The facility is falling apart. They dont compensate or fix anything. Plugs, plug covers, telephone jack, telephone jack covers... all hanging out the wall or uncovered waiting for an accident. The microwave plug is really short and wont go flush inside plug...

The hotel was very loud. While the staff were friendly they were also very loud. The condition of the room and hall was disgusting. Missing paint, mold/mildew, missing vent fan in bathroom, stunk like stale cigarettes. Only reason we stayed was it was pet friendly and we were on an extremely low budget.

I reserved the room MONTHS in advance for a friends wedding. A friend and I split the cost. The room is already PAID for but we find out there’s a $100 security deposit for the room. Why? We are not party animals, we’ve been long past 21 for a long time. WHERE does it say a security deposit is required? We check in, pay the deposit with no answer as to why. We check out the room. The bathroom light does not work. We had to go to the rehearsal dinner and were told that it would be fixed. I come back early and was informed that we had been moved to a different room. I asked for a 2nd key, and she demanded to know why. There’s 2 adults in the room that will be in and out at different times. We never got the 2nd key. I go up to the new room and the key does not work. I go back down and have to yell to get someone to the front desk. She argues with me that I was doing the key wrong so she goes upstairs and the key does not work. She goes and makes another key and it doesn’t work either. She calls a coworker who lives in the hotel who has a master key to get me into the room. The bathroom was filthy. Tub had not been cleaned and there was a 6 inch crack in the tub that moved if you stood in it while taking a shower. We were told that the security deposit would be reversed back to the credit card, a week later and it’s still has not been done. Breakfast… coffee not made soni made it myself. Open butter packets in the bowl. Do the owners even care? Or is it all about the money?

We stayed during the hurricane. When we stepped into the lobby to check in the power went out. The staff offered to help us take our stuff up the stairs. They unlocked our room by master key. We did not get power until the late the second day. The staff was great and did an amazing job while dealing with a lot. The hotel is close to the road so you do get road noise without the air running. I would stay with them again.

This Hotel is absolutely a disgrace to hospitality. Firstly, the staff was very rude upon even entering the buildings. That should’ve been our first red flag. Secondly, immediately upon entering the place smelled of mold and mildew. When we entered one of our rooms we found stains, improper cleaning, and again the room smelled horrid. Before we even got to our second room we noticed various holes and stains on the walls/ceilings. Then we came across a patch of BLACK MOLD in the ceiling. Needless to say we marched right back out. DO NOT BOOK HERE. It is unclean and unsafe.

Pool was closed being repaired empty so its gonna be a while. No coffee pots in tge room we were on 2ed floor very nice room has already be redone. Still working on 1st floor Breakfast was a joke no for real there was 1 apple 1 yougart and waffles and a large group of people the staff brought out more bread and apples

I have stayed in over 100 hotels and I have never seen a dirtier room. The pictures I have tell it all. I stayed the night because I figured I would not get my money back. I laid blankets over the couch and beds to feel better about the stains and cigarette burns on the furniture. Everything was filthy from the tub to the toilet to the walls. Food crumbs were all over the floor. Black mold was on the ceiling. This is completely unacceptable. Also, we were not notified that the pool was emptied. Hallways were very loud. I could hear neighbors all night. You had to ring in after 10 PM to get back into the hotel which made me think the neighborhoods was unsafe.

The place has very dirty carpets, ceiling, walls and rooms in the first floor and it reeked of smoke inside. We stayed here bc at this point it was what we had available for the trip. The staff was nice and tried their best to help but tbh not a very cozy or clean place at all. They are also renovating the place so there is a lot of dust everywhere. Will not be staying again

Room telephone did not work shower hanger was broke and curtain would not close properly (Told manager was told he would fix it and never did) , Was vary noisy in the halls at night as well as out front of the hotel in the parking area . Door on bathroom was hung wrong so it would not latch at all , No bag for the ice container nor did we ever recieve one , All and all the place is just dirty the carpet was dirty and stained and did not look good at all . Pro,s was the price and thats what I kept telling myself but in all honesty I would never stay in one of your Hotels again if this is any indication of what to expect .

Mold on the bathroom ceiling, trash behind the dresser, comforter was stained and the bedding was not washed recently, slept on top fully clothed and was cold because if I turned down the AC the odor was worse. Left at 7 am and the continental breakfast was still not ready. The place needs an overhaul.

The property was clean and newly remodeled. The secondary swing lock on door had been broken off in what appears to be opened by force. In the evening people of questionable character were congregated in front, it appeared some people were living at the hotel. We stayed at this Wyndham once before and a group of people were congregating in front of building. Felt a bit unsafe. Breakfast was marginal

Dirtiest, grossest, scariest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Pool was unusable and filled with feces and trash. Breakfast was highly disappointing, even for a cheap hotel. Loaf of bread, dry cereal, cold coffee, and the make-your-own waffles tasted like chemicals. Surrounding area is highly unsafe, and the bottom level room windows easily open the whole way.

Location was great..close to my job! Staff was nice and courteous. Bed was comfortable and everything in the room worked fine! The hotel itself just needs some upgrades, kept cleaned throughout the hotel including the stairway and make sure smell of hotel is up to part cause it was a stale smelly odor!
