2nd time we have stayed and the sheets have stains

Nice room with clean facilities.

Great place to crash for a night when on the road.

Hotel clerk was nothing short of amazing, really made me and family feel safe.

It is close to the highway, clean, easily accessible, and has a friendly staff. The breakfast is good, too.

A lot of things in this hotel needs to be updated

The staff was terrific. The luggage caddy was filthy. The toom had a very musty smell. The bed was good and the bathroom was clean. However, the odor persisted. We won't be back. The hotel needs major updating.

It was filthy burns in yhe sheets the head board had stuff all over it the tv had tape on it the bathroom was dirty the tub didnt drain good... Horrible room

This hotel needs to be closed down IMMEDIATELY. Its dirty, mold smelling, cigarette burns in the sheets, carpet and drapes. The plumbing is old so the water is brown. The iron and ironing board looked like it came from a dumpster. The staff is rude and lazy. There were roaches in the area where breakfast is supposed to be served. By no means is this a QUALITY in. Its a health hazard that I look forward to reporting to the corporate hotel brand.

I liked it because it was quiet and not right next to a freeway. No sound of traffic roaring by. The hotel was a little old but clean room and comfortable.

It was just a “meh” experience. Nothing special at all. I don’t think the receptionist smiled once since I was there. Not sure while there wasn’t much breakfast around 8 when it ended at 9. The rooms kind of smelled weird but other than that, it was ok. It wasn’t a bad experience, it was just “meh”. A place to rest. Nothing more, nothing less.

Toilet was unstable to sit on and dirty. No light in the room lamp was more dim then a night light so very very hard to see in the room air conditioner had broken controls burns in the bed spread hook missing off bathroom door and the handle was broke frezzerbwas iced shut nit able to use i have pictures and would never stay there again or recommend your hotel

I didn't stay at this place. The smell was horrible i felt like i was entering a nursing home

Usually stay here once or twice a year when visiting. The quality of this Quality Inn has gone down! Rooms need to be redone and unused rooms still need cleaning and freshness! Apparently the handicapped room I was given had not been used in a while. It was nasty. There was a hole in the bathroom door. Toilet seat had chipped spots. Dead bugs and white particles on the floor.

Property needs an update. Bed was comfortable, area quiet. Walk in shower, curtained ended 4 inches from floor, floor was soaked. Curtains old, worn, faded. Moldy smell in room. Found a cockroach on bathroom room floor in morning. Not really a very nice place.

I was not please either my room. The room was wheelchair accessible and I’m not one who needs wheel chair, therefore it was very uncomfortable for me

My room was clean but we found spiders in one bed and in tub in bathroom. I was suppose to have a smoke free room but it smelt of smoke. Had to deal with the smell of weed in our room due to someone smoking on the same end of hall we were. I reported to front desk but nothing was done that i know of. Had my daughter with me and i didnt appreciate having to endure that smell of drugs. Will not be coming back here no time soon.

Maureen, front desk clerk, is the rudest hotel employee I have ever encountered. We went out last night, when we got back the door to the hotel was locked. There was no sign indicating why or what to do. We finally found a bell & after ringing it for 5 minutes, Maureen showed up. By the scarf on her head, it was obvious she had been asleep. She unlocked the door & just looked at us, with no explanation or a single word, turned around and walked away.This morning when we went to checkout, she was at the desk again with another guest, who she also didn't speak to as she worked with him. We patiently waited for her to acknowledge us. I went back to room to verify TV was off, got back, she still paid no attention to us, so continued to wait. Finally, husband walked back to the room & left the room key inside. As we left the property, I asked her name, that was how I knew it since she wasn't wearing a name tag.We had booked a King Size bed, it was Queen Size.The hotel advertised a free breakfast & while there was a designated breakfast area, there was nothing there.The shower had no pressure and the floor in the bathroom was far less than clean.The hallways to the rooms wasn't vacuumed.The curtains in the rooms do not close, at all (so that they don't block the air conditioner). If you don't mind a dirty hotel with false advertising, rude employees, where you can't change your clothes with any privacy or sleep past sunrise in a darkened room - THIS is the one for you.

Rooms had old comforters with cigarette burns, bathroom had cigarette burns every where. Check in process was extremely slow and the employee was not friendly at all. Hotel smelled awful and they had a diffuser in the lobby on full blast trying to mask the smells. Pillows and neds were not comfortable and very old and seemed to not be cleaned or replaced ever!
