It has been many years since I had been to Key West but I knew that I did not want to stay right on Duval Street. This hotel was just a quick 10 minute ride to Duval but perfectly located. It is tucked away and when you turn in, it’s like you’ve entered a tropical paradise. From the second, we entered the hotel we were greeted with a great hello and all the information that we would need for our stay. And the warm cookies were a great treat after a seven hour car ride from North Florida. Our room had a nice sized patio that overlook the pool, which was a great added touch to our stay. The room was very nice, nothing above the ordinary, but very comfortable. We did dine at the restaurant for breakfast. One day, we chose the buffet and it was good , we also use the complementary shuttle down to Duval, which was very convenient. This was my friend’s first time staying in Key West and they were very happy with their stay. We had a great time and I truly recommend this resort.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the pool and pool bar. The room was clean, had everything we needed, and it all worked. There was a guest laundry, which we really appreciated. And of course, the chocolate chip cookies!! We would stay here again.

Very busy and noisy, horrible elevators. The property was kept clean and the staff extremely helpful. I was lead to believe on the Expedia listing my room rate included breakfast and it did not. My last stay there it included breakfast. I could have had a better stay at Curry Mansion and included breakfast for $20.00 per day less and would have been much quieter and not dealt with horrible elevators

Hotel was excellent. I really have no complaints. Yes the room decor and furnishing need to be updated but according to other reviews they are suppose to be doing that later this year. That is just a matter of design as everything was clean and comfortable. Room was as expected per the website. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Location was very convenient to all of our activities and local restaurants. The hotel shuttle service was great. Pool was gorgeous. I had read other reviews regarding unclean and issues to the point I almost changed our reservations, I’m glad I did not. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Very convenient for everything we went there to do, great location, clean! We had to switch rooms throughout our stay but they made sure our room was ready way before check in time and moved our luggages to the new room!

I read the reviews before I came here and a lot of people complained about it being dated. Yes it is dated. It is also mentioned that they are going to get some transformations. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean. Bathroom is clean. The pool was a huge size. It was a very nice Hotel

We stay at this hotel every time we visit key west. Rooms can be cleaned a little better or updated but enjoyed my stay and even took the shuttle this time.

I wish the handicapped room Was avail since my mom has hard time walking. But it wasn’t. Also we were given a room with a balcony overlooking the parking lot. She would have much rather enjoyed one near the pool since she not very mobile at all. I voiced my concern and was still told nothing was available.. couldn’t be sure if it was due to the rate I was being refused. The room was clean and we stayed for one night only.

The property is dated and could use a refresh. Balcony room booked every time the balcony door was opened it messed up the AC and maintenance had to be called. This property has a restaurant but hours were not consistent daily and we had to order food from the pool bar, which only served food until 9 PM. Concierge staff Joe and Steve were wonderful and extremely helpful booking excursions and golf cart rental. Front desk staff were very welcoming upon check in. Property performed a generator test one of the days that we were there so there was no power for 4 hours from 9PM until 1 AM one of the nights of our stay. This property is a few miles away from the major tourist areas of the island so shuttle service was required togo to excursions and sight seeing.

room was not ready we had to wait 2 hours then the phone was not working i had to tell them 4 times before they sent someone to fix it the second day! staff was rude nor welcoming and they was Resort charges per day that was not told to us ! the food was horrible the breakfast was bad and had to pay for it? My amex card was compromised i had charges from the hotel that was not mine im having to dispute them which is a hassle. This was the worst vacation at a resort ever!

It was an ok stay to go to the downtown and spend the day, and back to sleep, it’s not a property for spent a vacation week in the hotel, but to have a place to stay and go out to know all the key west it’s good! ! Very clean , friendly staff, and you can even stay one day relaxing at the pool and bar!

The property comes off as that they're a resort but the truth is the jacuzzi did not work they charge you an extra $30 and what this included was water and a towel and a chair at another Beach not even theirs. The bathroom in my room the toilet was broken also when we were outside there was a woman painting the steps and smoking she wasn't employee I don't know what you guys consider resort but I sure don't have people sending outside when people are coming in and out of your hotel smoking while working. Also their plays were not very helpful their staff woke me and my husband up at 8:00 while talking in the hallway about rooms that they needed to clean so loud that it literally woke us up. They only had one elevator. Their drinks and their food was overpriced for what you got I've had steak for less Price than what I paid for a chicken dinner would I stay here again probably not.

Property is outdated and renovations that have been done were not done correctly. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and the damage/rust it had done over the time was simply painted over. We needed a new towel on the floor after each shower so we didn’t slip and because it was so wet.
