Great experience…was able to check in an hour early when we arrived…clean room.

Our night spent at the Sleep Inn and Suites in Danville was great!

I’m an optimist so I tend to believe the positive reviews, but the previous negative reviews were more accurate. The front desk lady Samantha couldn’t have been more rude or unfriendly. When you are the first encounter at a place of business you need to make somewhat of an effort to be pleasant. She acted as though we were such an inconvenience to her. Not a smile. Not a kind word. I hope whoever her manager is sees this. Now the morning guy was amazing and smiling and friendly! Loved him. Rooms were musty and humid. Shower floor stained. Breakfast options were great though.

Room was clean and front desk person was very cordial and helpful. Bed and pillows were comfortable, shower was great and breakfast was good. Breakfast person was also very helpful and nice.

As a relatively new building it is quite pleasant. The staff could be more friendly. The immediate area lacks restaurant choices.

When I was checking in, the associate at the desk was not friendly at all. Her attitude was cold and unkind. I felt like a bother to her. I tried to joke around with her to lighten the atmosphere a bit bit she continued on with negative attitude. Although this part was not so enjoyable, the fabulous young lady serving breakfast was awesome. She was friendly and kind. This is how people should be treated. I thanked her and I appreciated her. When checking out, the young lady at the desk was more than helpful. She had an upscale attitude and it was definitely different from the associate that checked me in. I worked hard and I just wanted to show my children a great time. To have to my day to begin with a bad attitude was terrible. However, the other two young ladies were more than wonderful. I hope that associate changes her attitude because greeting paying customers, who just want a friendly encounter, is very unfortunate and unkind. Have a beautiful and blessed day, evening and night.

Good price

If I could give a "no star" rating I definitely would, and I have never done this before but this motel and staff is not worth even a 1 star. We were in between homes after selling ours and wanted to stay close to our new home so we booked a room for 2 nights. Little did we know if you live within 30 miles of this motel they refuse to rent you a room, therefore we were refused a room AND the manager refused to refund our money. She said this ridiculous policy is on their website, yes I found it, buried at the bottom of one of their pages, should be in BOLD letters at the very TOP of the page. Beware of this motel😩

So we picked this last minute. Super outdated we got the suite and the pocket door to toilet and tiny shower didn't close all the way not cool for our family. Lighting was in multiple shades of light which was hard to not think looked terrible and outdated. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was to be expected.

It was clean and quiet. We enjoyed it.

I like how the staff was nice and courteous. The Team work was great! For the restaurant, a suggestion would be another breakfast meat option for people that don’t eat pork products, like an option for Turkey meat or chicken patty. Overall however, the breakfast was good, especially the coffee!!!! I really enjoyed my stay and I will return if I’m in the area again!😉

Overall, the visit was good. The staff was very nice and offered many options for restaurants in the area. I felt like the room was average. Bathroom was very small.

The a/c in my room did not work. When I walked in, it was about 80 degrees in the room. The a/c was set on 64 when I walked in, but it was blowing hot air. So naturally, I turned it down even further to see if I could get it to blow cold. I knew the chance was slim, but hey, it's worth a shot, right? Why wasn't this checked before renting out the room? I waited a while, but it didn't help. I went down and asked for a different room with working a/c. The lady was unkind. She asked what I had it set on. I explained that it was on 64 and I tried turning it down lower. She said that it was my fault because if it gets turned down below 64 the units freeze up. I am ASE Master Certified and have my MACS certification in a/c. I explained that if the units were charged properly they should NEVER freeze up. She, of course, argued with me. She made me angry. Then she gave me a room that was much smaller than what I paid for and didn't offer me a discount for the smaller room or my trouble of moving rooms. The carpets in the lobby and staircase were disgusting. There was a homeless man living in the bushes too!

Wifi didn’t work on room 205. I had to go to the lobby. Also, the carpet on the stairs was really dirty.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, although I thought that the bed was too low, my arthritic knees noticed. Anyone wheelchair-bound would would have a hard time, I think. Breakfast was nice, perfect for us.
