The property it is old but good maintenance, the staff is great but the waitress and the people in breakfast area are rude

Centrally located, helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast options

Wi-fi speed was deplorable, had to use my cellular as a hot-spot.
4.1
Very helpful, polite and courteous staff! However, this priperty is not 4 star!
4.1
The room was old, small and dirty. The front desk staff was ok but the waitress in the morning terrible. They don’t want to bring you some coffee, tell you that you have to take it yourself. 😳
4.1
Excellent location. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Nice spot to sleep and base in a central, walkable location. If you are looking for aesthetic flaws in your room, you could probably find them. But if you're looking for a hotel with an incredible breakfast, great smelling soap, and a helpful, friendly staff, you will find that here also!
4.1
The hotel is well located given its proximity to calle Florida, and calle Santa Fe shopping district. Staff were pleasant at all times.
4.1
The staff were excellent and happy to help. The breakfast buffet had many delicious options. This is an ideal spot; centrally located so you can walk to many great places in town, then be greeted warmly when you come back.

Superior breakfast!

The room needs TLC

close to everything

This hotel has great customer service especially from housekeeping! Cannot fault the staff at all, on the contrary i need to praise them for the job they do with the facilities they have to work with. The hotel is not what i expected from a 4 star and have made a mental note not to return.

Other than the slow check in, which took us over 40 minutes, everything else was ok.

this is a 2 star hotel overrated in Expedia

The hotel is no more than 3 stars. The bedroom air conditioner was dripping water from the ceiling. The hot water tap from the shower broke and i couldn't turn it off the hot boiling water. The staff were somewhat friendly and changed our room. The indoor swiming pool is nice and warm with nice views from the city. However, there was a jacuzzi broken and an outdoor swimming pool with dark goo inside.
The hotel food is good, the beds were comfortable and the location is excellent.

My wife and I stayed here during a 4 day trip to Buenos Aires. We were dramatically disappointed by everything except the staff.
Here are our primary issues.
1. The “gym”: The photos looked like this hotel had a small but adequate fitness center. The booking site never specified that the gym (and pool) is only open from 11:00am - 7:00pm. This makes zero sense for guest who workout in the morning. The worst part about the gym was how run down, non-maintained, and lacking I’m the equipment was (see pictures). There were sweat stains on the treadmills and bikes that were cleaned from the first day we arrived to four days later. There are holes in the roof above the gym so water pools inside. The machines are from the 80’s and are covered in rust and stains.
2. The pool: While it was similar to the photos, overall it was much smaller than you’d expect. Comfortably 2-3 people can fit inside. Which means if a family is already inside, you’re out of luck. As mentioned above, the hours suck.
3. The hot tub: This thing looked like something out of a horror film. It was drained of water, filthy dirty, in an awkward spot in the room, and not labeled when it would be fixed. Again, the hours sucked.
4. Wall outlets: the wall outlets were all awkwardly gapped and out wall chargers would fall out. This happens when old outlets aren’t able to apply pressure to the male end. Regardless, one more annoyance.
The only thing redeeming about this place was the hard working staff. I stil

Over all a good hotel. Friendly and helpful staff and good location

The staff was not friendly and very unattentive. The buffet breakfast was very mediocre quality the eggs were scrambled but raw and the coffee had no taste. Overall the should change their breakfast menu or options. As for the rooms the cleaning people were making their rounds all lound and vacuuming making a ruckus and not tespecting peoples request of not to be disturbed. Too much construction going on during early hours of the morning.

Breakfast was good Pool and property run downEven though we complained twice, had window wide open, turn heat off, and stayed in July, coldest month of the year, the room was unbelievably hot.Wi-Fi very badWould not stay again

This hotel must attract families. Lots of kids. Hotel has really thin walls and poorly insulated doors. Very loud. Also, AC unit did not work.
4.1
Location was great but the ac was not controlable . The room was always too hot .
4.1
NOT good pool. not working room heating system. breakfast food assortiment not changed during 3 weeks.
4.1
Good location and breakfast. Rooftop pool was always warm and watched by a lifeguard

Great location and friendly and helpful staff.

Location was good with nearby eating places. Underground station was only a 10 minute stroll away.

The final price to pay was higher than in the offer at Hotels.com.
The condition of payment in the offer was different (better) than in the hotel (worst).
Hotel did not refund VAT (for foreigners in Argentina) - instead they exchange the VAT value with additional ‘extra adult’ fee which did not appear on the original reservation.
We feel cheated.

The hotel was fantastic. The room was a great size and the hotel was central to everything. The staff were really helpful. The only issue was that the bathroom could be renovated.
4.1
Hotel was clean and close to most things. A bit dated, would have been 4 star in the late 90'. Breakfast was good for the price I paid. Overall a good stay and would recommend.
