Very comfortable room.

Only issue was beds were too high for short people or people with knee replacements that they can’t kneel on to get in bed. Chair was not real comfortable also.

Too expensive for the lack of amenities. The room we received was handicapped accessible but we didn’t ask for that. I thought there would be a balcony but we only had a door that led to nothing. The lighting was awful in the room. Location was good and bed was comfortable.

The room was super clean! Friendly staff and the property was super clean.
The only thing they can improve is the breakfast,

The room was spotless, the furniture and bed were comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and professional. We loved our stay!

It was a nice budget friendly hotel, the pool area was a little bit of a sight for sore eyes. The balcony had a wasp nest.
We originally arrived to a room type that wasn't what I had booked. I asked to change rooms and specifiedwhat I had thought I booked. They happily switched us rooms.
Breakfast was great. I would like to see hotels off more Gluten free options or indicate what is GF, the server didn't know if the omelets were.

Nice hotel. We had to ask for guidance on setting room air conditioner. Didn’t realize if you turned it up a couple degrees that the heater would come on. Also, electric window blinds were nice but we didn’t know they were electric so it took a few minutes to find the control on the opposite side of the room. We are in our 70’s so we could’ve used a little heads up on those issues. Room was very clean and nice. Employees were nice. Parking for such a nice hotel was surprisingly deficient. 90% of the cars had to park in the back where it was darker. Our car was safe in the a.m. but I was a little worried about where we parked. Overall it was a good stay however. Thanks.

I have stayed at a few of these hotels and justified paying more for a room because I'm driving across country and on the pictures the Jacuzzi looks amazing, but when I get there and get my kids ready for the pool so I could sit and relax in the Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi is always broke down. I'm sending up to $60 more for a room here and the one thing I want for me is always broke at every one of this Chains.

It is a pretty nice hotel for the price. We were on 2nd (downstairs) and it was pretty good. There is construction going on, which we didn’t see inside, but the lower parking lot is covered with construction supplies, workers, and big shipping containers. They don’t disturb you inside. It just makes parking in the back difficult and there is little parking in front. The beds are comfortable, the tv is big, and there is ample space. My husband said breakfast and coffee were good. We would consider staying here in the future.

The room was very clean, the water pressure was terrible, the staff was excellent, the parking was very inconvenient, and the a/c struggled all night.

Currently in a remodel July 2024. We stayed in Room 200, a suite with 2 queen beds, which is basically a double room. It has 2 bathrooms and 2 TVs which was great. It's also at the end of the hall by the stairs, another perk. I think this is a pretty old hotel that they are working on making it new again. New carpet, bedding, bathrooms, etc. The lobby is remodeled already. The free breakfast was good with options of bacon, cinnamon rolls, sausage, eggs, juice, milk, yogurt, pancakes, muffins, and a few other things. This definitely adds value to your stay. The pool is nice and large. Parking is limited in the front but there is plenty at the back. The lobby is in the middle of the hotel with 2 floors above and 2 below since the hotel is built on a hill. I requested something special fo my son's 10th birthday. We were greeted with confetti, a banner, candy, cupcakes, and balloons. The staff went far beyond my expectations. The hotel was busy but everyone did great. A . Stay here and give it a try!

Loved the room. Super nice. Doing repairs and upgrades to building during visit. No food in snack corner only drinks. Only one elevator working.

Upon arriving at the facility, the entrance was clean and our room was clean with no issues. However, the swimming pool was cloudy and the hot tub was gross. The workout room was out of order so we weren’t able to use that. The elevators were very slow, and they only had one of those. It took me 15 minutes to get eggs for my breakfast this morning. And after I checked out, I noticed I was charged twice. I’m still trying to get my money back for the second charge. I’m very dissatisfied with this facility.

Elevated didn’t work, construction was going on, the workers were rude. Do not recommend until they finish construction

Parking was limited because to the front became of renovating to the hotel but an agreement with the restaurant in front allowed us to park in there lot overnight.

The room was very run-down (broken lampshade, worn chair, blinds on outer door had broken slats). The hotel is doing renovations, but this room was extremely over-priced for the condition it was in.

Very friendly staff, I’m a black man from St Louis Mo , and I’m saying they are very genuine in being a friendly and supportive and respectful staff.
My wife and son was also greeted and treated with respect and kindness.
I will return on the 30th of April on business. Thank you.

We rented two rooms for our stay since there were 8 of us and a baby in our traveling group. We checked in, and the lobby was nice. The girl at check-in was polite. When we get to our rooms me, my huband, son and daughter in law with the baby took the first room. My daughter, her husband and child took the other room. The first room was dirty, there was half-eaten pizza left on the floor from the previous person. It was very noticeable. I don't know how the housekeepers could havemissed it unless it was done on purpose. Everything about the room felt dirty, the phone had sticky stuff on it, the water kept getting cold during the shower, and there was no water pressureĺ

Probably isn't a construction but did not note it on the web page

The elevators weren’t working, our room flooded from the toilet and we hadn’t even used the toilet. We got moved to other room which was next to the employee room. The noise was unbearable.
1.0 / 5.0
The room was small and the facility is definitely older which is fine. unfortunately the walls are paper thin and we could not get any sleep. No one was making unreasonable noise for staff to address it’s just not a quiet building.

When we tried to check in we could not. So we waited but when we came back we were offered a room in the back that we felt was unsafe.I would hate to feel that are color was the reason for this.
