We decided to stay at this place because of the great reviews. Unfortunately, The bathroom tub was not clean. The toilet had a loose seat. The pillows & towels were paper thin. I wasn’t expecting much from a less than hundred dollars night. I was not gonna say anything. But we had receptionist that was not in a good mood. She was possibly tired or too bored to be of any help or assistance. Andrea is not the motel 6 best asset! It wasn’t only us that got bad welcome service. I witnessed her also not been kind and polite to another tired checking in guest. I will strongly suggest for you to either give her a raise or get rid of her. She seemed so grumpy, moody, bored, not talking, etc. I usually don’t write reviews, but since it was exactly the reviews that made us booked the reservation I thought it was important to fill it out in my first break on the road. I hope that you have a better luck on your next stay.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was ok. Bathroom is old. No shampoo, shower gel or lotion to be found. Has potential to be a top spot to stay with a little upgrade in the bathroom area.

Terrible motel. Whorst i have ever seen. Not cleaned att all. Stains on floor, counters, bathroom etc. Huge noise from the fridge. The bed was like sleeping on the floor. The motel had decent revues so i guess the staff had fixed that. Yuck !

I tryed to check it at the motel the night of my reservation and the guy working refused to check me in . It was one am he said they refunded my money cause I was late which was not true I still haven't got my money back yet

There was a sign on the door that they were on break until 8:33pm. There were 3 of us waiting at the locked door in 110 degree heat. We were all sweating while we waited. The person came back from break 20 minutes after the sign said they would be back. We didn’t have enough towels, no shampoo, and missing a pillow. We were given a pillow but she said they don’t give out hygiene and we could ask for towels in the morning once the pool opened. The bathroom floor was just about flooded after our shower.

Hair dryer and coffee making facilities were not available in the room despite being advertised. Room was clean and felt safe. Bed wasn’t the comfiest, but didn’t expect much with it being a Motel6. Conveniently located next to the outlets.

DO NOT stay here if you are handicapped!! I am on crutches and the only way to access the room was either steep steps or a steep ramp headed away from the room. No luggage cart. Thankfully both Stephen and Roxanne at the front were helpful. After managing to get to the room, there were no movie channels, no stopper in the sink (I wear contacts), no towel rack, no tissues or shampoo. No coffee. I would never recommend this Motel 6, it gives the chain a bad name. I intend to contact the City of Barstow about the inaccessibility of the handicap rooms.

For some reason I was put in a disabled access room and the property didn't seem to be full. The neighboring room was extremely loud for several hours after midnight. Tried to take a hot shower the next morning and there was no hot water in the shower.

I had stayed one night me and my kids got bit by bed bugs seen bed bugs in bath tub after my child took a bath would not go again I can’t speak on all the rooms but that room definitely had bugs we all got bites would never go again room was clean people friend absolutely would never go again because of my experience

It was just an overnight stop. Room was not as good as I had hoped from reviews. It was quieter than expected being next to the freeway. The pool was out of service and the room was not as clean as I would like.

A very good stay but it would be nice if the pool was open until 10pm. I arrived just in time to use the pool. The pillows had a firm one and a soft one to choose from. The employees were friendly and helpful. I stayed there again on my way home. The area is safe and close to good food and the freeway.

We stayed one night due to a freeway closure. It was fine just for that night. It’s not horrible but beds were very hard and pillows were very small and flat.
