We had a wonderful stay. Room was clean, staff was friendly, and the breakfast was an added bonus. Would stay again.
4.2
I had an amazing experience at this hotel from the beginning with the shuttle service to the very end, everyone was very accommodating! The location was great, and the hotel felt safe and was clean!
4.2
Excellent
4.2
The staff was very rude
4.2
Very comfy and nice for a one night stay. Although having to pay for parking is ridiculous in my opinion. 30 dollars for each night you stay really turns customers off from wanting to come back, it should be included within the stay. The free breakfast was decent.
4.2
Nice hotel we stayed before flying out of ohare. Room was good size with kitchen. Bathroom was spacious and clean and bed was super comfy.
4.2
My stay was very comfortable. The front desk ladies during the morning shift was a little rude but other than that the hotel is very nice
4.2
nice location in the suburb of Chicago, good METRO connection to downtown, supermarket and some smaller restaurants nearby, spacious rooms, clean and quite, choice of food at breakfast was quite limited, plastic dishes, plates and coffee not according to European standard, cost/benefit ratio good compared to hotels in the center of the city
4.2
Only 10 minute walk from the blue line CTA train. Not far from airport and an hours ride to downtown. Stayed here for the marathon and was extremely quiet. Would come back again next time.
4.2
The hotel was booked to capacity. There was a wedding reception and other events booked. With all this activity going on it was a quiet atmosphere.
The pool area was clean and quite relaxing. The breakfast had a nice variety to choose from.
My only complaint would be that we were given a wheelchair accessible room. We were told it was the only room left. But I reserved a room that was not wheelchair accessible. The room was comfortable but we didn't have privacy when it came to the bathroom sink. The sink was located outside of the bathroom which made it difficult not to disturb the other guest while they slept or while you groomed in the outer area in the open.
4.2
The receptionist was very nice and helpful
4.2
Cold welcoming experience
4.2
Confortable beds, enough room for 5 people, great breakfast, and and EXCELLENT attention at the front desk.
4.2
Parking was a little of a pain. Got pay for parking though parking.com. It was 30 dollars
4.2
First, I had to pay for parking not good, then it was a front desk woman, rude not nice, room too cold,
4.2
I really liked the room. It was quiet and fairly spacious. The blinds blocked light nicely. The air conditioner worked well and was not noisy.
4.2
I booked this hotel because there was a outback restaurant attached to the hotel, unfortunately this was permanently closed. Check in was easy staff friendly. Breakfast poor,
Nice big rooms but dated.
4.2
The hotel was a very nice and clean place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My family enjoyed the breakfast. There wasn't a lot of selections for a gluten-free vegan but i was still able to eat breakfast with my husband in the dining area.
4.2
Good hotel. By the airport. Next to a hooters . Parking is free in the mornings , but $30 overnight
4.2
I very much appreciate the airport shuttle though, but the breakfast is kind of a let down.
4.2
The room was smelly and not clean.
It’s good only for 1 person if you are staying for 1 night.
I don’t recommend for families.
4.2
Bed bugs - felt like.
4.2
Convenient to O'Hare, other than that, there are far more superior properties at the same price.
4.2
I like it was convenient to where I was going. I did not like that guests of the hotel have to pay for parking when they have already paid for their room. Paid Parking should only be for those not staying at the hotel. I also do not like that the Outback Steakhouse was not open during my stay. Also the one time I had breakfast there it took time to get some of the things replenished. There should always be food ready to go. I ate once and did not come back down for the other mornings as it was really hectic trying to get food. I also did not like the sounds coming from the toilet either when I flushed it or when others flushed theirs there was this weird sound like there was something wrong with the pipes. The room was clean but I did smell a scent of Urine in the bathroom area when I ended the room for my stay. Not sure if that was also coming from the plumbing. Water pressure was low and there was a sharp point on the shower curtain rod at the back where I cut my finger on trying to close a curtain that appeared to be too small for the rod.
4.2
The property close to the airport and overall its clean and also located in a safe neighbourhood. The front desk staffs were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was okay. The only complaint I have is the condition of the sofa bed. It was in pretty bad condition, not able to sleep. Also the sofa had lot of stains. Expect better condition from a Marriott property
4.2
We were greeted by a super friendly staff, especially Sara. Nice big rooms and nice and close to the el train.
4.2
Nice place. Parking is not great and expensive.
4.2
The staff were super friendly and helpful! The problem was having to pay for parking when I already paid for the hotel…shouldn’t it be included already. When they went to clean our room, they also left trash bags out in the middle our room and unfortunately I saw a roach
4.2
Rooms are out dated needs upgrade bed was hard i could feel springs in the mattress and pillows are flat
4.2
The gym is a bit small. The room is nice.
4.2
Convent to O'Hare and the shuttle ran in a timely manner.
4.2
Near airport. Near restaurants.
4.2
Outdated but clean!
4.2
All the staff i interacted with were great. Bed was supef comfy. My only complaint is the pool hours. It needs to be open earlier and stay open later.
4.2
Great hotel! Easy commute to the trains etc
4.2
Staff is amazing ! Very good breakfast . Great rooms size . Close to CTA blue line (10min walk). Shuttle 24/7
4.2
Desk help talked way too fast. I had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times. Strange musty odor in the room: $31 parking fee for a non secure surface lot is ridiculous and should be listed on your site
4.2
Lot is kept clean and they offer outside seating to wait for rides or just enjoy the day.
4.2
Our stay was amazing! This is now our “go to” hotel from now in Chicago! Bobbie at the front desk was amazing! He found out we were going to the Cubs game and gave us 3 different options. He explained each one in detail. All the staff always had smiles and were friendly! The room was very clean and the breakfast was really good!
4.2
We have stayed here frequently over the last 10 years, and this place is not nearly as nice as it used to be. For the price, it's getting a bit run down. We saw 4-5 RATS outside the hotel by the Outback restaurant when we cam in one evening after dark, and were totally grossed out. Also, parking is quite expensive for an already expensive hotel.
