I booked my stay online and pre-paid. There was a sign at the front desk $100 cash deposit. NO exceptions. The clerk stated this property is CASH only. I offered my credit card but they did not use it for a deposit as it was pre-paid.

Unclean. Not friendly at front desk. Sloppy and no pro. Clothes not match. Not secured area I didn't know. Floor dirty. No tissue. Poor light condition. Some weak inside. Bad odor. I understand anyone can afford there for low quality and condition.

I was delighted to find a bath tub very comfortable. Had to provide my own stopper. I always have a set with me. Bed was clean and comfortable. Wifi very slow before 9 pm then adequately fast.

Outside of hotel decent, no trash. Bathroom dirty, only 2 pillows for king bed, comforter as thin as sheet, holes in the walls, TV analog only, roaches, and it's very obvious a lot of familiar live at this hotel.

Welp where should I start room wasnt cleaned at all the first tome i stayed a month ago didnt have wash clouth nor towels for days luckly i pack my own... totally bout lost it but kept it cool.. moving forward booked 2 nights this vist in hope it would be better lol they got me again nasty filthy room on the 1st floor this time food and drink in fridge,on god toilet had pooh stains shower dirty as it was last time but cleaner than last time..log story short no shower walking in bring cleaner and im not gonna get started on how dirty my room floor wasfelt like outside dirt on feet sooo im guessing ill be looking ahead of time so iwont be stuck with that last minute option again oh yeah and please dont ask for your room to be cleaned over they will not clean it again for your entier vist i remembered from last vist stayed between 7 to 9 days tolally cleaned my shower once when i asked for it to be re cleaned due to dirt and hair being in plain sight but hey!! everyone clean isnt my clean!! but yeah long story short as i did last vist most my time was spent in my car in parking lot totally paid for a place to use the restroom while sitting in my car the entire night both times staying last vist maybe 3-4 week ago so yeah im guess its a thing the rooms are dirty clearly filthy and no one cares just put us in dirty rooms and mad when told its dirty and you would like it cleaned and ive checked complety out as of now and still waiting for wash clouths and towels

I’m so disgusted with what I had to deal with that I may not be able to put it into words. First off the bed was covered in bugs and dirt! The room was dirty and run down. We tried to get our money back and they wouldn’t refund us. So they moved us to another room which was cleaner. I didn’t realize it was an extended stay place I would have never booked here. There was trash everywhere. Worse place I ever stayed and I have stayed in some horrible places. They said on the website they offer breakfast and told us the times when we arrived and there was nothing either day we were there. They even wrote the times on our key. We went during the times they gave us and nothing.

The hotel was run down, dirty sheets were dirty and has cigarettes burn whole in the bedding and mattress. I felt unsafe. It was just a horrible experience. There were female underwear in the bathroom And female sanitary products (used) laying on the floor.

This place looks fine from the outside, and the location is solid. But the walls are paper thin, so you hear your neighbors' comings and goings, their TV, their arguments. Worse, the bathroom was a mess. The shower curtain had a disgusting line of mildew, and there was a stain at the base of the toilet i prefer not to speculate about. The staff couldnt be bothered to fix the toilet paper dispenser. And there was no maid service of any kind during my three night stay.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Place was absolutely disgusting. We literally walked in and just felt dirty and started looking at all the sheets and the floors. Both were dirty looking with stains and the floors were nasty. I have pictures of our visit to bad I can’t post them. We ended up going to a different hotel that was great. Steer clear of this one.

Booked 2 non-smoking rooms. Uon arrival, I went to check the rooms. The smoke smell about knocked me down when I opened the first door. The second room was fine. Was not able to get the kids down to sleep until late because we weren't able to get in the other room until around 10pm. Sheets on one bee were dirty. If it has only been my husband and myself, it would have been ok, but definitely not a place for children. No breakfast bar the next morning that was advertised.

It was okay. Wasn't expecting much for the price. The lobby was really clean and staff was nice but the rooms could have been a little cleaner. The rooms were pretty spacious which was nice. The only thing I was disappointed about was that there was no breakfast as advertised and there no explanation for it either.

The first thing that I smelled when I walked into the lobby was the stale smell of cigarettes. When we went to our room that wasn't handicapped had food on the floor in the hallway.i complained but was told it would be taken care of in the morning. I won't stay here again.

The first room we were given did not have clean sheets, the fire alarm was missing, and it had a bad odor. We were given a new room which still seemed to have stained sheets with holes in them. We also found hairs on the sheets. It did not seem like cleanliness was a priority here.

The gentleman at check-in was extremely nice and he tried to remedy the situation. The first room smelled like smoke and had toilet paper over all smoke detectors AND the bed linen was dirty. The second room had makeup on the pillow case of the first bed and crumbs on the sheet of the second. So we left.

We did not stay at the property due to all the uncleanliness and no hot breakfast as advertised. First thing noticed when walking in was that the breakfast area was closed. They did not serve a breakfast as advertised. Second… we went to our room and there was lots of stains and holes in the sheets and the fire exit door outside our room would not close. We asked for another room… and there were cigarette burns in the sheets… the floors were dirty… and the bathroom shower curtain was disgusting- discolored red at the bottom from bacterial growth and mildew stains. The bathtub faucet leaked and the toilet was dirty… Yuck!! I stayed at this place 10 years ago and was very disappointed it had gone downhill. Would not recommend to anybody

They require a $100 cash deposit in addition to credit card, Full payment No exceptions No explanation about what it's for, I did get it back at my departure, no questions ask. Towels were dirty, mirror was dirty bathroom counter door knob, door, floor were covered in construction dust. Sprinkler head was just sitting on the back of the toilet, not operable.Shower curtain, was not installed properly and in the bathtub causing a safety hazard. The desk chair had a lean in it, when I tried to sit it it threw me in the floor. They were remodeling the dining area too. So they only had coffee, and they offered a bagged breakfast. I didn't get one the first morning of my stay, but got it the second morning. It contained 4 items, all very unhealthy choices a 300 calorie danish, a 470 calorie muffin, a granola bar 190 calories, a breakfast bar 130 calories but still high sugar and carbs. I'm diabetic and shouldn't eat any one of those foods. I stayed in this hotel several years ago and it was a total different experience, it was mostly full occupancy and a little noisy. This time it was very lightly occupied and virtually no service.

Roaches in the rooms. I had two rooms. I was luckyto stay only one night. . Smell of paint, Mold in the bathroom with the ceiling pealing. Paperbag breakfast on a shelf during check in, was told it was our morning breakfast. Peephole missing, just a hole someone could look in the room. Door was old and repaired numerous times. So much many issues. Didn't feel comfortable all night. Hotel should be closed until all deficiencies have been addressed. Should be inspected by the health department. Very disappointed.

Worst experience ever. Stains on the bedding. The bedding smelled odd. Brown smeared stain on the wall by the toilet. Room was dirty. A/C didn’t work. Fridge and microwave weren’t plugged in and there was no way to access the outlets. There was no breakfast as advertised. The staff didn’t care and made the excuse that they are under renovation. Don’t stay here.

The property is under renovation. There was no housekeeping. I had to ask for new towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. The property is poorly maintained. Lots of broken glass outside on the sidewalk towards the side of the building that was swept into the grass. The rooms had missing or defective parts, such as my room did not have a working vent fan in the bathroom and a friend's room had no working A/C.

My gps took me to an Outback Steakhouse parking lot, telling me I had arrived at my destination. There were no signs for the Microtel. I had to pull out my phone to look at pictures of my reservation to make sure I was at the right building, which looked like a nursing home. Upon check in, I had passed 3 paper signs taped to the door, desk, and wall. They stated “$100 cash deposit upon check in”. I was not informed of this through my reservation. The check in process was fairly simple. The hotel was under construction. Tools/mess everywhere. My door looked like it had been attacked by a lion (scratches EVERYWHERE and missing screws from the dead bolt). My windows were dirty and UNLOCKED upon my entry. The mattress had a pad on top (crinkled everytime movement was made). All sheets and towels were stained. The bedding consisted of a thin sheet and even thinner blanket. The pillows provided were useless. “Complimentary breakfast” comprised of hostess danishes, nature valley, and nutri grain bar. Overall unimpressed for the price paid.

I don't know why this Shittel is still on this website. So long as they're making money on bookings by not issuing refunds. Hotels.com should be held responsible for for refunds. According to reviews, the construction has been going on since August 2023. Hotels.com has not removed this mess from their website. I couldn't find a suitable room for my stay due to ongoing construction. The first room was dusty, pillows had fresh blood stains on them. The second room I tried to move into had an unbearable odor, that's when i was told the hotel does not issue refunds or receipts because didn't get one upon existing. Hotels.com couldn't reach this place by phone to request my refund. So I'm puzzled to see this hotel is still showing on this website. The worst part of this is from reading the reviews. The hotel managers are mocking people's reviews.
