Not enough pillows or towels. Drafty room. Blackout curtains didn't extend long enough. A strange extremely loud noise would periodically go off during the night. Pool was small.
On last night we were woken up by our neighbor's dogs constantly barking.
Breakfast is not included.

Nice stay, kind of expensive but location was convenient for our needs.

Check in was easy, the front desk was nice and welcoming! The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was clean just old, you could tell it needs a good face lift. Overall great stay

We came in later and staff was great. I liked the accomodations of beverages and snacks in dining area.

Very clean and comfortable. Good location, easy to navigate. I would stay here again.

Only 1 handicap parking spot. No free breakfast.

The Hilton Garden in at Chesterfield is a good place to stay overnight. We went for a wedding, and it was convenient. There were plenty of shops and dining to choose from, and it was close to the wedding venue.

It was good for the price

We were initially given a room that was CLEARLY under repair. The carpet was ripped in some areas, etc. The shower didn't drain. Maintenance came to "fix it" but it still wouldn't drain. We moved to a different room. But the shower didn't work at all in that room. We got keys to 3 different rooms because there were problems with them all. I was tired from driving for 8 hours and just wanted to take a shower and rest. It was way too complicated to do something so simple at a Hilton nonetheless. However, they did comp my stay as a result. They just really need to update the hotel.

When I checked in, I had to give a credit card and was told they would charge $50 to it for "incidentals". When I left I asked for a receipt. I was told they couldn't give me one, it would be through Expedia. I didn't book through Expedia. I didn't argue, but I don't like getting charges without receipts.

The hotel has good reviews, and I usually trust them. I’m not sure if I just got an odd experience but, our room wasn’t what the pictures looked like. It was OLD looking and the bathroom drains had a lot of hair in them, the door to the bathroom was broken and didn’t stay open or lock. There is no fans in the bathroom. For the price per night, they also do not have a free breakfast (which I knew) but if you wanted a very basic breakfast it was 12.95 a person for bacon and eggs. I just had higher expectations for this place.

Quick overnight stay with late check in early check out Facility was great as always zero issues

It was fine. I’m a hilton rewards member, offered no water, no blanket or pillow for fold out couch in room, charged for breakfast, which was ok, eggs, bacon, dried up flour tasting gravy with biscuits. Could have been better. 10am sharp coffee was taken away.

We were there because we were not able to get back into our home due to CO. We were thankful for the evening reception and the morning breakfast.

Was quiet and beds were great.

Not thrilled with the restaurant. The breakfast I had there was a big disappointment. In years past it was great. Not anymore.

Dinning area was very nice. We were checking in at around 6:30 pm and thought we would be able to eat a light dinner there. However they did not have kitchen staff there that evening. We were able to get a glass of wine and we ordered door dash so it all worked out.

This room was a major disappointment. At a rate of $250 for a Saturday night, this fell drastically short. The bathroom smelled of old urine/ body odor. The shower curtain rod was broken and almost completely unusable. I will not be staying here again. My wife and I agreed that we would have rather stayed in a Holiday Inn express than the Hilton Garden Inn.

Breakfast was poor and way over priced. The same breakfast is provided at Hampton Inn for free. The staff member attending the breakfast didn’t even bother to say good morning much less offer any assistance.

I use Hilton Garden Inn a lot. They have gone downhill the past few years. This trip, the bed spread was visibly dirty and itched. The beds are continuing to see wear and tear and are no longer comfortable. On the good side, service is very good.

Had issues with getting the correct room and when I got there it was hair all over the bathroom and bed.

I expected more from a Hilton Garden Inn. The one in Manhattan, KS is very nice. I just wasn't impressed. Plus the breakfast should've been better than powdered eggs, since it costs $12.95.

Overall, my stay was great: staff were efficient & friendly; room large, clean & comfy. My only complaint would be that the lobby & elevator were overly warm.

The only thing that I did not like was paying for my breakfast. I typically will not stay in a hotel that doesn't offer some sort of complimentary breakfast that is just worked into the room price. I understand though that it is a financial adjustment. Just wasn't ready for a bill to be handed to me after eating watered down eggs and crunchy bacon. Thanks though.

I got ready to go to bed and noticed the sheets had not been changed.
The room was very, very dusty. I didn’t even dare to use the coffee pot the next morning.
The toilet ran constantly.
I doubt I will ever use a Hilton again.

The room was not very well cleaned. We found a medication tablet on the floor as well as other crumbs. The bedding was stained.

This is a nice hotel- I was working at a camp at the new athletic facility in Chesterfield so the location was great. Bathroom was outdated and a little dirty, honestly. Overall it was a good stay, but the bathroom was the only downside.

Phone didn’t work. Roman shade cord broken, so shade had to be rolled up by hand & secured w/2 large binder clips. Bathroom clean, but enamel in tub had large chip. Found another guest’s sock in one of the cupboards.
Our room faced I-64. Could hear no traffic noise. Staff was very accommodating. Prices lower than others in area. There are food options for breakfast & dinner but you pay for them separately - not included in room charge. Good option for me.
Bottom line - you get what you pay for. Clean for the most part but could use better maintenance.

The room we were given had 4 things wrong. We were moved to the only room available - a junior suite. It was lovely. We thank the manager!

I waited at least 10 minutes at the check-in counter before I was acknowledged by someone who did not work the office.

Room was not clean. Have stayed in Hilton garden regularly. This one was not so good. In the room we heard heavy breathing sound from air conditioning machine. As if there was a monster inside the wall..
No food included in the room price. It was disappointing to know have to pay 12$ per person to get break fast.
1.5 / 5.0
It was disappointing that the hotel was undergoing a redesign, but there was no signage about it.
1.5 / 5.0
The “restaurant” didn’t have a cook and no food options after breakfast, with the breakfast mess still on the carpets. Elevators were equally messy and outdated. Hallways were renovated and nice, but room was very dated, especially the bathroom.
