Nice area with dining and shopping options. Nicely appointed room and friendly staff. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Bed and bathroom were clean. The carpet and furniture were stained and gross. Front desk guy was very helpful and deserves 10 stars.

Check in was easy, room was just as described. Beds were comfortable. Our stay was comfortable. The ONLY thing I will say wasn't up to par is the mattress for the sleeper sofa in the sitting room (ended up sleeping on the couch not pulled out). Breakfast was good and the place is pet friendly!

Loved how the living room and bedroom was separate!

The property needs some maintenance. Several drawers wouldnt stay closed and with a 1 year old running around, it was very unsafe for him. The toilet room light was constantly flickering like a strobe light. When I ran a bath for my baby, some of the seal was pealing off. The bathtub looks like it needs to be replaced and has a ton of touch-ups in it. We loved the spaciousness of the suite. The hotel was within walking distance of several shopping areas and restaurants, very convenient.

after 12 hours on road we were looking for relaxing end to day. Room was terrible, dirty and torn carpet, popcorn ceiling peeling, small bathroom with dirty tub, hair on shower towels, old tvs, loud AC that sounded like a air compressor kicking in each time it ran, no personality at front desk at checkout and we left before 5am just to get out of the room. hallways, elevator and entrance/exit doors are filthy and havent been cleaned or wiped in long time. nice area, but this hotel needs a remodel to update hotel and training on cust service

Been using it for more than 12 years… but no updates in the hotel or rooms ever since
Maybe carpet & furniture need some updating
‘Cause prices are getting updated a lot….

The room I was in needed some refurbishing

We usually stay here when we are in Albuquerque and we usually have a great stay. The room we got this time didn’t feel clean and my daughter noticed a cockroach late at night while she was watching TV. The shower was bizarre. Just a thin curtain that didn’t sufficiently stop water from leaking all over the bathroom floor.

Convenient, very clean. Will stay again.

Positive: Property is quiet and easily accessible.
Negative: Elevators are slow and site employees are often using them creating longer wait times for an elevator.

Room needed maintenance work. Dragging bathroom door, one of the showers was plugged, one of the tv’s didn’t work, there was a hole punched through bedroom door from the door stop. Staff were friendly and helpful though.

I would stay there again because it was nice to have two rooms and a little bit of space. Also the location in uptown is great. I will say however that the hotel was very crowded, the carpets and furniture was stained and very worn and overall everything had a dingy feel. For $200 a night it seems that it could have been cleaner.
On the positive side, I will say that we slept very well and the beds were super comfortable. And yes I would probably stay there again because it's nice to have a suite with two bedrooms.

They didn't have a room ready for us at check-in. Person at desk was not very friendly or helpful. Sleeper sofa was worn out. Very uncomfortable. Living room area was small and uncomfortable. Not up to Hilton standards or expectations.

I love the area in which the hotel is located. Its always clean and the staff is nice. It could definitely use an update! Both nights i stayed there there was a power outage. One night it lasted 8hours, but that was from a lightning stike. The other night lasted 4hours. Half my room had no electricity. That was inconvenient because it was the bedroom/bathroom area.

We just stayed for a night but it was a great place. The front desk was so friendly.

It was perfect for our much needed rest after a long travelling day.

No complaints. Beds were super comfortable

Do not stay here if you're intended purpose of getting a hotel is to get a good night's sleep. I had a room facing the pool, and although the pool is supposed to be closed at 9pm every day, the pool was still full of children screaming and shooting each other with super soakers at 10:30 pm. The phone in the room didn't work, no one answered either of the phone numbers on the in-room sheet, and when you call the number they text you from to welcome you it goes to a recording. I finally managed to get through to someone and they were condescending and rude, and told me that they would make sure everyone was out of the pool at 11. The woman that was supposed to be working the front desk in the morning was more interested in chatting with her co-workers in the break room, rather than working the front desk. Stay somewhere else, this is NOT a comfortable a welcoming hotel.

Bethany at the front desk who checked me in was awesome. Great personality and she was fast.

I didn’t even stay here. Apparently, if you book with Expedia, the hotel has no obligation to hold your room. I even paid in advance, but they essentially kicked me and my family out. I was given an excuse that there was a problem with the room… and that’s it. No help finding another room, nothing. Just good luck. Nobody contacted us ahead of time either which would have been easy to do. I’m sure they made more money selling our reservation to someone paying full price and we get the pleasure of driving around, late in the evening, in a strange city, trying to find a hotel that wasn’t completely booked.
I don’t normally leave negative reviews unless a place earns it. This one did. Only stay here if you’re booking directly and are a rewards member or something. If you book with a third party, they will treat you poorly.

Andrew Merriweather was very friendly and competent, making the check-in process as smooth as possible

Staff who checked us in at the front desk was very friendly to us, including our kids, and I loved about it! The only thing I wish it was different was the cleanliness of the carpeting in the guest room we stayed in. I understand this facility is a pet friendly facility, however, there were many vidible stains and sticky spots on the carpeted floor which I wish they weren't there.

Sadly Albuquerque is becoming a giant homeless camp, but not here. It’s refreshing to find a bit of safety in a very unsafe town

It was a nice room. Plenty of space, having a suite is much more enjoyable. A little worn but clean and not unbearable.

Best hotel room I've ever been in with my entire family! A separate 2 queen bed for my 4 kids. A shared living space and full kitchen along with a king bedroom for my wife and I. Just amazing space and cleanliness!
