I highly recommend this hidden hotel, which features a very clean pool and a delicious breakfast with options like beans, eggs, sausage, and waffles. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the hotel has its own private walkway to the beach. However, be aware that it's located right next to a McDonald's, which may not be ideal for those on a diet lol. Overall, it's a great choice for a relaxing getaway.

The humidity inside the room, the carpet was wet, there were roaches in the room, the tv in the room did not work.

The staff was very helpful, respectful, and courtesy, However this time around the room was humid, cold, I try to adjust the thermostat of air conditioner, either very cold and humid, towels felt wet because of humidity, room smell a little moldy, the water pressure was very low and no hot water, the water felt more cold side then warm, yet the staff was understanding and enjoy the breakfast

Very relaxng and friendly staff. Plenty of breakfast, clean pool, plenty of parking, replaced towels, always someone downstairs and on our floor cleaning the floors and carpets. The laundry room had 1 washer out of service, but it didnt stop the flow of washing. The rating should go up to 9/10 rather an 8.2

I loved that it had an elevator, some hotels we've stayed at don't and it's difficult for people to be going up and down especially for the senior citizens.

Rooms are filled with MOLD, we had to change rooms, due to the first room water was on the carpet from the air conditioner, second room smelled bad that mold was growing on the lamp shades. I had to go to the emergency room due to mold exposure. My asthma and allergies flared up.

Property itself was ok they provide breakfast and was good private entrance to beach was great room service was not what i expected they only cleaned our room one night and i did ask staff and they informed us they only “deep” clean rooms every 3 days which was ridiculous to me because ive never experienced this at any hotel.

it was our first time in South Padre Island and we had a great experience!! my children had a good time at the pool, the room was neat and clean customer service was outstanding, and the breakfast was amazing we will choose this hotel again when we come back and I recommend it!!

Very good location, the hotel looks good from the outside, but inside the carpet is very old and smells, the pool is too small, the breakfast area also too small for the size of the hotel, the breakfast served was ok the staff not very friendly and not communicating to the guest about the shark attacks and Hurricane Beryl. We had to leave a day early due to the hurricane and the management didn't offered anything to us ,Sunday 7 was raining hard at the island and we didn't want to have our vehicles flooded, so we left on on that day. We don't recommend this hotel at all ,very deceiving advertising and pictures in the internet. We didn't have a welcoming experience at all. Stay at a different place not at Comfort suites.

My room was a little dirty there was a wet towel on my microwave and the bed sheets had spots of something yellow on one of the sides but bed was confortable I love that it had their own private gate to the beach, good breakfast

The rooms are ok. The Futon bed had not so clean sheets when folded out. I had an early check out and the The receptionist and Hotel.com won’t refund my money. They blame each other. I paid for three day stay only stayed one still got charged for three. Don’t recommend using Hotel.com or This Hotel.

Overall it was good. Definitely could use updated furniture and cleaner rooms (you could see buildup around tub and dust in corners and on lighting in the room and had a sticky bathroom handle). Staff was friendly and location was great.

Check in took for ever, poor customer service from front desk lady. Poor internet connection. Breakfast ok. Very convenient location, walking distance to restaurants, souvenir stores, private beach access. PLEASE PLEASE post daily beach safety flags signs by beach private entrance.
