Super pleasant staff. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Place is really clean and quiet. Great price. Anything you would need or want is within walking distance or a short drive. If I visit the area again I’ll stay here for sure.

Checking in was a breeze, front desk clerk Tiffany was amazing. She was very helpful and she was very thoughtful, respecting the fact i was traveling with children, she put us in a room that would allow my children to be a little free. There was a huge selection for breakfast including hot items. The room and the sheets were cleaned and well stocked. All in all, great stay and we will definitely be back.

This place is horrible. It’s dirty and the entire property is sketchy. People up all night doing drugs and drinking with kids around. No one on property cares. Rooms was filthy. I almost said we slept but we all sat down with our clothes on for fear of the sheets. The sheets were all stained and dirty. I am contacting Expedia as this is unacceptable.

My son and I stayed for a night while in town for a home tour. It was just what we needed to have a peaceful and comfortable place to rest before getting back on the road the next day. It was clean, quiet, and I cannot say enough nice things about the staff! They were extremely kind and added that nice southern touch to the stay! If we do end up moving to the area, that is where I will send family and friends when they come to visit us!

General manager was very unfriendly and un welcoming but the rest of the staff was exceptional. There are no signs saying golf carts weren't allowed so when I checked in she told me I was not allowed to park on the property,this was my only form of transportation at the time, would not refund money so I had to park it across street. Said tires ruined parking lot???? Yet motorcycle,mopeds, trailers,etc allowed!??

It said it was a hotel when I booked it but it was a motel when I got there. Expedia wouldn’t give me a refund for it. Sad but probably my own fault! This is an overpriced motel, not a hotel, just FYI!

We booked this room for the weekend to attend the Blue Crab Fest. It was the perfect location. We were less than 10 minutes away from the shuttle area that took us to the festival. Several shopping and eating options were in close proximity and the beach wasn't too far as well! I will be definitely stayig here again for my future North Myrtle Beach trips.

Hot tub was missing pieces and painted over with regular paint instead of fixing and hotel charged deposit that was never returned to us and we didn't break any rules. Room was dirty

This is an older hotel but what made our stay was the staff. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly. In the morning, the staff was so funny and made restaurant recommendations. The inside pool was perfect for kids that had been in the car for 10 hours.

I booked this room online during bike week, when all hotels were booked. They then turned me away saying they wouldn’t rent to locals, but they did reimburse me, so that was awesome! Maybe you should consider renting to locals? We need to get away sometimes too!

I actually stayed there three nights. The paint job in the room was so appalling. I kept thinking that I needed to fix it for them. Some of the places that they had replaced fixtures, didn’t even get painted. It was the paint prior to that was showing. There was a very musty smell in the house and it was a non-smoking room. The continental breakfast was embarrassing. They had waffles one out of the three days, the apples were weeks old. The cereal was discolored. It had been in the plastic containers so long and that’s what they serve juice and toast. Our toilet seat broke, and it took almost an hour for the gentleman to come back to keep fixing it after three attempts, not his fault it’s just that he was not well trained . They advertise a pool and a Jacuzzi both of them indoors. The second night we were there we went to go swim and it was so cold we couldn’t stand it. Bathwater is hot compared to that the Jacuzzi wasn’t even warm so we didn’t get to swim. we asked for some kind of an adjustment for false advertising and for the fact that there were so many problems and they said because we went through a third-party they couldn’t do anything about that . There could’ve been an adjustment with no problem they know it. The actual employees were pretty nice though that was the only good thing about the trip staying there. I’m not finished yet.

Overall the stay was pleasant. We arrived on Friday and checked out on Monday. Our room was never cleaned. One of the housekeepers asked if we had our do not disturb dogn on out door. We did not . So I asked her for new towels and wash cloths. She obliged us. Also upon check in staff added our $100 damage deposit to my bank card . It would be nice to ask if the customer will be paying it with cash or card. Some customers , like myself, would like their money upon the inspection of the room and check out instantly in hand.

We chose this property due to amenities advertised such as a heated pool. When we checked in we were told the hot tub was broken and then discovered that the pool heater was not turned on. The owner told us that “It was Spring and the heater was turned off”. The heated pool should not be advertised if it is not available. The owner was not customer service oriented and made no attempt to apologize or consider turning the heater on. He should not be representing Best Western brand or Orbitz.
