The pod concept is good, and the pod itself was very comfortable. But climbing the ladder up and down to the pod was a little challenging, especially for someone older like me (late 40s). I think they could make it easier to get in and out of the upper pods. Also, the pod itself could use more storage—there was room for more shelves or hooks.

For a budget hotel, it was actually quite comfortable. I had to sleep with my luggage on the bed because there was no other space for it, but the bed itself was comfortable and the whole place was very clean. It’s a very only-what-you-need hotel but each of those needs are well taken care of. The front desk service was also great.

I slept in a bottom cupboard or pod. Others had steps and I'm glad mine didn't. Cozy and spacious double to myself. Bfast was ok and cheaper if you book the night before but no atmosphere in the dining room...bit of music wouldn't go a miss. Staff friendly and lounge area really homely. Great location close to tram stop and minutes walk from museums parks.

It was very quiet - guests were respectful and I didn’t hear anything from inside the pod (although they aren’t sound proof). Before staying I was concerned with privacy, but the toilets were individual rooms with doors, the showers as well, and both were pretty clean. The pod itself was fairly clean but a decorative pillow placed on the bed was evidently not cleaned regularly. It had hair on it. If you are backpacking and want to meet people, this is not the place. The common areas were not used very much, I didn’t meet anyone. Front desk staff were kind and knowledgeable

5/5 When our original Hostel turned out to have bedbugs two weeks prior to our trip, we immediately searched for another place to sleep and found this by chance. The staff was really friendly, the bathrooms very clean and stored with everything you could need (shampoo, shower gel, body lotion and hairdryers). The capsule itself is very cozy and has rgb-light strips with adjustable lighting and various colours. Towels and Bathrobes were included and very nice as well. The only thing that could turn out to be a problem is the scarcity of space - be prepared to pack lightly (a suitcase likely won't fit) and definitely do not book this if you're claustrophobic.
Over all though I would totally recommend this to other travellers who're staying for only a day or two.
Oh and the AC was working so wonderfully, that we actually had to turn it nearly all the way down to not freeze (which was a nice having 30 degrees Celcius outside) :)

Very comfortable bed with good ventilation. Service was good. Decent area with a tram station close by.

It is a unique way to staying in hostel first time in a capsule before going there check out if you're comfortable with it.

Nice location away from the noise and bustle of the main shopping centres.

A great, little spot perfect for my two nights. Plenty of room for luggage and backpack. Bathrooms very clean and warm and not busy. The room was chilly but made for great sleeping! Super chill vibe and front staff were above and beyond. Great location. Highly recommend for a private, no-frills, city-center place to land in AMS.

I would never sleep there again. You are sleeping in a box, like a coffin, and I had to crawl up on a small ladder to get into this Strange sleeping box. It’s not clear on the advitising that you are actually not going in to a hotel - But a Strange hostel sleeping under terrible circumstances. My box was on the Ground floor and I had to walk up the stairs to the first floor to have a shower and go to the restroom. And i even paid a ridicilous lot of money for it. Outrages.

Good sleep and very nice staff! Bathrooms were clean and the robes were amazing! The only negative thing we experienced was that our bed sheets and linen were a bit dirty, with like hairs and stuff
Otherwise very cool location, would recommend!

Overall had a good experience however while we were away the room was cleaned, and our stuff was re-arranged when we came back which felt a bit invasive. Nothing was missing but we also didn't leave valuables behind because the room wasn't very secure in general (easy to break in). They did have cameras and staff around constantly so it didn't feel shady or anything. It would be nice to have the option to put a 'Do not Disturb' hanger on the door so that no one could go in during the day.

We did not realize exactly what we had booked. The capsules were fine If unexpected). It would be very helpful to have a place where guests as they come in could repack or go through bags as there was steady stream of this all night which got noisy. Breakfast was good, staff was helpful. Bathrooms and capsules were quite clean just very tight with the average person's bags. Girl woke up screaming at night and staff helped get her away from everyone else quickly and efficiently.

The service from all staff was great and the cleanliness of the room and bathrooms were excellent. The biggest issue is the bed, it dipped so badly in the middle that it impacted our sleep, so it will put us off returning in the future

Capsules are nice, but not too comfortable to be placed in an 'upstairs' capsule.
Bathroom is spacious and with good conditions

No communication from the hotel and the info actually miss sells the property. Still no feedback… not appropriate for business travel.
