The air conditioner in the elevator didn't work. Only one elevator was working and was very slow. the rooms don't have telephone to call the lobby. In the washroom there was a very bad smell the towels were percussed. One day we did't have water at all, I went to the lobby and nobody was there, for a long time Finally we got water but was cold. The soap and the shampoo are really bad In the restaurant the tray for the cutlery was dirty. The TV was on at the restaurant all the time but you could't see anything because somebody didn't cancel what was asked by the TV system. etc, etc. The surroundings of the hotel are dangerous

It was okay but the room was in very bad condition and the bathroom was dirty. No hot water for two days. The receptionist service was nice. A/C is not good in the restaurant. I hope they improve the quality of the bedrooms and bathroom. They don't clean my room 😡

Cleanliness is the main issue at this property. White Towels are grey, some towels look like they were used to clean the floor. Beds smell pretty bad, including bedsheets. The bathroom's curtain is full of mold, it seems they are never washed. Second complain is the elevator, there are two elevators, one is really old, and is barely used due staff recomendation. The main elevator is used by the cleaning ladies making this elevator almost impossible to use specially during the morning (cleaning time), I noticed that these cleaning ladies block the elevator doors withbtheir carts while they are doing something else. The staff is great and helpful and they are always happy. A great plus is the car rental company office on site. The subway, food, movies, and many stores are located in the same block.

Electronic keys did not work for several days, somebody had to open the door for you. A/C is the oldest I have ever seen you cannot set tempertature in a precize manner.

This property was not well maintained. The AC did not work well, the key card system did not work resulting in the inconvenience of having to be let in to my room each time I left it. There are better places fir about the same money nearby.

the room i gothad stains in the carpet , the restroom had a strong urine smell, and the worse was the bed sheets had yellow stains and loose hair. they changed the room , but it was not much difference from the bother.

muchas gracias por tu seguimiento a mi reclamación expuesta con la recepcionista. Te listo la cronología de hechos de lo ocurrido en mi breve estancia en el hotel misión check-in a las 9:55. el sábado 3 de Sep. Habitación asignada 518 Llave tipo tarjeta sin funcionar. Cada acceso a la habitación tenía que ir una persona a abrir. La recepcionista indicó que quedaría solucionado el problema en 1hr. Cambio de habitación a la 517 debido a que la primera se encontraba sucia y sin funcionar el aire acondicionado. Se notificó a la persona que abrió la habitación que la misma no contaba con toallas de mano y para ducha. indicando que las traería tan pronto como le fuera posible. 10:25 pm salgo del hotel para cenar, previo a mi salida notificó en recepción que no han llegado las toallas y el aire acondicionado no enfría. 11:40 pm regreso a mi habitación, no hay toallas, la habitación está caliente, con el aire encendido. Estando en la habitación percibo malos olores (humedad y polvo) 11:55 pm solicito cancelar mi reservación y reembolso, el cual fue denegado. Solicite hablar con el gerente en turno, sin embargo estaría disponible hasta el lunes. 00:10 am me ofrecen otra habitación, la cual rechacé porque el hotel no cumple con los requerimientos mínimos de higiene y una habitación cómoda acorde con el precio pagado. 00:58 am solicito mi check-in, sin darme algún comprobante de mi salida. Es lamentable que este hotel no tenga el mínimo cuidado en el servicio que pre

Check out time posted on the door of my room is 13.00 hours, but the front desk says it is 12.00 noon. Bathroom needs some work but was clean and usable. Friendly staff, and in a good location.

La persona que nos recibió en el front desk nada amable. Es pérdida de tiempo hacer el check in de manera obligatoria escaneando un código de barras. Cuando el mismo personal podría realizarlo en su sistema sin problema. Me hizo perder mucho tiempo en eso y mi celular no tenía la opción. El joven ya medio de malas me dió su celular para hacerlo. Yo misma!!! Eso no fue nada agradable..ya que tuve que poner en SU TELÉFONO mi información personal. Fue muy mala experiencia el check in.

The hotel is old and the floors of the hallways were dirty. Also there were some hair in our shower and the toilet wasnt working properly. It was also leaking water on the floor. No hand towel in the bathroom and the towels were stained and some even had holes. Also some sheets and pillow cases were stained. Definitely we won’t ever stay in this hotel. The price is too high for the quality. I don’t recommend it at all.

The pictures are very photoshopped, I did not expect my hotel room to be in such bad conditions. It’s very old, the carpet was dirty when I got there and throughout my stay. The bathrooms are in really bad conditions and the lights of the room didn’t work. The doors were also old. I booked the hotel also because of the breakfast but when I got there they said it wasn’t included.

We book this hotel for my cousins wedding i must say the pictures shown on here have nothing to do with what i experience the room i was given had a terrible dirty carpet i asked the staff at the front desk to be changed to another room they were very rude the room had a weird smell.. i do want say the cafe downstairs has the best breakfast location was ok

The hotel is one of the dirties place I have ever stay, the room was very bad, I was changed to another room that was a little better but still very bad. Smells, dirty carpet, hairs on the bathroom, etc. We made the comments to the manager and showed the pictures that I am including in this review.
