I never even checked into my room, and the owner, John Patel refused my refund! Between the renovation mess the contractors' aggressive behavior, it was unsafe! The staffs' unwillingness to escort me to my room being a single female alone was a dangerous situation and I don't recommend it to anybody! There were stray cats galore, I'd say 50 to 75 running around the parking lot and it smelled like a filthy litter box, the overall condition of the place was the worst I've seen anywhere and im an avid traveler.

I pulled up and there was not even a real
sign. Just a banner that said “High Point Inn and Suites” Where you pull in to unload there was a big blue working van. Go in and lobby is full of boxes and dim lighting. Very creepy and unsafe. Did not stay!

It was very disgusting as there was roaches and slugs in the room and the floor looks like it was cracked and the pool wasn’t opened. Asked for refund as wouldn’t stay there and they refused to give me my 2 night stay back and took my 50 deposit

Not sure

It was comfortable a little run down, the shower curtain rack was broke not enough towels for 3 people, smelled like Marijuana in halls and elevator, but a quiet place, good location for what we were doing and they take dogs which is awesome.

Musty smell in lobby, dirty hallway; looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed in a month, outlets loose in room, sheets filthy (had hair on them and stains as well) and comforter had holes in it. The pillows also did not have pillow covers on them. I checked out after checking in. They refused to give a refund. Will file dispute with my credit card.

Awful
2.7
This property had no hot water, no concern for guests, dirty, low sanitation grade & in unsafe area
2.7
We enjoyed the stay very much but we didn't know about the 50 Dollar deposit

Roaches need I say more

Very well worn property with pealing drywall and filthy carpeting in the hallways. Looks like it hadn’t been vacuumed in years.

No longer Red Roof Inn. Did not honor Expedia reservation. Staff were friendly and helpful, but hotel was shabby, outside cluttered with boards and cans and feral cats, toilet seat broken (staff did fix this). Price was higher than Expedia reservation. Left hotel for another the next day - was there less than 12 hours. Also appeared to double-bill us.

A few bugs, towels dirty, rude about my husbands service dog at first. But over all okay..

Most disgusting hotel I have ever try to stay in. First off they had cancelled my reservation with out notifying me, then tried to charge more. After finally booking again, in non-smoking room. On the way to the room elevator and hallways smelt lie a musky pot farm. The room smelt like a ash tray. Paint peeling and water stains on ceiling above beds. The lining was nasty. Cigarette burns every were, even in the toilet seat. Try to spray air-freshener but did not help. Then when I ask for a refund to go to another Hotel they refused because i had been there for more than 15 minutes.

Really close to my venue, but a SERIOUS pest control problem
2.7
I'd rather go camping, paint pealing off the walls, floorboards kept down with green painters tape, cocroaches and chinches

Worst experience i can remember. Toilets not working. Shower nozzles protruding from the wall.. stained linen towels and bedding. Broken glass exposed on windows. Changed rooms and a group of people taking over the hotel couldnt even be bothered to change our room i the computer. Started asking when we were leaving nearly an hour before check out... avoid at all costs!

Could not stay there, Filthy, unsafe and not sanitary . Smoke in a non smoking room! Cat and cat food in the lobby. Place should be condemned. Trying to get my money back! Had to find another hotel at 9:00 pm during Furniture market in Highpoint.

There’s no way this motel could be even worth one star. Do not believe the photos, they don’t look anything like the rooms. The paint was peeling, the furniture was peeling, the beds were stiff as boards. It was by far the lowest quality hotel I’ve ever seen. Absolutely bonkers that they’re charging $220 a night. We didn’t even stay.
2.7
It was dirty, ran downs non smoking room smells like a ash tray. Pillows terrible, crack in the tub, pitiful wash rags. Lamp doesn’t work. Looked nothing like the pictures. Very unhappy.
2.7
This property was infested with roaches. The TV did not work. They did bring me another remote to try to get it to work but the second remote did not work either. I was very disappointed I wasted $90 for stayed it. I only stayed in the hotel long enough to take a bath and then I left.
2.7
The ac cover was broke and duct taped on. The face plate for the ac controls was missing. Had to guess where things were set. Shower curtain rod was about to fall off the wall. Only 1 cup was individually wrapped. The rest were just stacked there.
2.7
The whole building is filthy and when I got to my room it smelt like a chain smoker had stayed in there even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room.
I ended up not staying there so to the filthy building and they would not refund my money. If you are thinking of staying here I can only strongly recommend that you do not I would give this place a 0 stars

Great place to stay, and rooms are super nice and clean

I really enjoyed my stay. When I first checked in, the young lady at the front desk was rude and on her phone. The first room she gave me was nasty and when I returned they had changed shift and Cassie was great about getting me in a room that was so much better. The elevator was nasty, did not look like it had been cleaned in a minute. Overall, it was a good stay.
2.7
They have roaches but only one room
2.7
Stray cats in pool area they had a pool that was closed with about 10 stray cats living there that someone left bedding there for them, rooms was disgusting outside area was dirty,
2.7
Hotel room was nothing like the pictures and building smelled of marijuana. Floor was very sticky. Was just completely uncomfortable experience overall. Would not recommend it what do ever.
2.7
My microwave didn't work so they brought me one to my door and made me put it back and set it up ....I didn't come there to do there job
2.7
I didn’t like anything. The place smelled and almost everything was out of order or not even there
2.7
The place was surrounded by brush and high weeds & overgrowth to back door. I nearly fell out of chair when sat in it as it fell backwas like sprins broke Wife caught me before I hit floor. Scorched place on walls. Outlets had scorched markes and was rigged to support electrical cords. Fire hazard. Baseboard trim was peeling of and missing in places. The hand towels and wash cloth at sink was dirty and damp like had not been replaced. Bath tub was nasty. Face plate on HAVAC was coming off and wall rotted at side of it. AC was leaking & filter needed changing. Paint peeling at windows. Moldy coffee pod inside pot. No coffee in room or lobby. Ice machines broken.Remote battery was found in freezer of the mini fridge. Had to have them replaced. This place give Red Roof Inn a BAD NAME. It use to be a high end hotel but this place reminds me of one that people use by the house for illicite means. I will never stay at a RED ROOF INN again! You need to investigate more thoroughly before suggesting rooms at places like this. IT LOOK NOTHING like the pictures we saw when we booked our room.

Site is amazing. Right off the highway

Floors not swept, shower and sink was dirty. Only thing clean was the bed but I still went and purchased my own to sleep on. It was ok for the price. Best part there was no sign of bugs.

The whole motel smelled of smoke. The hall way had dog poop in it at the elevator and was there the whole time not one staff member cleaned it up. Staff is rude and lazy.
Peoples dogs barked all night rooms looked as if they hadn’t had upkeep in a long time.
Toilet stoped working. Cats everywhere
Bugs in the room I will never stay there again or recommend it to anyone they shouldn’t even be in business!! The staff is lazy did nothing but sit and watch cameras in the room. Had my disabled sister with me and they wouldn’t even offer to help hold a door open for me to bring her in or out guess that’s to much to ask of them. I’ve stayed at a lot of motels but this one should be closed down!!!

Only needed a one night stopover but room with 2 double beds was lovely. Plenty of space & beds comfortable. Nice to have fridge & microwave. Didn't eat out on night so can't say what's around and didn't have breakfast either. Upon arrival lady was pleasant & also got me some fresh milk when I asked if there was any. Lady upon checkout was not so people friendly. I rang bell (as I'd done at check in) but was told to go to office at end, but she didn't seem particularly happy. Oh and the pool wasn't open which was a shame as such a hot day. I didn't ask the reasons though. If I was in area, for the money I would stay again.
2.7
This place was a dump. The bed looked like someone had been laying on it and the tv was on when I checked in the room. Wall paper peeling and hair in the shower
2.7
The hotel was EXTREMELY run down! It was in kind of a deserted area with nothing around it. There were cracks and chipped paint everywhere, weeds growing everywhere, the pool was covered and just looked like an accident waiting to happen, there was a cracked window in the hall with broken shards of glass still around it, the hallways and elevator had horrible odors, the elevator's inspection certificate was out of date, there was no breakfast (even though website indicated there was), hair dryer didn't work, toilet had someone else's hair behind the seat, and an empty shampoo bottle on the floor behind it. On the plus side, because there was nothing but empty fields on either side, it was relatively quiet. And our room didn't smell.
