Overall stay was pleasant. Front desk was very understanding on accommodating our small service dogs (2) staying with us. Hotel is a no frills type hotel but good enough for our mid-trip of 20 hrs.

We arrived late and were we're given our room and the lady at the desk asked if we needed anything. Room was very clean and comfortable. They had continental breakfast, but Dodges across the street had an Amazing breakfast. Will definitely stay here again....

The worst stay that I ever had. I was additionally charged $12.25 for a queen room but I had reserve and paid for a King. I want that $12.25 added back to my account. I will not book this place again.

It was convenient and very clean, but the housecleaning staff was unnecessarily rude a little after 9 a.m pounding on our door like the police then asking, just wondering if anyone was in here, after we had gotten a late check out!! We checked in after 10 p.m.

I now live in Memphis but I grew up in North Jackson. This motel has been there since before my family moved there in 1972. Of course it's been through several owners since then, the motel has always been in a safe area. It's quite and the bed was comfortable. The staff is nice and accommodating. Regardless of what the listing says, they do have a few smoking rooms because I had one of them. There are no handicap rooms which was disappointing because I am handicapped so showering was a little tricky but I managed. There are no robes on the rooms. Mine had an ironing board but no iron. If they had wifi it wasn't mentioned to me and I never was able to get online while there. Their free breakfast is a continental breakfast and it wasn't too impressive so I just went to the Dodge Store across the street for coffee and breakfast. I was there for an extended period of time because my dad was 4 driveways away in the rehab center after breaking his hip. My only complaint is their housekeeping. It's true they cleaned the room daily but that only entailed emptying the garbage can (1 can) and leaving fresh towels. No vacuuming or cleaning the bathtub or wiping down the furniture. You have to ask them to change your sheets and make the bed. I wasn't able to use the tv for a couple of nights because the remote was the wrong one for the tv but after a couple of days of trying they finally got it right. I would stay here again.

This was the worst hotel experience i have ever had. 4 people 2 towels. Cockroaches in the room.. very scary as people were outside our door in their cars all night..morning can’t come soon enough.. don’t make mistake we did.. don’t book this hotel. Burn holes in sheets

A very average motel stay..property needs some upgrades but apart from an odd smell in the room it was fairly clean and quiet. It looked as if the bed linen was brand new which i appreciated.

The good - friendly staff, easy check in, clean and quiet room. The bad - very firm bed. I ended up using extra pillows to lay on for additional padding. I recommend and would stay here again next time I am in Jackson.

If you are looking for no frills nice place this is good. Was clean and kept up. Pillows flat as pancake. Bed not bad. Cigarette burn hole in sheet. Area fairly quiet and air conditioning is loud enough to drown out outside noise. Staff was not rude but made no attempt to be friendly either. Had to communicate through a drive up window. In the morning when i went to check out the office was still locked and no one came to the window when i rang the bell. Didnt look like any breakfast was out, but didn't matter bc i couldn't get to it anyway with the door locked and no one coming.

I've stayed here several times over the last few weeks, my recent stay will mark the last one for sure! Each time the room has gotten worse, lacking the basic of things and the last 2 stays I was suddenly charged a deposit which had not happened before. The room this time had no hairdryer, the bed had definitely seen all of its better days had a spring broke and sticking out, the bathtub did not drain, the bedside lamp did not work nor did the t.v remote (even after we replaced the batteries, the refrigerator freezer door was missing. This whole experience has been absolutely discouraging.

This was a spur of the moment get away/get together. The whole process went over smoothly and I really have no complaints although if you're seeking any luxury this is not the spot. It is quiet and somewhat hidden and the rooms are clean.

We got in late but the front desk was very nice but the room was bad … bathroom door didn’t shut .. the bed was hard and had holes in the sheets. Pillows only 2 sucked but the good part was the hot water !
