They give me a room that was next to some closet that was making a lot of noise. I asked him to switch my rooms. They say no they also give me towels that were ripped and hot holes in it, which was really disgusting. The bathroom smelled like sewer and this is really disappointing for the money that I paid for, and requesting a refund I left Hotel due to this Horrible experience I will never recommend this to anybody. I hope someone does anything about it. They supposed to be fun times when you go on vacation, but this is horrible experience and a refund for my stay there. Contact me at area code 661-221-1771. Very old and not well maintained. Bed linen and towels are the oldest I have seen in a hotel - quite disrespectful . Windows so dirt that a beach view is pointless. Staff is well trained.

The staff was very nice. The location, right on the malecón is great for enjoying the beach. You can walk out on the nearby breakwater. The zocalo, the main plaza of Veracruz is a 25-minute walk away.

The food in the restaurant is absolutely terrible and expensive. We were 8 people, order dinner, none of us could eat our meals. The room has only the absolutely basic, there is no minibar/fridge in the room, nor hair dryer. The towels in the room and in the pool are very, very old. The facilities are very old, you can tell they have not been renovated in many years. I would not stay here again.

El hotel está muy descuidado. La habitación en general sucia y maltratada. Lo peor fue el servicio de recepción. Después de entregar llaves notamos que tuvieron a nuestro auto afuera por más de dos horas sin guardar. Esto sucedió en dos ocasiones. Al llamar a recepción prometieron moverlo pero pasó más tiempo y al volver a bajar el auto seguía estacionado frente al hotel en la calle en lugar del estacionamiento.
