Great place to stay

Beautiful property with comfortable, large room. Wonderful pool/ spa area, although you must sign up for a time and only have use for one hour a day. Very helpful staff. Walkable from the train station and easy walk into the city center.

Lovely hotel with great amenities.

Fantastique! Margot was the most welcoming and wonderful person you could ask to greet you after a long day of travel. Very comfy beds, great shower pressure, super cool decor. Tons of fun Statue of Liberty notes. Decent gym. Make sure you speak to the person working the spa before you go to the pool, they have some nuances to the experience that were different than I was used to. Highly recommend, hope I have an excuse to come back to Colmar and stay here again and especially try the restaurant JY’s!

This is absolutely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in
The staff rooms design was magnificent
I stay there and recommend highly to others

Excellent location, great hotel, loved it. I will come back.

we really enjoyed our short stay at this modern lovely hotel that located in a quiet park but right next to the old town. it's better than expected, will definitely come back if we get a chance to visit the city again.

Exquisite!

Luxury hotel in the center of Colmar. Everything was wonderful and the staff was attentive. You are in the center of everything, but you do not feel like you are in the center of everything. The park surrounding the hotel is beautiful and tranquil. All of the highlights of the city (Little Venice, City Centre) are within easy walking distance. We highly recommend the Colmar self-guided walking tour, following the little arrows with the Statue of Liberty to get a feel for the city sights. Highly recommend.

Delightful property, beautifully designed, comfortable room (except for the air conditioning which is mediocre in most of European hotels), excellent and friendly staff, we would definitely return.
Our only critiques:
Room door was comically heavy and difficult to open, our room key had to be constantly reprogrammed at reception and there were a couple of errors in our bill at checkout for a total of around 1000 euros, there was a charge for a night I had prepaid and when we checked in they gave us a double upgrade, maybe because the room wasn’t available until 4:00 PM, the room was lovely, but after I checked out I noticed the the hotel had actually charged the upgrade that we did not request and had to drive back to the hotel to have the bill corrected, but other than the 30 minute rate we were given a refund politely and we were able to continue our trip.

Beautiful hotel and stylish decorations. Room are clean and tidy. The pool in spa by Clarins definitely worth the visit (we spent three days there!). Staff are really friendly and helpful. Would stay at this hotel if we really visit Colmar again! The only issue is lack of restaurant or in room dining service in the hotel during summer time. But there are lots of dining options around the area.

I enjoyed my stay very much and had spent a lot of time in the hotel. It is a perfect place for relaxation, and the location is super convenient as well.

A lovely hotel, very modern and interestingly designed. Breakfast was good if slightly confusing. Slightly noisy, being in a park. Very good location.

Would return! Everything was perfect!

Staff very friendly. Spa has to be prebooked and only an hour which seems a bit tight for such an expensive hotel. Standard room bath over shower is a bit odd and awkward to get into via steps into the bath - be aware if you have mobility issues. Balcony was lovely. Clarins products in room were lovely. We had a great time. Walking distance to train station and main attractions.

Esquisse hotel is amazing! If I must say some drawbacks, there are probably 2 things: 1). the speaker in the lift is a bit loud, we can hear it even in cooridoor. 2). the auto sensor light in the restroom is fantastic, but it might be too bright in the night. It would be perfect if the sensor light in the toilet could be turned off during the night, or switch to another soft light on the ground during the night, so that it wont be too bright.
Otherwise, everything is good! SPA is incredibly amazing and staffs are very kind!

On the positive side, great property and nice ambience. Rooms are comfy and very nice.
On the other end, depending on who/where, the service was not up to a luxurious hotel. Had to ask for the tab in the bar 3 times. The breakfast was only mediocre and they also by mistake had put one too many on the invoice.
Overall, it is a great hotel, but a few things need to be improved to be a true luxurious hotel.

Everything was perfect and extraordinary

The hotel was good and modern. Very clean but the only issue we had was the ac was not so great, it felt pretty warm and we had a hard time sleeping our first night because of it. We called the reception and the kady went up and did something to the ac and said it should work but it didn't. It was room # 119, maybe just that room has that issue. Otherwise everything else was great.

Great spa and pool.

The Hotel as such is nice but far away from 5 stars. Breakfast buffet was very small missing hot buffet at all. For SPA you can stay max. 1 hour and need an upfront reservation as spa is tiny. Restaurant seems not belonging to the Hotel and was fully booked.

New hotel in a great location, just 5 min walk to the old town through the lovely park. Beautiful and clean hotel. Our room was specious and bright with a very comfortable bed and high quality linens. Balcony was a big plus. Would stay there again.

While overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel itself, I have to take away half of the stars for their service. The morning we were checking out of the hotel, we had a train to Paris at 11 am. We had notified the reception the night prior that we would be having breakfast at 9 AM. We came down at 9:10 and asked the staff to make us 4 over-easy eggs. They disappeared in the kitchen. While waiting for the eggs we wanted to grab what was readily available. There were NO plates! Or cutlery! Or selection of milks to drink! We had to ask the waiter for plates. He went to the kitchen and disappeared. I had to ask 2 different waiters for plates and finally they brought us 2 plates after 10 minutes of waiting. Then we asked for 2 cups of coffee. Brought coffee after 10 minutes with no sugar. We waited on sugar another 10 minutes. Our 4 yo daughter is lactose intolerant. She wanted eggs. I kept asking the waiters every 10 minutes where our eggs were and they kept disappearing in the kitchen. We had to stuff ourselves and our toddler with bread and butter, but the eggs never came! We sat there for 50 min waiting on 4 fried eggs that never came! Whrn i finally got angry and asked the waiter about the eggs, he simply said "Sorry, no eggs!" And blamed the kitchen. We got up and went to the manager and she admitted that indeed their breakfast service suffers. They know it and do nothing about it, yet they charge a great amount of $$ per night including breakfast.

It’s a brand new amazing hotel. The room was quite spacious and modern. The toilet and shower are separate. The only downside I found was the shower area has no door so feeling a little bit cold when doing the shower

Once we found out that this hotel was part of MGallery, we had to stay here. We were not disappointed. It is beautifully designed, from our room to the lobby spaces. They have a pool, hot tub, sauna and hammam. It was a treat to be able to use the heated pool, hot tub and hammam in December.
All the rooms seem to have their own balconies with outer metal perforated sliding doors.
Be sure to try their buffet breakfast. It was well worth it. Lots of quality choices and eggs were made to order.
On the map, it looks like the hotel is too far from the Christmas market. But everything we needed to see was a short walk from here.
We will make sure to stay here again whenever we are in town.

The hotel is perfectly located to visit Colmar and also the surrounding area by train. The facilities were perfect and the staff fantastic. The Spa is a must try and the bar is a really cool setting. Although not officially part of the hotel, the restaurant JY’s which is attached to the hotel was a wonderful experience and the reception can try to find you a table if making the request far enough in advance. Overall a wonderful hotel, stay and experience in Beautiful Colmar.

Just a short walk from Little Venice. We enjoyed a peaceful, quiet stay. The staff was very helpful and kind. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious enough. The only trouble we had was with the Chromecast on the TV; the front desk did what they could to help. We had room service which was good. The balcony overlooking the park was roomy and very nice. Breakfast on the pricey side, but very good. Sadly, I did not make time to visit the spa.
