Great location to everything. Safe entrance and key card access to enter front gate. Unit was clean and had all amenities. It could use some upgrades but still nice. We felt very at home there and will be returning. The lazy river was great. Kiddie pool areas. The bar & grill was very convenient. Mini golf area . And daily schedule of event

We rented two bed room for our family 5 nights. I couldn't believe how dirty the hallway and the entry to our room was. I was very disappointed. We had to call for it to be cleaned. Also, I was informed during check in that our room will be cleaned twice during our stay but NO cleaning was done until we left. Very disappointing.

This is a great property for a family. There are many things for kids and families to do, loved the lazy river for myself, and it was in close proximity to where we went daily- The Cal Ripken Experience. This was a full week stay and it was like having the conveniences of staying in a house/condo but with hotel services and amenities. It was perfect for our family.

We smelt gas by the elevators, along with other guest. Made a complaint but the staff seemed to blow it off, there were cockroaches in our unit, and a pocket knife cutter was found in the pull out sofa bed so a lil concern with housekeeping. The coffee in the main lobby needs to be free to the guest.

I loved the location. It is near Boardwalk, Top Golf, the beach and other major attractions. The staff were very nice. I felt safe and secure. I didn’t like the sofa bed…it was hard to sleep on. As for the lighting in the bedroom, there was only one table lamp light and no ceiling light. You also have to request housekeeping and wash your towels and other items if you need service right away. I love that they have a washer/dryer unit in the room. The sofa is not comfortable to sit on. I wish the living room space would be more like a lounging space with comfortable seats. The pool area, lazy river, and Jacuzzi areas were great. The restaurant by the pool is only open for 6 hours and not all day so please bring your own snacks. You have to purchase your own floats there or bring your own from home to have for the lazy river. The one bedroom villas are not spacious. Please do not book the 1 bedroom villas with the sofa bed if there will be over 3 people in your family. Over all it is a great place to stay.

This place is great for families! Lots of amenities right on site. Our only issue was the false images regarding the kid pool area - there are no water slides for little kids on the boat or property. Our little gal was looking forward to the slides shown on the website, but they no longer exist. All in all, the place was clean, safe, and fun for our family. We hope to be back! Easy drive and parking for the beach nearby as well. Close to Broadway on the Beach.

Overall the stay was okay. First of all when you say checkin is at 4:00 and you arrive at 5:00 and your suite iz still not ready, that sends a red flag. I was ready to unpack and begin my vacation, but had to wait an additional 45 minutes that somewhat set the tone. It causes me ro look at the rest of the stay through critical eyes, so would I stay there again? The answer is no.

This is the third time we've stayed here. They have remodeled the property and rooms fairly recent and it looks great! The pool area is a great place to spend a day! We also like how close the property is to Broadway at the Beach, since there is an abundance of food and entertainment optiond there! We will continue to visit this property annually! This is a Much Better Option than staying on the beach!!

The HVAC was so load when it turned off and on it would wake you. Also the walls are so thin you can hear the room next to your toilet flush. Furthermore there is no real dinning option and you are trying to loop you i to a time share scenario.

Ok location. Hoped the lazy river had tubes but didn't see any. When we arrived to the room, door wasnt locked. We found a bed sheet in the kitchen and bed not done. They sent the cleaning lady. She used her key to come in without knocking & on her phone. She was rushing and dropped the pillows on the floor. Not the best intro to the location. Wish they had a restaurant or Cafe

We stay here every year with for our beach vacay, its always excellent. The people at the front desk were really sweet. The pool was heated and clean. Nice family activities at the pool. The indoor pool is closed but still ot was nice. Very clean in our room but you can tell the buildings are starting to look old. The art pieces in the room were piled with dust and the toilet has a permanent bad smell to it. Not really a big deal we weren't in our room that much anyway. 4 out of 5 stars

No shower curtain. Then sewer backed up throughout the room. Had to call repeatedly to get the filth cleaned up. No other room was offered. Slept in a sewer. Literally. Very disappointed.
