I lost my smart phone in La Paz. The hotel staffs gave me courteous assistance. Finally, I could find the phone.

The Casa Grande Hotels are beautiful! Their decor is modern and elegant, their service was impeccable and the bedroom spacious and comfortable. What impressed me the most was the variety of pillows, from soft, firm and down they had on top of the bed, for you to pick and choose the one one of your preference to sleep. Breakfast was complete and delicious! It’s a great hotel to stay!

The staff was excellent in all regards. The concierge spoke English well enough to accommodate our every need. Seriously, my elderly father and I asked for a lot, and they took care of it. We needed cash, they got it with no charge, we needed ibuprofen or oxygen, they got it for cost. At least what we would pay at the pharmacy in LaPaz. We needed to ride the Gondola, they gave us their pass. When we arrived by taxi, they open the doors for us, we handed them the taxi fare and they paid the driver to make sure we didn’t get ripped off. Every time. The hotel room is just like the pictures and SUPER clean, I checked it with my high end black light. The hotel is far from downtown, but 4-5 blocks away from the gondola. There are paxis galore, in case you are worried about tour pickups. Everything is a hike in La Paz but taxi or gondola is cheap. Our Titicaca tour fell through and the hotel arranged an even better private one, with Seagull Travel, that was first class all the way, for $200 bucks less. The tour was customized to our archeological interests, and our English speaking guide even took us by boat to the best little museum in Pata Patani to see an amazing mummy with an absolutely mind blowing elongated skull. After drinking from the eternal fountains of youth, health, and wisdom on the Island of the sun, I can say with absolute certainty, we both recommend Casa Blanca Suites.

The Hotel is located in a really nice area. The restaurant have a great international menu and the breakfast is very complete. I had to leave 3 days during the early morning (before breakfast time) and they made a breakfast box for me. Transfers where always great, fast and easy to find at the airport, bus terminal, etc.

It was awsome. And great. This hotel is my best favorite.

This hotel of suites was really good and quaint. It is not a sprawling campus but located in a somewhat contemporary, middle income neighborhood—all the basic resources are within walking distance. One may need to hire taxis but they were extremely affordable. The front desk staff will take care of you. Each of the front desk team were professional and very responsive. The room service folk seemed like they would be fun with whom to hang. The food was good. Try the ceviche!

They helped us arrange the taxi to pick us up and send us to the airport. The neighborhood was great. There were bunch of convienience stores, banks and nice restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

It is a nice stay, staff are friendly and helpful. The room is big and clean.

I travel to many countries on business and this hotel is by far my favorite. The customer service, cleanliness, decor and food are all fantastic. Lovely location as well.

I left hotel at 5am to catch airplane but hotel gave breakfast box without any other request.This is very impressive to me.

This new hotel is a modern five star facility with very helpful friendly front desk and clean and spacious room. We spent 3 days there. Enjoyed the hospitality so much. Highly Reccommended place.

The service is excellent, all the staff is great! Better than others hotels in La Paz, the buffet breakfast is very nice too. However the Internet is horrible I have to use my own signal at the room because it doesnt reach the hotel wifi. The Mezzo restaurant is quite expensive if you compare with La Tranquera from Camino Real. Casa Grande Suites is too expensive for the things it offers.
