I walked around my room without socks over night. The next morning in the shower the water ran black like I had been playing in the mud. Horrifying. The staff was wonderful, friendly and fun, but the place needs a good cleaning.

Was close to racetrack. Staff not feiedly. Our rood was dirty. Pennies were laying between the two beds. One bed had blood stains on the comforter and side of the sheets

I liked the convenience of location. I did not like the drapes that would not close since we had a street light right outside our window. Also, the toilet seat was not clean when we arrived.

There was no housekeeping available during our two day stay. While I understand it is difficult to keep employees these days, they should at least give a discount for the stay!

Will not be staying here again. Front desk clerk definitely doesn't care one way or another about his guests during check in. We seemed to be a bother that we were there. The place is over all dirty. Just a bad experience overall. Will spend my money elsewhere.

This hotel is great for a one night stay but no longer I would say. There was an odd odor permeating the hallways and the rooms, still not sure what it was. The staff was kind of odd but interesting at the same time, not sure how else to describe it. The cost of a night stay was also a bit high for the aforementioned experience as well but being short staffed and looking for help I can cut a little slack. Because of this issue there was also no room service at the time so that might be a deal breaker for some people.

There were hairs in the sink and on the toilet. Stains on the sheets. Floors werent vacuumed. We paid for a king size bed and got a bed with 2 full size beds instead. Requested our king room and they said they had no king beds. Upsetting and horrible.

The noise come out from AC unit. Terrible it was supposed to be a nice relaxing time.

Room dirty, not swept. Hallways covered in trash. My room wasn't even locked, door ajar. In the room, linens had blood on them, dirt scattered over sheets. Bathroom never was cleaned since last user-hairball in drain and hair and debris all over tub and shower walls. Jacuzzi tubwhich was an added expense dirty as well. Toilet clogged despite me not using it, almost over owing. Hotel worker kind enough to give me a plunger to clear toilet and cleaning supplies to include a bottle of industrial disinfectant and rags to clean the room. Also handed me cleaninens. 45 minutes later, clean bathroom, clean bedding, working toilet and grumpy me. Still needs vacuumed but it matches the hallway covered in dirt. Next morning, got a meager but expected microwaved breakfast and then used exercise equipment. Pool had bugs in it and enough debris to make it look like an outdoor pool. Went back to room, found bed bug on bed despite me changing all linens. Manager was upset and combative accusing me of making it . Workedr who came to room was very apologetic and understanding, seems to actually care. Never again.

I arrived early by 1 1/2 I asked if a room I reserved was available at this time I was then informed that it would cost me an additional 20$ and that a room was not clean but they were willing to accept the 20$ fee After rejecting the Offer I returned to the rest after the 3 o’clock check in time was given a room and key . I decide to check the room out before bring my luggage to the room . To my dismay found the room in process of being cleaned and bed not made . I walked back to the front desk and described the condition of the room . I then asked “when I returned will the room be cleaned “ the desk clerk assured me that the room would be . When I returned I found bed made but cleaning rag on bed table and wrapper on floor . I’m a very reasonable man . I understand being short of help , but believe that all guest should be and deserve to have a relaxing environment to stay My stay was not “bad” , it was not good and it was far from great I would have loved to give a review that would make those reading these words feel that there is no other place with higher standards . But unfortunately this will not happen . I hope the management will understand my disappointment . I hope there will , in the future , be a sense awareness ,quality and an eye for detail . Hope my next stay will be better !

Great stay! Guy has the warmest pool ive ever been in!

Property was pleasant. Close to the drag strip, front desk personnel were very helpful and friendly.

Our overall experience was not a good one. The beds were so hard we went and purchased mattress toppers to try to make them softer. The A/C unit did not get very cool we had to get a box fan to help cool the room. They do not provide housekeeping. If you want fresh towels or washcloths you must take them to the front desk to have them exchanged for clean ones. The room smelled musty and old. The whole building is grungy and dated. I could go on. We will not choose this hotel again.

The staff was great. The amenities were Oka manager was really oriented to the dollar. I probably won't stay here ever again.There are other places that are nicer

Found hair in the shower, hot tub broke, no towels in pool area, unfriendly staff, cold gross breakfast food

When I got into the room there were burn marks on the carpet, the bathroom was dirty, and the room was a lot smaller than expected. Even worse the back door to the property, which I was rooming closest to, was supposed to be locked but had tape over it. That alone made my entire trip feel unsafe. What is the purpose of having a locked door back there if you just tape over the locking part??

There is no house keeping. You have to take your towels down to get clean ones. They want to charge you for ridiculous things.

I over charged on my card

The manager was verbally and also physically abusive and I took video to prove. He knew I was taping him. I will be submitting documentation for full refund and further compensation for the nightmare I experienced.

The front desk clerk was extremely rude upon check in. First, he made very rude remarks about the photo on my ID. He radios housekeeping to see if my room was ready, which I thought was strange as it was nearly 6:00PM. At that point, another guest who checked in a few mins prior came in to report that her toilet was clogged and that her room wasn't clean. Front desk told her to unclog it herself. There was a heated argument and he finally shouted "OK FINE I'LL GO TAKE CARE OF IT" and then SLAMMED my ID and credit card back onto the desk! Considering I didn't do anything, I did not appreciate the aggression towards me. The gal told me to check my room, of which I thanked her for the heads up and I left the property to go drive around. I ended up having a pretty severe anxiety attack because I felt that uncomfortable. When I finally did go back about 3 hours later, I realized I was assigned a single king when I had booked and PAID for a double. There was no extra pillows or blankets for the pullout bed for my adult daughter. I would have gone down to ask for some, but considering the attitude of the front desk employee, she told me no and had a very restless night sleep. We also only had ONE set of towels. The room otherwise was get-what-you-pay-for fine. Seemed fairly clean. But this employee needs additional training or a job other than hospitality. It would be nice if I was refunded the difference in the rooms, but I'm not holding my breath. I won't ever be back.

When we checked in there was a dog barking in the room across the hall. There were only 4 cars in the parking lot so I asked if we could be moved. Instead, the front desk called that room and told the person the room next door was complaining about the dog. Then I was told if I heard the dog again, I could call the room myself and give them hell. When I asked to be moved, I was moved to the room directly above the barking dog. It took another request to be move away from the barking dog. Then when I asked if we could stay an extra hour in the morning I was told it would be $10. This is terrible aervice

The property was not clean, the doors need repair

The staff s great. Daily breakfast was great as well. Very clean rooms.

The help was very helpful

Charged an additional Small amount when we checked in, booked online and prepaid for the room but there was an additional ~$5 for a tax that wasn't mentioned on Expedia. He asked for card and ID, didn't tell me he was charging me anything until I asked why he was running my card. Would have been great if he had at least explained before charging me.

Staff was very friendly

The man at the front desk woulnt lwt me check in. I gave him my id credit card. Reservation number even my phone with the info. He was rude n said he cant help me.

The pool was closed for painting this was not posted on site.. very very disappointing..part of my reason for picking was the pool. Breakfast is bare minimum same food everyday ..staff is very nice..but all and all very disappointing

Rudeness

The staff was friendly and kind. We were advised at check-in that the entrance on side of building had a broken lock, which made the building accessible without using a key. Room was excellent, and mattress and bedding were very comfortable. Breakfast was a bit limited (no eggs), but we were there during a very slow time. Will chose this property again in the future.

The guy at front desk was so friendly and welcoming, hotel was very clean, comfy beds as well.
