Clean and smell free hotel. 5-7 min drive from strip.. Awesome breakfast and evening drink n snacks. No smoke smell. We love it..

Many things are good but others require attention. The hotel require an update, the rooms are a little bit old, we wanted to use the sofa to sleep, but the mattress was uncomfortable, I could feel the springs in the mattress. When I took the shower I saw both, the bottles of shampoo and conditioner were almost empty. The other beds were great and very comfortable.
The breakfast was very good and enough for all.
I was contacted for the personal of the hotel and I told them those issues and they tried to fix some of those issues. I liked her attitude about it and her diligence to fix some of those issues.

Great location off the strip. Happy Hour and to order omelets were highlightes. Hope your Wi-Fi installation is complete soon, it was a bit challenging to connect to the internet. Only correction I would offer for the great breakfast options, is that the orange juice tasted like orange flavored water, that’s an easy fix. Otherwise good stay.

We stayed at this hotel because we were in Vegas for the F1... on our first night our restroom was clogged so the maintenance guy took 40 + minutes to come to our room to fix it, which he said he did but next time we went to the restroom it got clogged again. Maintenance once again took almost 1 hr, to go to out room and this time he ask us to ask for another room because the restroom was 'Really' clogged up. We did not get our new room till 1:30 a.m. and we have a lady touching all of our belongings packing them up.... Then another day we used the shuttle service, please DO NOT do it since they didn't pick up us, the driver instead of using the designated shuttle pick up drop off area decided to drop guests in the street, so we had to run to try to catch it but the driver wave at us good bye and left. As I reported the situation I got confronted by the driver stating that he wasn't the one that did it, it was another driver and I needed to sign a document stating that; my response to that confrontation was that we were guests so we did not have to be signing any type of docs stating if he was or not the driver that didn't pick us up. What I am saying here is I would NOT recommend this hotel if you want to have a smooth stay

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and no comfort on the bed only top sheets.

It was overall good

The main bedroom mattress is so worn out The side closest to the door in the bedroom had such a large hole in it. I had to sleep diagonally in the bed. My sofa bed my business partner slept on, was so uncomfortable. He ended up sleeping on the sofa cushions with the sheet over them on the floor it was more comfortable than the mattress on the bed.

Horrible boiled egg smell permeated the entire hotel and grounds. They mentioned fixing some pipes the day/days prior to my arrival. All the water had been shut off to the entire building the day before, according to the front desk and the maintenance guy they sent up. They said this also attributed to the cold water problem. Had to run the water for over 10 minutes before EACH shower before it turned warm. Nearly 20min until it got hot. Leaky toilet kept me up half the night. In an effort to fill the tank/stop the running water sound, I removed the lid. In my sleep filled delirium, the lid slid off the side and broke. I called down first thing in the morning, and a different maintenance man had it swept up and replaced in under 15 minutes. Pure accident that I was charged an ADDITIONAL $100 for POST checkout, WITHOUT my knowledge or CONSENT. They would not budge OR put me in charge with the actual manager who charged me. NOR did said manager ever call me back. Complete disregard for their customers and their short comings. 100% would NOT recommend.

Since I prefer not to stay in casino hotels this was perfect. I would have preferred a bar a restaurant that was open more hours. There was no bar. The hotel is noisy, at least the room we stayed in, 215, was. You could hear noise from the parking lot in the bedroom and noise from the lobby and kitchen from seating room.

Hotel is clean and quiet.
Fair price.
Free breakfast.
Great staff!
Pull out bed is horrible. Don't use it if you are an adult.
No housekeeping if yoy don't call in the morning.
I did not know this. It was supposedly told to me at checkin.
This shold be a written communication.
Overall, very good.

We had a nightmare booking at the Sahara and made a desperate change to embassy suites. The staff were amazing. A drastic difference from the Sahara.
The free amenities are great. Good breakfast. Good happy hour.
The rooms themselves are dated. The mattress was so hard. The pullout couch had seen better days. It was terrible to sit on, I can’t imagine sleeping on it.
Overall I would recommend this hotel for a less expensive off strip stay.

Stayed at the Embassy Suites while traveling with my sister for a concert at the Sphere, which is within walking distance. Enjoyed the hotel stay, very quiet compared to the Strip hotels. Breakfast and dinner at the Grille were excellent. Overall great customer service. Monorail access is within walking distance also. Would recommend to anyone visiting Las Vegas but wanting to stay away from the Strip.

The exterior of the building and the lobby are beautiful. The staff are very kind and very affable. SPECIAL SHOUT OUT to the cook at the omelet grill. The rooms are very old... the bathroom floors had skid marks on it. The bathroom furniture looked old, and I found it shocking that the bathroom sink didn't have hand soap. The frame around the artwork above the bed was dirty. The bed was ok. I expected more from Embassy Suites. I will not stay here again.

The property and rooms are very dated! The room that we stayed in was big, but the furnishings hadn't been updated since the 80's and the furniture was falling apart. The carpet was dirty and well worn. We were charged a parking fee of $17 a day and a resort Fee of $59 a day for what? The Hotel has a small pool which is smaller than the pool in our backyard. The only thing good about the place is they have a happy hour and you get 2 free drinks and the breakfast is surprisingly good. This place needs to be removed from the Hilton Family of Hotels. I would not stay here again!

When we got our room, immediately upon opening the door I was hit with cigarette smoke as if someone was chain smoking in there. The front desk was kind and switched my room however the room we got, the pipes needed a plumber to fix. The sink over flowed and same with tub, the maintenance man came to try to help but the pipes need more than sulfur poured down the drains. Every time we showered or flushed toilet all the pipes gurgled. Then someone either next door or down the hall was smoking weed and must have traveled through the door or vents because it was so strong in our room that all of us included the kids smelled it and didn’t want to be in the room. We called but the security man was not helpful and we were concerned it was going to affect the kids and all he told us was “I’ll bring you snacks”. After that night we woke up in morning and the smell was back bright in the morning. Worst embassy experience I have ever had and not sure if I will be at another embassy again. This embassy seems to not have any non smoking rooms.

This hotel provides a safe and quiet respite from the business of the Las Vegas strip, and the shuttle bus is convenient and easy to use. The suites are spacious and comfortable, and our room deserved 5 stars. The included breakfast was delicious, and the afternoon reception/happy hour was a nice added bonus to our stay. However, the hotel maintenance is lacking, which is why we only gave the hotel 3 stars. The pool was often closed, and the jacuzzi never worked during the week. The ice machine on the 8th floor was broken, and one of the elevators on the lobby side was broken when we arrived, and it was never fixed during our entire 4 day stay. The other elevator stopped working partway through the week, and there were no signs alerting guests that both elevators were now broken. If the Embassy can improve the maintenance for the hotel, we will definitely consider staying there again.

Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and convenient. Smile all around. Everyone seemed highly motivated, disciplined, focused on their jobs. Very courteous and friendly.

It was awful. The room I booked was not available and while it cost $80 more than the room I actually got, they only refunded me a $4 difference and the front desk clerk yelled at me not to interrupt her when I complained. The furniture was stained, springs on couch busted, and smelled like pet urine. Totally sucked.
