Property very run down. Seemed like we were bothering the staff when we checked in. No interaction at all. People smoking pot openly in the run-down hallways. Only good thing was the room was clean...

I booked this room months ago through hotels.com and chose “pay at the property” when I got to the hotel, I was told mu Reservation was canceled and that it was because my credit card declined. Since I had not attempted to pay yet, I not sure how this could happen. Hotels.com attempted twice to resolve the issue however, the hotel, with 3 men at the front desk, did not pick up the phone. Every hotel in an hour radius was sold out. Me and my two daughters had to drive over a hour late at night to find another place to stay, a significant distance from our event. When my husband called this hotel, they did answer the phone and when threatened with a lawsuit, not our typical strategy, a room magically appeared. Since I no longer felt safe at this location we went to the other hotel.

Didn’t even stay in the room. The room was disgusting.black mold, smell's terrible, nothing was cleaned besides restocking. The service was awful and when we went to get the room refunded she refused a full refund accusing us of using the bed while we tried to find a new hotel in the room. Stay here if you want the newest disease cause it definitely a breeding ground. The worst hotel experience by far.

Came into town to visit a friend and the pictures do not look like the property. Feces in the hallways with toilet paper that has been used next to it, every room smells like a cigarette, everything‘s dirty, the showers were disgusting. This place is a roach motel, disgusting. Do not stay here unless it’s by the hour.

I arrived at the hotel with three other people but only two of us were staying in the room. I gave the staff my Information and they asked how many people were staying and I told them two. They asked me if I wanted a king size bed and I said no. They then told me that I booked a reservation for one king size bed. I checked my reservation and it showed two beds. I don’t know what that was about. The room smelled like cigarettes. I had to ask for two new sheets. My new sheet had a hole in it. My cousin had to get a new pillow.Someone burned a dollar sign into the bathroom wall. The hallway carpet was dirty and there was trash and a bloody tissue by the elevator. I’ll never go back there again.

Absolutely terrible and as a touring band we have low standards. There was a dollar sign BURNED into the wall, dirt everywhere we looked, lights didn’t work, and front desk was oblivious. Huge murderous screaming fight outside the room at 3am. Nothing like the photos at all. Rock on.

The Pictures that are being advertised are completely false the hotel is so run down it’s ridiculous the sheets have holes in them the room has a bad odor there were roach they give you no blankets to cover with the stay was so uncomfortable they definitely need to shut down so they can do a serious renovation

After booking a room and charged the hotel demanded a 200$cash deposit which I didn’t have. They then refunded my money to Expedia and I’ve been on the phone for 2 hours trying to contact Expedia about a full refund with no success. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had getting a room

Got there half hour before check in and was told had to wait I’ll 3 to go into the room because they were still cleaning it but got me set up and told me to wait the half hour and I’d be ok to go. I watched the room from the parking lot, no one was cleaning it while I waited. Went into the room at 3 and there was still garbage in the room, crumbs on the bedsheets, the phone didn’t have any sort of wire to the wall or when to the hand piece, bathroom was dirty, the whole 9 yards. So I went back up front and explained the conditions and was asked if I wanted a different room. I said I just wanted a room that was actually cleaned. Second try at the room had multiple holes in the wall, electrical outlets without a plate, urine in the toilet and it was clear by the rim of the blow it wasn’t cleaned, some big crumbs around the perimeter of the walls and furniture, all the dresser drawers were barely usable with some clear leftovers if someone using crack, no washcloths, and I saw a some weird spot as I checked the mattress (at this point I felt it needed a thorough inspecting before moving anything inside the room) and didn’t see any critters. There would be occasional spots I’d find in the sheets as the night went on but I expect that’s from our feet bringing them onto the bed. I assume it was cockroach poop because throughout the night I killed 3 cockroaches. Running out of characters but there is a lot more. Obv. wouldn’t stay again. But tv worked and good water pressure

First the place smell like piss it was dirt staff was some what helpfull no towels in the bathroom, light in bathroom didn’t work at first tv have no remote, that not for kids and I had my daughter with me. Overall it not a good place.

The worst place I've ever seen! The room reeked of cannabis, the door was broken, there was a pencil stuck in the drapes. Filthy!!! I left immediately and my money was not refunded. A horrific, frightening experience!

Property is terrible, territory around building was dirty and unsafe. Furniture in room broken. Linen is dirty and torn. Towels is very old and not clean. Breakfast included 2 cheap bars and apple. Room has bad smell. Price, we paid, does not correspond service recommended by Expedia.

The front desk service was nice, but the hotel was in terrible condition. It reeked of old cigarette smoke and air freshener that was even worse than the cigarette smoke—I literally almost threw up in the hallway from the smell. My room didn’t smell very good either, even though it was supposedly nonsmoking, and I had to run the fan constantly to make it remotely tolerable. Would not recommend.

The pictures are misleading. The outside of hotel and lobby are nice. When you walk to your room, the hallway was hot, smelled. The upstairs had carpet with sunken holes. The room had no smoking sign on it, but ash tray in the room. The rooms smelled so bad. We went to Walmart and got air freshener and sheets. We had to have help opening the door. There was no breakfast. There was mold on ceiling in bathroom, on side of toilet and on part of ceiling in lobby by front desk

I didn’t like anything about this place. The property did not look at all like the pictures online. The mirror in the room was broken, the curtains were so dirty, stained and broken. Everything was so outdated and broken. Not a good experience.

Had to change rooms twice before getting an acceptable accommodation. The third room had a dripping faucet in the tub, the dresser was demolished and the lack of electrical outlets was astounding. We had to unplug the tv or fridge to operate the microwave, no coffee for the single serve coffee maker and the hammering on repairing the building began at 930am.

The hotel room was poor. Cracked window, no hangers for my clothes, missing drawer for clothes, chipped furniture, dingy walls, and a leaky ceiling over the shower. My room at least needed renovation. No maid service on Sunday. The pictures on the web page did reflect the true condition of the room.
