Housekeeping now offered only every other day. Should let people know when registering or when checking in online. Phone did not work.

The rooms are great in size and amenities, as well as being very clean. The only negatives I have are the first floor fire door to the stairwell at one end of the hotel slams with full force. Having a little cushioning or fixing it so it closes slowly like its second floor counterpart would make the downstairs rooms peaceful. The morning regular coffee urn was empty both days of both our stays, which for me made the whole breakfast buffet useless. Seems they could keep a loaded urn ready to swap in as a simple fix.

Room was clean. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Ice machine was broken. Try to get a 2nd floor room, we were on the 1st floor and could here every footstep of the people in the room above us.

Suited our needs well. I would stay again if traveling through that way. After I checked in, I took my dog out and because it was raining my son stayed under the awning by the side door while I was about 20ft away for my dog to do her business. The staff member (from his view from the camera around the outside of the property ) thought my son was out there alone. He came out to check on him because he was concerned. He saw I was outside as well just out of video shot. I appreciated him checking!!

A very nice area and hotel within walking distance to several stores. Breakfast bar is neat and clean with several options for breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

There were 3 different people that I saw working the front desk during my stay. Only one of them made herself available to the guests and had a pleasant attitude. The other 2 hid out for exceedingly long periods of time with the same guest standing at the desk waiting to speak to them long enough to see them on my way to the grocery store and again when I got back.

I didn’t think it was worth the price. The stay wasn’t bad but we stay at a lot of hotels and this was one of the most expensive and it wasn’t all that great.

The staff was the best part about this property. They were very friendly and welcoming. The property itself is in need of serious help. It’s very outdated, smells weird, and isn’t really clean. It was fine for a late night stop during a snow storm otherwise, I wouldn’t choose it again.

Definitely check that the construction on the 2nd floor has been completed. They started banging right above my head at 7am. Picked the wrong place for sleeping in. Otherwise… Perfectly fine. Friendly staff.

It was the smallest hotel room I ever seen, and they charged me a ridiculous amount . The carpet was stained I would never stay there again.

We were looking for an affordable but decent place to stay that wasn’t too far from Highmark stadium. This wasn’t the Hilton but it fit the bill. Staff was friendly and accommodating, there was a Walmart and lots of restaurants and fast food places nearby and free breakfast helped us get a good start to the day. Go Bills!

Very nice layout. liked the entrance and room. However desperately needs to be updated, fresh paint, carpet and fixtures. Also needs charging ports. Glad I brought my charging blocks besides just cords.

Very bad experience. Once we enter the room it stinked of very dampy room and with front desk help and some air freshener the smell was bearable. Next morning the whole bathroom was leaking from roof. Many other rooms also has similar complaints. All the hotel plumbing is leaking

Easy check in and check out; however, carpet needs to be replace and bathroom body wash needs to be refilled. Shower head needs to be check out and water pressure not good.
