The tolit in our room would not flush. I called the front desk and they told me they did not fix things they would give me a plunger to try to fix it. I told them that I was not going to do that and they said that they were not allowed. I had to go to desk and argue to get a new room. And that room was not the upgrade I had paid for but I was so annoyed I didn't waste my breath trying to get what I paid for. The first room had a picture of some type of couch but it was a broken down day bed with stains all over it. The second room smelled like sewer and had no "couch " up grade The food they put out looked like it was a week old. I figured if a hotel was on hotel. Com it was a decent place. But I found out that they don't care what they sell you

The place is filthy. We complained about the filthy first room, so they "upgraded" us to another room - with something disgusting in one of the drawers, stains on the walls, broken light fixtures, a clogged toilet.... Bed was uncomfortable. I think the mattress was from the Reagan era. Breakfast is a joke. Don't bother. Coffee is like brown water.

The staff were very friendly. The parking lot, hotel, and rooms are very clean. The bed is very soft. They have breakfast. The location is near stores, restaurants, and expressways. I had a wonderful night!

I booked a room that was handicapped assessable in error. There was an adjoining room. The people in the adjoining room got loud around 11 pm until 3 am. Slamming doors, yelling, more slamming doors. Tried to get in our room.

The room could have been cleaner. There was a hair on the toilet. Not the kind you want to see. The water wasn't hot in the evening, but was fine in the morning.

There were bugs and roaches inside of the hotel room that we had to kill once we walked in. They also have no elevators which is very inconvenient.

Room was basic, but we only needed a place to sleep and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint was a loud noise we kept hearing that I'm thinking was maybe a machine because there was a maintenance room right beside ours. That did wake me earlier in the morning than hoped, but overall a good stay for the price. Breakfast was basic with bagels, English muffins, and packaged muffins.

It was a basic hotel. It was somewhere to sleep for 8 hours. The hotel was at the top of the sketchiness meter for anywhere I would want to stay. Didn't feel unsafe. Didn't see any bugs. It was just old. Not the cleanest. The microwave/fridge was beyond dirty. Sink clogged, Bathroom door didn't shut right. This was the 2nd room we had to be moved to. The first had a non working fridge and a dirty comforter.

Horrible chemical smell in hallways, first night it smelled like fresh paint and bleach, second night it was just a strong chemical smell. Dead bug of some kind in floor in the bathroom. This property is a 2 story building with no elevator. The wall behind the bed is a smoky mirror, which is pretty creepy. On the plus side... it was close to Kings Island. Waffle house across the street and the cheapest price in that area and we did NOT actually see any LIVE bugs. Goes to show, cheaper is not better. We probably will not be back to this location.

You get what you pay for. Room was super cheap for two queen beds. Beds were comfortable with clean sheets and blankets. The beds had plenty of pillows. There was a window nook but it had no covering or anyway to clean between visitors. Main issue was the restroom. There was a used towel hanging on the back of the door, the drain was full of hair, shower wouldn’t drain because of hair, and countertop was visibly dirty.

We left because it smelled like cigarettes and it was too dirty. The check in attendant was nowhere to be found for almost 10 minutes when we got to the hotel. Do not recommended!

The room we stayed in had dirty sheets. It appeared to be hairs and other particles in the beds and the room definitely had cockroaches a few were seen in the bathroom by my grandson and myself, the room had a horrible odor of mildew.

It is 30 seconds away from I-71. It is quiet. However, it is close enough to Kings Island that you will hear their fireworks go off at 2200 hours. After that, it is quiet.

Staff very friendly, just as the saying goes you get what you pay for. Rooms are very small, bed wasnt horrible althoigh we had to turn the mattress due to a bad spot in the springs, 2 story motel no elevator which wasnt a big deal to us. Had zero issues with noise, it was quiet, for 60.00 a night it was exactly what i expected.
