Everything was excellent

Staff was extremely helpful. Any problem they attended to immediately. Stafff was attentive and friendly.

Property is well maintained with good staff and breakfasts. The location was the biggest shortfall.

Rooms are definitely dated and shower area wasn’t the best. The pics were def deceiving but room was large and beds were comfortable. For one night it was fine but for longer stay I would want something different.

Room number 313. Room smelled like a dead animal. Carpet and sofa was dirty and bedding was scratchy. The hotel is dated. The breakfast was good. Eggs, bacon, and potatoes. Pool looked nice but we didn't have time to use it. Not what I expected from a Marriott property.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful when we checked in shortly before 4 PM on 6/28/24. The person that came up to our room shortly after when we realized the frig was not working was exceptional. Very professional and provided us with a working frig immediately. I do not remember what their name was but please recognize them for their professionalism and very kind manner. This does not go unnoticed by the guests, and it is equally important to recognize the positive and not just the negative things that may be brought to your attention.

The location was great, a little hidden, but that's kind of nice too.

Where to begin. So many ppl were helpful & kind. When we arrived my nephew had dropped off a car seat for my grandson that was arriving the following day, the woman at check in was so very kind to let me know it was there behind the counter. She addressed me using Mrs. which I honestly felt like that was very professional/respectful. She was very kind. I gave her 2 gift cards to be applied to our stay and she mentioned Jesse is the auditor & the gift cards would be applied when Jesse arrives. I was nervous because ince I gave those to her, I had nothing to show I gave them to her. I went back the next day to ensure they were applied and Jesse was there. Jesse was awesome! He went above & way beyond the call of duty! He of course applied the gift cards, but went further by stating they have a snacking hour where snacks are out between certain hours. The day we arrived was popcorn & the next day was strawberry’s & pound cake. I told Jesse that we were leaving for the day to see family I had not seen in 6 years but my husband was having a surprise birthday party there. Jesse stated “I will save you some. Just ask Lisa when you return”. We returned fairly late that evening, pretty full from foods we had at party so didn’t go running to Lisa for pound cake. My daughters room key needed reset so she went to front desk to have it reset & came back with cake & strawberries! Now THAT is Great customer service that needs to be acknowledged! He was so very kind & appreciates customers!

There were a lot of little leaguers there for tournament. The boys were very rambunctious but they didn’t bother me much. I did tell them to stop running in the hallway. Parents let them run around unattended. Some folks weren’t happy about it.

Have stayed here several times. Staff is friendly. But hotel needs some updating, showing signs of wear and tear.

The front desk manager was very helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Modern. Great kitchenette.

Room was not clean specifically the tub and bathroom. Staff was excellent. Property could use some upgrades. FREE Breakfast is a plus.

We were staying at the hotel for a tournament. Kids were running and screaming through halls, elevators, grounds, etc.

Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast offered a lot of options from scrambled eggs to freshly prepared waffles, cereal, good orange juice not watered down like lots of places. Going back there again in fall.

The hotel overall was great. There was a 12 hour power outage ( no fault of the hotel), but no compensation was offered for the inconvenience. My dissatisfaction is directly with Expedia. Expedia offered $100 lower price approximately 1 hour after I booked. While i understand it was a 3rd party deal, there was no recognition of the major change in price. Again no compensation or future gift/discount for future stay was offered. I even called the hotel directly prior to booking, to get advice as to whether I should book directly w hotel. The receptionist offered no guidance or benefit to do so. Though these concerns will not deter me from a return stay, I just didnt feel like a valued customer.

Only thing that was disappointing was that the pool was not open. They had a chlorine issue

I didn’t like that none of the exhaust fans worked in the bathroom so dirty brown condensation water would drop all o we your clothes and your body while trying to take a shower. I spoke to the front desk which they moved me to another room, which I was thankful for the staff was amazing but the room I got moved to had the same problem in the bathroom fan not working and the dirty condensation water dripping from the whole ceiling in the bathroom

Wasn’t the nicest Marriott I’ve stayed at or what I’ve come to expect from the brand. It was ok to stay at just a little run down. Room was clean and staff was pleasant. Breakfast was above average. Gym and pool facilities were below average.

Very old property. The intial perfume smell when you enter the room fades pretty quickly and old room smell kicks in. Beds are not comfortable.

Second time staying at this hotel. Chosen for value. Friendly reception staff. Room was comfortable. Small pillows, could be improved. Shower temperature very sensitive to regulate. Good AC. For the price it’s a decent stay.

Most of The staff was rude. There was popcorn trailed all through the hotel. Hair dryer was broken in the room. The elevator was by far the worst I’ve ever seen. Very old looking and very slow. You wait at least 5 mins every time. Staff spoke badly about over guests in front of guests. The fridge in the room was filthy and the shower.

This hotel was convenient and comfortable. Close to where I needed to be and the breakfast was good.

Hotel staff was extremely helpful with asking for floor preference and getting us extra linens. Some water dripping through light in bathroom on the first night but otherwise a clean room. Breakfast could use waffles to appease the kids.

We stayed there 2 nights, first day we arrived, checked in was ok. We got to our room, the carpet was dirty, there were big dirty dark spots near the entrance and the sink, bed was near the heater, and the heat blew to my face all night. Second day morning breakfast was terrible, turkey sausage was dried, oakmeal was super thick, that’s why I just skipped the breakfast the next day. We went out and came back to our room at 5pm, we couldn’t get into our paid room, because they didn’t update it, finally we got in our room, and the room was ‘untouched’ , no one cleaned the room, then we have to call the front desk and therky sent us someone to clean it. Finally we can sit down and thought we can watch some TV, but the tv was showing ‘no signal’ ! This is it, we had enough for the day! Anyway, this hotel is overpriced $170 CAD per night! I trusted the name Marriott, but the whole experience was awful!
