Dear Stay Inn Express Corporate,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue I encountered during my recent stay at your property.
I checked out of the hotel and unfortunately, I realized shortly after that I had left $400 in cash under the pillow in my room. Upon returning to the hotel to retrieve it, I was met with a very disappointing and unprofessional response from the management. Initially, the manager assured me that housekeeping staff do not steal and return any items they find. However, shortly after, he stated that "nobody is going to turn in any money" if it was found, implying that there was little hope of recovering it. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful.
This experience was both frustrating and deeply concerning, especially given the amount of money involved. I have since filed a police report, as I believe this matter warrants further investigation. The police advised me to reach out to corporate, as I am hoping that your team can address this issue in a more professional and thorough manner.
I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and would be grateful for any assistance in recovering my lost money. Additionally, I urge you to review the conduct of the management at this location, as their behavior was far from the level of customer service I expected. Everything was fine except for the loud guests that would be loud until 1am and that there was a couple bugs.

This was my worst experience I ever had. There was no remote control for the tv, I was told I could go by one. We drove 17 hrs and did not want to go anywhere at that point. My husband was disgusted. I asked for another room. That room was horrible.the microwave was dirty, the sofa had holes in it/was dirty, the counters were dirty, and there was hair in the bathroom on the floor. I paid $317, and was told I could not get a refund. There were very sketchy acting people in and around the motel. I had to get another hotel to stay at. I would never stay there, ever. I booked it because of the jacuzzi, the jacuzzi took up the whole room, the room was dirty too. Very misleading. Do not stay there, it is not clean or safe.

It was horrible and don't recommend no one to stay there for a vacation experience. As soon as I pulled up to the hotel, It was people smoking outside, the front desk area smelled like MILDEW. And front desk receptionist explained to me that people live in the hotel and she herself previously lived there for months. She went on to show us the room and the floor was oily and jacuzzi requested looked like it have not even been cleaned out from previous stays. I was very dissatisfied and wish I knew this before booking because I didnt even stay and could not get my money back.

Bed sheets were stained and very dirty. Washroom floor had pubic hair on it. Floors were not properly washed. Top of the fridge had not been cleaned in a long while. Over all we had not choice but to stay in this hotel, but the it was so dirty. Staff however was very friendly. Door was not locking, as it must have been kicked in few times.

While the OUTSIDE of the property looks nice, clean & well kept the inside carries an odor & is filthy! We were shown two rooms both filthy. Used soap in a dirty tub. Ashes all along the window & the floor. Dead bugs, hair & dirt. Walls & curtains and holes & stains. The towels & rags had a tiny to them.. You can see the springs in the mattress. Just pls save yourself the discomfort. Its was a last min decision & mistake. A trip to Walmart for cleaning products & bedding that I shouldn’t have had to make was the only way I was going to feel at ease in this room for just a few hrs before my flight. Do Not Stay. Everything that movies depict Motels to be.. This Place.

worst place i ever stayed. it got so bad i had to leave and go somewhere else. they had roaches in the bed, walls and roof falling apart, broken toilet, poor lighting, outlets didnt work, etc. I would never go back or recommend to my worst enemy.

everything in the room was DIRTY. We personally went out and bought new bedding. We originally got the room for the jacuzzi, but it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned since 1865. Overall, 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Place is being used as a shelter or some kind of housing. People were hanging out in lobby and outside. Had to buzz to enter. Room looked like a jail cell nothing like the pictures on line. Toilet ran over all over room. Receptionist was very pleasant and gave refund for my deposit. However I’m still dealing with Expedia for full refund

DO NOT STAY HERE. I checked in and out within 30 minutes. There were hookers outside in the parking lot, the hotel was so dirty, bugs in our room, our window lock busted on our ground room floor. I wouldn’t even let my wife sit down on the bed.
