Located in middle of Haag tourist quarters, so hard to find more central location. Everything within walking distance.
Excellent service, friendly staff.
Skipped hotel breakfast, plenty of breakfast places to choose from on surrounding streets.
Hotel offer parking, but be aware access by car is very difficult. Basically only one way to get there, via narrow one way streets packed with tourists. Get detailed directions from hotel staff before attempting to drive there.

Lovely quirky hotel. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Centrally located. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

We had a beautiful view from our room. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to anything we wanted from here, great location.

Great location, super clean and comfortable room. Best option in The Hague!

The staff makes you feel like part of the family. Very kind and extremely helpful

Everything was truly perfect: beds are comfortable, the staff is super kind, the breakfast is very nice, the coffee in the room is great. Everything is truly exceptional!
The hotel's location is right in the center, so it may be a little bit noisy at night. I had no problem sleeping, but people with light dream might find the street noise a bit troubling.

The bathtub in my room was amazing. Everything was done with care it appeared. So cute and unique. Felt the ambience from my window that overlooked the street below. Staff was all really friendly. I saw a couple of little doggos so that must be an option. Would stay again.

Staff are friendly and helpful. 2 tram stops are within 5 minutes walk. Allowed me to check in early without additional charges.

Property condition deserves 3.5 stars, not 3. The deduction of 1.5 stars has to do with some leaking by the windows and a partially torn plastic strip in the shower door. Some minor fixing will make this hotel a great place to stay.
The staffers were FANTASTIC. The front desk crew I met, Miranda and Naomi, were very helpful and friendly, . The housekeeping attendant even picked up and folded clothes I left on the floor.
The location is good. Tramlines, the central rail station (about 20 minutes walking), shops and lots of restaurants are close by. At the same time, the area is still quiet at night for a good sleep.

It was a great stay, at night the streets could be loud but that’s hard to avoid with so many bars and restaurants

Absolutely wonderful stay, location, staff, comfortable room. Would definitely stay again!

Its centrally located and around everything you would need. Endless dining options and cafes.

A beautiful boutique hotel in the centre, ideal for exploring the city. There is no breakfast on site and we didn’t take the arrangement with a couple of nearby restaurants but there are many coffee shops and bakeries around. There is no air conditioning in the property but they provide an efficient fan in each room.

Quaint, boutique style. Very friendly reception. Small property so very charming feel with a view of the palace from our room. Breakfast was voucher to the Palmette and one of the best of our trip. Highly recommend.

What can I say about this fantastic hotel which was the pinnacle of my stays during my trip to the Netherlands; the staff were nice and friendly; the hotel and room was clean and spotless and the location was perfect for exploring Den Hagg. I would definitely look to stay here again on a future trip.

Quaint and lovely hotel with very comfortable beds and very clean bathrooms. Friendly staff and easy bicycle rental - though my soaked bike seat gave me a wet bum! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Clean and newly renovated. Photos on the website are misleading: only the 1st floor has big windows and high ceilings. The hotel has 2 other floors that have only very small windows. I booked a “Superior” room and had only 1 small window, and the room was quite dark. Not the “royal” experience I was expecting.

Excellent boutique hotel near shops, bars, and restaurants. Great service! Highly recommend.

It’s one of the pleasant stays, 50% of ot thanks to the great service and very much helpful staff. The hotel is located in a city heart with many cafes and small shops around. The great sightseeing spots and department stores are 7-15 minutes walk max. I had to work on the check out day and was enjoying to do it in the beautiful salon.

Fantastic location, great room. The only thing that we found strange was the breakfast.... served in a basket placed outside the room after 9am... too late for travellers wanting to get going..

The location is superb, lots of nice bars and restaurants in a 1-10 minute walking distance. Check in as well as check out was smooth as silk, we even got our room right away despite being early. Our room was really nice and tidy, with a roomy ensuite bathroom.Breakfast was served in picnic baskets every morning, while coffee was self-service pickup from the reception. Highly recommended, will visit again.

Hotel was well situated. The room was tired and overdue a refurb. Breakfast was not good value. This was more like a guest house than an hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Sight-seeing, excellent location, quiet etc. Try breakfast in and out. Plenty to see on foot. But the street is Procrustean. If you are driving, the manager will help you park. Just leave the car and enjoy your stay.

A once nice hotel that needs serious updating. Carpet threadbare and appeared dirty, chairs worn out and gauze curtains filthy and worn. Really nice breakfast though and bed comfortable.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at the hotel. It was very central so easy to get to from the station and close to shops, restaurants and sights.

This hotel is charming. The location is amazing, close to great restaurants, shops and museums. We did not eat breakfast there but the dining room is beautiful.

The best assets are the genuinely first class service from the friendly / attentive staff plus the excellent location. There is nothing one can dislike. However, I would say that the signal for the TV was hit and miss in my room. Bedsheets sorted and bathroom cleaned and supplies replenished daily. However, I would have liked for the carpet to have been vacuumed cleaned in greater frequency. Overall, a truly excellent hotel that is highly recommended!
