Excellent hotel. Wonderful staff. The best bed out of all the hotels this holiday (Vermont/Canada) Wished I seen they had a pool would have packed my costume. Wish it was more accessible by local transport as taxis are non existent

We love northern lights lodge!! Can't wait to come back. We've been staying there since 2019 and have returned every year aside from 2020. The best little gem of a hotel. Breakfast is excellent and Mike and Shannon are super accommodating.

The property is really big and I felt really safe in and near the property. The staff was also really good and the people who were staying in the hotel were also polite and very friendly to us. The breakfast was good, but more options always encouraged. We really the facilities, the swimming pool and hot tub was really nice but I felt that there was a lot of chlorine in the swimming pool.

Very nice staff. Room was comfortable. Food was wonderful. They give you a choice of food for breakfast and they cook it fresh for you, FREE! The pool inside was heated and very clean. Hot tub was wonderful. Location was great. We recommend this motel.

We had a great time. The property is right on a little creek with a small rolling falls. The tub and pool area were clean and nice. The breakfast was ok eggs and sausage with fresh muffins , bread, toaster etc.

My girlfriend and I had a beautiful time together at Northern Lights. The staff was welcoming, maintained superb cleanliness of our room and the general facility, and the area brought the calmness and serenity we needed. We hope to stay here again!

We were on the road side and heard traffic all night. Kind of bummed they could not accommodate parking our bike trailer within our sight seeing as we had an e-bike and e-trike valued over $6000. We had to park right out front by the main road in view of every passing car. Other than that, clean room, comfortable bed, breakfast was made to order and just ok. Just a fridge in the room. No microwave etc. looks better than the exterior as some sprucing up would make it look more appealing but nice on the inside.

The stay at Northern Lights Lodge was AMAZING. Family runed with the most delightful family. Mike and his wife are awesome people and make you feel welcomed. There staff was amazing to every morning when going down to breakfast my daughter and I visited with Andy such a great person. The pool, sauna, and hot tub are impeccably clean. So are the grounds. The rooms are comfortable and also get an A+ in cleanliness. If you are headed to Stowe VT. this is the place you want to stay. They are also reasonably priced. Thank You Northern Lights Lodge for making our mother daughter getaway enjoyable. We will be back

Upon arrival we were greeted by Andy, one of the staff members who was extremely nice and a wealth of information on the Stowe area. The room was super cute and had everything we needed. The jacuzzi and pool areas were a highlight after a long day on the road sight seeing the area. Breakfast was by far the best I've had at any motel/hotel. Also The property is in the best location- between the village of Stowe and the ski resort. I'll definitely be back.

Nice for a one night stay. Staff is super nice, accommodating and prompt. Breakfast was great and made to order. Electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work, light in bedroom held together with tape, no microwave, no iron, walls are very very thin so no privacy, could hear kids running up and down the hallway at night. Toilet ran constantly. Only gives one towel per person which is sort of inconvenient when you need to wash your hair. Could use a good updating.

This was a last minute stay for us, and the owners were so kind to us at check-in. They were very empathetic and re-assuring after a stressful day had brought us to their hotel. They provided local recreation suggestions and have great directions. Our room was clean and quiet even during a busy weekend. Modern fixtures in the bathroom and staples in the room. Breakfast was served to order by a very friendly staff. I could not have landed in a better spot. Thank you Northern Light! I’d come back any day.

It was decent for a one night stay. I thought it could have been a little tidier. Kids were running up and down the hallway, you can hear everything. It would probably would be better if you choose the building not enclosed (motel style) outdoors. That said, it was decent for a one-nighter but you can choose areas that are closer to the town that seemingly look as if they’re more than average.

Everything was as expected except the bed was pretty uncomfortable. Reminded me of our cheap Ikea matress we have in our guest room at home lol. If you replace them with a plush nice mattress and you have yourself a cozy 5 star place easily. :-)
