Hotel maravilhoso

They do have good service, staff who can speak different languages but the room upgrade we had was very disappointing. It needs to be renovated. They need to lower the air fragrance , it is too strong, it causes head. They charge too much for a bottle of water over $8. I had chicken couscous from room service and that was $62.

Nice Moroccan decor, with less than excellent fine details

Recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Rabat. The staff was very kind, easy parking available. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as they wanted 350 MAD per person which is a lot. There’s no shower curtain in the bathroom so water goes all over the floor that would be my only complaint.
It’s about a 15 min walk to Mohamed VI museum and the boardwalk. Great location.

Run down, overheated , cant adjust air conditioner. Staff was nice but not helpful, rooms are absolutely terrible ( water stuck in bathtubs and all)

The staff are superior, dinner was beyond delicious and service impeccable. My spa treatment was excellent, a relaxing conclusion to a long day of travel.

Although it was technically the winter season it was still very hot during the day and in the room but it was not possible to have the air conditioning on as it was heating only. The room was therefore extremely hot, also throughout the night which made it difficult to sleep.

Staff were so humble and helpful especially at reception Mrs Dalal
The furniture have to be upgraded

While the hotel was clean and well located, the pictures are deceiving. The hotel is outdated and not quite as it appears in the pictures - for example, the pool does not have the private cabana beds. The friendliness of the staff varied from polite to very rude. I definitely would not stay here again.

Next time you should disclose that you wouldn't allow me and my friend (both male) to stay in the same room prior to me booking. Also price gauge us to pay for another room is completely unethical.

Beautiful hotel with great restaurants

The stay was nice. Very expensive, especially the food. The refrigerator did not work but it was changed. There is no air conditioning during winter, so they brought up a fan. It was too hot. My wife liked the bed, i hated it. Too soft for me. The hotel looked impressive. The people were nice.

The magnificent traditional Moroccan beauty of every square centimeter of the public places is only exceeded by the first class, well-deserved five star excellence, hospitality, perfect manners, consideration and decorum of each member of the entire staff.

La Tour Hassan Palace is a wonderful hotel — beautiful rooms and common areas. Amenities include a pool, spa, lounge, and 2 restaurants. The entire staff — from reception to housekeeping — were helpful and thoughtful. When getting help making a restaurant reservation, we mentioned that it would be a 56th wedding anniversary dinner. The next day the hotel sent a bouquet of roses and a basket of fruit to our room. I would like to specifically thank G. Taoufik for his assistance. When the hotel had to cancel our first night’s reservation, he booked us in a comparable hotel and provided transportation from the train station to that hotel and then to La Tour Hassan Palace the next day. He also arranged a daytrip to Casablanca. His hep was invaluable. The service in the hotel was far beyond what we expected. A wonderful experience.

A good "Arabian" restaurant in the hotel. Try the lamb dishes! Also the breakfast is first class.

Room service and cleaning ladies top notch. Air conditioning could be better

Beautiful hotel ideally located a 10 min walk from historic sites (Hassan Tower) and a 5 min walk from downtown Rabat/train station and old town (Medina). Well appointed rooms (I took a deluxe), I recommend to add the breakfast option (nice buffet before a busy day). Relaxing indoor garden. Excellent internet connection (was key for me).
Staff was very pleasant and eager to help. Will use this hotel again.

Loved this hotel! The bed was very comfortable and I didn't have any problems sleeping. Spent a lot of time at the outside bar area lounging with coworkers, and the staff was very attentive and friendly. The spa is very nice also. I enjoyed the hammam and massage.

We enjoyed our stay at La Tour Hassan Hotel. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. We loved the pillows....not stiff and bulky like some other hotels weve stayed in. Both restaurants had good food. This was our second time at the hotel and well be staying there again on our next trip to Morocco.

We stayed earlier that week in Kenitra and Tangier the Hotels were fabulous. Then we stayed in Hassan Palace was not what we expected for the price we paid. Front staff was not very friendly. Our room card did not work each day and we exchanged money and the staff was not warm or welcoming. I know that sounds petty but I felt uncomfortable there. Our girls stayed on the first floor and we stayed on the third floor every time we went to their floor there were gentlemen sitting on the couch in their barefoot right in front of the elevator every time we got off the elevator no matter what time. Lots of just men hanging out. I just did not feel comfortable there. The room was clean and the hotel was clean just old. It was warm when we stayed there and no air conditioner the room was very hot. I would not judge it bad but our other hotels had air so there is no reason why we should not have had air for the price paid. I just would not pick that particular hotel again, find a better one for that price.

Hotel was high end with high end price tag. The rooms were very small. There were not many restaurants nearby. Hotel staff was not very informative regarding attractions and other questions we had.
