that my 1 year old grandson didn't poke his eye out.

Terrible facility for handicapped room. The shower tray was so slippery I nearly fell every time. Only one of nine USB ports were working. I think I’ll stay away from Comfort Inns in the future.

We chose this hotel because it says in the description that they have airport transportation. I called from our departure airport to confirm and was told to take a cab. When we landed I called again to double check and nobody answered the phone. So we got a cab and when we arrived the man at the desk appeared to be waking up from a nap. It was late so maybe they don’t do pick ups that late. But it would be nice if that was mentioned on the website.

We were in Tennessee for family, hotel was nice, breakfast was good and the pool was wonderful! Good stay, and the price was amazing!

My stay overall was good. The room was nice and clean and comfortable. I was going to use the Jacuzzi but it was not clean and very low on water. The pool area had a bad smell to it. Other than that my stay was pleasant.
