This hotel never disappoints. It's always clean and the staff and valet are always professional and helpfu. Breakfast is great.

The hotel is updated and spotless. The breakfast is fresh every day and very good quality. In my room the beds need a matress rotation or replacement. There were dips in the mattress from wear that made sleeping uncomfortable. Also, the guide for the TV did not populate until my second day there. The hotel is very good but the surrounding neighborhood was dirty with many homeless people laying on the street

This was a very nice and clean hotel. It is right on Vine, very close to the beginning of the Walk of Fame and nearby Hollywood Blvd and alll of the attractions.

Staff was very helpful and the hotel was clean. The one complaint I have is it stated parking available however there is no self parking only valet parking which is $50 per day. That is not specified in the booking process.

Very clean and new property. We like that they have both a fridge and microwave with a bar sink in a countertop so room for some food prep. High end linens and sheets. Comfortable bed. The area is a little sketchy but no different from a lot of east LA. The parking is expensive so we used Uber and didn't have a car there. During our stay, there was a wifi outage. No room keys and no wifi for our entire 3 night stay with no compensation. They had to send a security guard up to the room with us every time we needed to get into the room. So, that was a hassle but we rolled with it and used our hot spots for internet access.

The stay was good. The staff was polite and accommodating. The hotel was clean and secure even though the neighborhood is in a poor economic area of Hollywood. There is a Starbucks within walking distance, but do not walk at night unless you are young, strong, and healthy. The room key lock system was down for 48 hours during our stay, so the staff had to escort us to our rooms and let us in with a master key. This was resolved during our stay. It was inconvenient, but the hotel management and staff handled it well.

Bitten by bugs in the room. Fire alarm went off at 7.30am, nobody explained what was happening, the hotel evacuated, but the receptionist was sat behind the reception desk texting on her phone. When the alarm finally stopped, nobody came out to tell us what had happened or if we could go back in - really poor.

The key card system didn’t work when we arrived. The front desk person said our room number out loud--big issue. Then when they verified I was a Hilton Honors guest, we didn’t receive water. I had to ask for it. The accomodations were very nice and we were fsirly close yo our intendrd destination. The 4 hours for breakfast were convenient.

My cousin left her Air Pods in the room, they were engraved, and she could see them from "Find my Device" that it was in the hotel. She asked if she could have them shipped to her (at her cost) but was told that service would be unavailable. If there was anyway she could get them back, it would be greatly appreciated.

Lovely hotel. Great staff and comfortable rooms, though the air-con air flow splashed directly down on the top of the bed that's just a niggle. I was going to mention that the location isn't great(run down and dingy) but after seeing the rest of LA it's hard to see how they'd get a better location. I would recommend.

The website and the email that was sent was horribly written. First they charge you for the all the nights stayed and $100 room deposit per night. This is crazy, they should be charging the $100 deposit per night and then run your card after the stay. Also, the email states $50 a car for valet, now take it the cost was only $45 when I got there but it was $45 a night to valet. Sucks for the people working because they didn’t get a tip due to the $135 I had to pay to park my car there. They did not offer self parking or state I could self park on the street. We were there 2 years ago and they had self parking for free. Lastly, they don’t care if you ask why, they just say go to the website. The website sucks as well because it says $50 for valet, doesn’t say per night or day or any of that. Overall disappointed in the nickel and dimming the company is doing. I will not stay there again and tell everyone to stay away for the future.

Before booking in this hotel most people already know that they charge $50 parking fee a night and I know that. Although, because of that, I had already deducted their rating 1 star off. No way should this property receive 5 stars to begin because of that. We just have to book this hotel and suck the parking fee up because of the perfect location of this hotel to our visit's purpose. I was hoping to at least give them 4 stars but when we started taking a shower around 10:30 pm, we just realized that the shower drain was so clogged that if we continue using it, it would overflow to the floor. We reported it to the front desk, who was really kind, and they sent the security (also a very kind person) instead of a maintenance or housekeeping guys to unclog the drain. The security tried very hard to unclog the drain but to no avail. The kind front desk lady moved us to a different available room at around 11pm. Because of that event, I decided to deduct another 1 point for this review. It was stressing us out because we were already settled in the room and don't really want to move because we are so tired from our long drive. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable enough. We got some good sleep. The noise from the other rooms and the noise from the streets was very minimal. The area has homeless people roaming around, noticeably. The property is directly beside The Wildcard Boxing Club where the great Manny Pacquiao used to train with Freddie Roach.

Hotel was beautiful and very well kept. Really bad neighborhood though. Don't want to look outside and absolutely would not walk around outside. Also read the details. No parking on premise, valet only at $55 a day.

Had a great time at this wonderful location. The room was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. The staff were extremely friendly and made the two night stay perfect. The hotel location was amazing, we loved being able to just walk around and see the heart of downtown Hollywood. We went for a concert that was canceled last minute. We made the best of our weekend trip by walking around and enjoying the sights.

We came for a hospital appointment so our expectations were not too high. This hotel exceeded all of them. The front desk staff was friendly, the place is amazingly clean, the room was perfect, and the breakfast had so many yummy options. We will be returning in a few months and will definitely stay here again. Kudos to the staff!

Great stay! Just don't love the parking situation, but it's Hollywood. The parking situation is quite normal in these area. Mandatory $$$ Valet parking otherwise street parking which is RARE to find in this area. Valet fee, was charged to the Mandatory refundable security department. Other than that, great stay.

The hotel has a very good location, very close to several interesting destinations. Something to improve is the parking price, since the hotel has parking but they only have a valet option and it has an extra cost of $50 a day and the photos show an indoor and outdoor pool and it only has the outdoor one. Otherwise, very good service and cleanliness.
